Although surrounded by inhospitable desert, Phoenix is one of the largest cities in the United States, and the nation’s single largest state capital city. The area contains numerous galleries and museums, putting the people in contact with everything from the European masters to Native American craftsmanship to modern originals from Phoenix’s diverse artistic community. The Downtown cultural scene has developed into a top-notch feast of visual and performing arts, with symphony performances, live theater, and the popular First Friday exhibitions. Phoenix is also an excellent city for sports fans, being one of the few cities in America with local franchises in the NFL, MLB, NBA, and NHL. Several thousand students attend the two Arizona State University campuses in the city, as well as the over-50,000 who attend the main campus in neighboring Tempe.

Hi there thank you for taking the time to leave us your honest feedback. We are always more than happy to assist you if anything else comes up. Take care!
Has the potential to be really nice apartments but management could do a better job of communication and resolving residents issues. Also the common areas need to be tended to better. The stairways are pretty dirty and you can tell there is nobody regularly power washing the steps which is needed in high traffic areas.

Anonymous, Many thanks for bringing this to our attention. I'm sorry to hear you had a negative experience, and will use your input as an opportunity for all of us at Haven at Midtown to improve. Haven at Midtown Management
Super friendly community! I’ve had quick chats with more of my neighbors at haven than probably the last 3 apartments I’ve lived in combined and I’ve only been in my units for a week. Combine that with the office staff it really makes it feel like it’s own small little town inside of midtown

Hi, We're happy you found our staff, both office and maintenance, to be so supportive during your experience here at Haven at Midtown. We hope you always have a positive experience with us here! Haven at Midtown Management
The community is extremely loud. Dogs barking at the pool area, screaming kids at the pool, residents playing music at pool before 6am. There's a loud industrial machine humming on the top of each building on top of the air conditioning units which you can hear from other units almost nonstop (even before the summer season). Vacant apartment expired fire alarm beeps are not fixed. Office does not update mailboxes unless you manually ask them which is extremely unique and I have never encountered in 20 years of renting apartments. Office simply doesn't respond to most questions such as asking about package details.

Anonymous, I'm disappointed to hear that your experience at Haven at Midtown wasn't a positive one. I'll speak with the team about what we can do better next time. I know in the past, most of the time reaching out to the couriers that are responsible for delivering the packages has resolved a lot of issues for other residents. Hope you have a good day! Haven at Midtown Front Office
Great property manager. Cares a great deal for the property and it's residents. Dwayne is awesome and he brings so much positivity to our community, which was desperately needed. He also is a wonderful addition to Haven.

Hi there, We are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience! Thank you for your kind words! Haven at Midtown Management
Great service! I am in the industry & the new staff is great, friendly & the work orders are always done either the same day or at the very latest the next day.
I typically don't post reviews- especially negative ones, but this company leaves me no other choice as they won't communicate with me. I moved out of Clarendon Park Apartments, which is managed by Chamberlain & Associaties back on June 23rd. Today is July 26th. No one will respond to me regarding my security deposit refund. I've contacted their corporate office countless times, been told that their Accountant "can't figure it out," and promised that a regional manager would call me. I've send multiple emails, text messages, and left voicemails at the community office as well. Nothing. Zero progress. I've lived in many apartments over the years in multiple states, and have never dealt with such unprofessionalism.

Me and my girlfriend scheduled and appointment with Dianna, as soon as we got there she was friendly and we felt really welcomed. We went on our tour of the property it was so nice, quiet and all gated community. Dianna answered all of our questions with lots of detail and was really patient with us, she made us feel like we were at home.

Wow, thank you for the 5-star review and feedback. We're happy you and your girlfriend had such a pleasant experience with Dianna! She is an integral member of our team and we're lucky to have her. Welcome to your new home! -The Team at Clarendon Park
I went to check out the property and was treated with a warm welcome. The place was so cute and nice I love everyone there was fantastic so professional and helpful-thank you so much Diana for you’re amazing to help and professionalism you answered all my questioned and made feel like I was already at home. Unfortunately, things came up and I’m not able to get the apartment at the moment but I now know that I don’t have to stress about looking. I will be coming back in March.

Thank you for this kind feedback! We look forward to having you as a resident in the near future! - The Team at Clarendon Park Apartments
The Property is quiet (minus) the construction that was going on across the street. Management and maintenance always kept on top of things. Only thing i can "complain" about is the limited parking but no one can control how many cars someone else has. The location is near the light rail and close to shops and food. Only moved because I wasn't going to have a roomate anymore and a one bedroom was too expensive for me!
Property Manager at Haven at Midtown, Responded To This Review
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, and for rating us 5 stars! We are very pleased to see that both our management and maintenance teams have been able to provide you with great service and care. While we are sad to see that you are no longer with us, it was our pleasure to have you as a resident and we wish you nothing but the best going forward. Thanks again!
I went to go take a tour of these apartments, honestly I was really excited. When I arrived, the sign said someone would be back at 1pm from lunch (it was 1:10 at the time) I spoke with a tenant who lived at the complex who told me they wouldn't be back from lunch until close to two, but I asked them about the complex and they really seemed to enjoy it. I was excited to take a tour. I'm 23 years old, I get that could be worrisome if you're a renter, but I have always paid my rent on time, I have a big kid job, regardless, I shouldn't be treated otherwise. I walked into speak with the office staff about viewing an apartment. Before I even could say what I was looking for he cut me off and told me they didn't have any rooms and none to show. I said okay but I asked when a one bedroom would become available and he said around July. I began to ask a follow up question and again, he cut me off and then told me "I won't have any one bedrooms for rent" when he had just told me that he would have some coming up. He did not shake my hand, offer me a tour, give me a point of contact or suggest any form of contact. I was really excited to see the area and his attitude ruined it for me. Buyer beware.
Close to downtown, shopping and light rail. If you need any help from the staff they answers very fast...
Wonderful place to live. Nice apartments, friendly staff, nice grounds, and close to stores and other entertainment venues.
I have lived here for 6 years. It is a newer gated property near downtown Phoenix. All units have a washer/dryer in them. The property is beautifully landscaped, with a specific are to exercise your pet. The property is excellently maintained and managed. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The complex is close to everything you need. I love living here.
