I’ve never lived somewhere where I thought that the building truly cared about the tenants , however, Haven does. I have lived here over a year now and truthfully it just keeps getting better. Christie and Victoria are the most amazing management team, they make it feel like a family here. They generally do something for the residents once a month, but they just wrapped up tenant appreciation week for the building, filled with little surprises, bbq, wine tastings, and pizza night from yummy lodge downstairs…it was a great time!!! The building itself has beautiful amenities if you’re looking for privacy it’s here, if you’re looking for activity it’s here. Haven has surpassed all of my expectations greatly and it just keeps getting better and my neighbors are the best! There’s a true sense of community here. The maintenance staff Cesar and Luz are all over it if something needs to be done. I 100% recommend Haven if you are looking for, well, a Haven :-)

Awesome team and incredible amenities help make the living experience here feel like you're at a resort. Christy leads an all star staff who are consistently making the residents feel at home. Whether it's a food truck or hosting a flamingo themed pool party it's always good times here. Couldn't recommend more!

I've lived here for the past year and remain consistently impressed by how clean and well-cared for the property is. Everyone in the office is so helpful and responsive. Cesar with maintenance does an amazing job - quick to respond to issues and extremely friendly. Highly recommend this complex!

I have lived here since February, and while the prices may seem steep at first, it’s 100% worth it considering you get all of these wonderful amenities included with your rent! I love it! Victoria and Christy are so sweet and helpful. Cesar is also great and does repairs in an efficient and timely manner. Highly recommend!

I have lived at this property for almost 2 months now and it is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. Christy, Victoria, and Cesar are all super friendly, helpful, and responsive. The property is always clean and the pool and community areas are beautiful. Cant recommend this place enough!

Hello, I live here! We love our new home at the Haven. Its the ultimate luxury, convenient and cozy, no detail spared, and beautifully designed and planned. Were so happy to call the Haven home.
Haven has satisfied all of our needs! The apartment and finishes are polished, and the community amenities are great and are used every day. The management staff does a great job of keeping the community clean and are quick to respond to any requests we have.

The Haven is one the best places Ive lived in LA. Being a transplant from NY since 1992, Ive never lived in a place that was so accommodating when adjusting to a new environment. The leasing staff is so kind. The residents are friendly and I feel very spoiled by the amenities. My family and I feel like we wake up to hotel living everyday. Its a blessing to be here. Oh, and my teenage son LOVES the trash valet...one less chore he has to do. Id recommend Haven in Culver City to everyone.
