Property Ratings at Havenwood Pointe Apartments
The area is calm and family oriented. It's a safe place for young families. We did have a hard time getting ahold of our property manager; however, when we did get in contact with the office, she was accommodating and answered all of our questions. The actual apartment is very nice, upgraded, and clean. We've really enjoyed our year here. As others have said, for this high of a price, there should be some other amenities. It is actually cheaper to buy a house in the area than to rent a one bedroom apartment here. For a short term fix, it is a relaxing and family friendly place to live.
I love our apartment.. New. Big. Comes with everything we have been looking for. Also..Very nice area in Beloit. The one thing is.. Is our rent is going up and we cant afford it anymore ??
The Havenwood apartments are a nice apartment for steady middle class. a little high priced for a beginner apartment. it is decently quiet, however have little amenities for the pricing, I would think maybe a pool or maybe gym for the pricing. over all the apartments are great for a well rounded person with no children.
