From the moment I visited for the first time, I knew this was going to be my future home. Everyone, from the staff, to the maintenance team, to the fellow residents on property, have been exceptional. Also, I never realized how much I would enjoy the package lockers, until the blazing summer heat started, and my packages were safe in the air-conditioned lockers. 5-stars across the board.

I absolutely love living at Harwood! The community is peaceful, the amenities are great, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It really feels like home. Highly recommend it!

Absolutely love the space! Have had some trouble with the gate not opening and some mail issues but other than that it’s pretty much perfect!

Moving in was a welcoming and seamless experience. The office staff was very helpful on informing me of set up. The amenities have been wonderful and I LOVE my apartment.

Excellent amenities include staff available 24/7 in case emergency. Cannot wait too renew my lease so many things I could say about this property but you’ll have too see for yourself.

Love the area and community the pool and gym is 10/10. Very safe community and the office staff is so sweet and welcoming. It's our first time here and we have had no problems!

I’ve had such a great experience living here! The community is clean, peaceful, and feels really safe. Anytime I’ve needed help, the office staff has been super responsive—especially Liz! She’s honestly wonderful and always goes above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns I have. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and the amenities are always well-maintained

Very quiet and friendly community! I appreciate everyone including the front office who always willing to help and answer questions! There is never a noise issue or disruption of any kind in the community!

So far, so good. The community appears nice, and the home appliances are top-of-the-line. The staff have also been very helpful in getting me settled in.

Overall, I am happy with our unit and our neighbors. The leasing office staff, service providers and maintenance crew, does a great job. The payment system for paying the rent is not optimal.

It’s a beautiful apartment complex with very friendly and accommodating office staff. My transition into the apartment has been easy and painless.

Harwood at Cave Creek is a really nice community with a great staff. Both the Leasing and Maintenance teams go above and beyond to ensure that things are safe and comfortable for our residents. Nice place to call Home.

The apartment is beautiful and the amenities are awesome. My dogs absolutely love the dog park and having the bell carts made move in so easy. The leasing office ladies are very friendly and make you feel so welcome!

Hannah, Liz, and Gladis are the bomb-diggity - Henry, Jason, too! Love my new queens and kings! All the neighbors have been super nice as I've been moving in - can't wait to join them in some relaxation!

Front end office Staff and Henry in maintenance are good hard working people. The layout of my apartment isn’t ideal. The noise can be unbearable most nights. The A/C in my unit isn’t working properly either.

The leasing staff is next level! They are beyond great and professional and very personable! They are very happy to see you every time you come in the community which gives a house warming atmosphere.

Have had a smooth moving experience with Harwood and I highly recommend living here as its well maintained, has everything just around you and responsive staff to help you with everything.

Harwood is a great place! The people are nice & friendly. Easy access to stores around the area & right off the 101. It’s definitely modern, & the amenities are very nice as well.

Quiet, nice, spacious, dog salon, dog park, pool, and grills are always clean. Views are great, Costco is nearby, elevators for easy access.

Great well kept apartments. All the appliances are new and very nice. The staff are courteous and quick if you have any issues. Overall a good experience. Would rent again.

Staff is very friendly and communicative. The community is also well taken care of. It’s always clean and quiet. The apartments itself has lots of storage, which is a huge plus as well.

Love everything about this place. Truly a luxury apartment. With the best staff. Truly a safe place and great a neighborhood. The security is also amazing. I love how you need a key or and app on your phone to get access in and out of here.

I've been very happy with my apartment. It's always clean and well-maintained, and the community as a whole is also kept in excellent condition. All the advertised amenities are available and well-cared for. The community is on the smaller side, which I appreciate, and I've had no problems with noise or disturbances from neighbors.

I recently moved in, and even though I rented without being able to see the apartment in person because I lived 3 hours away, it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. The process was incredibly smooth, and Liz made everything so much easier. She guided me through each step, answered all my questions, and truly made me feel welcome from the start. The apartment itself has exceeded my expectations – it’s spacious, clean, and the community is fantastic. I love the quiet, well-maintained surroundings, and the sense of security I feel here. The amenities are also a huge plus, and the location is super convenient for everything I need. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my choice, and I’m excited to call this place my new home. I’ve been enjoying it here. Very quiet and friendly neighbors. The gym is my favorite amenity here, and has a lot more than other places I’ve looked at. Overall, definitely a great area to live :)

Move in day was easy, everything worked, a nice welcome gift waiting for me, communities very clean and staff has been very attentive. The studio apartment is brilliantly laid out

I love it here I always feel like I’m at home and feel so welcomed never have felt more like a home!! It’s also so nice and pieceful and always feels like a luxury hotel when I walk in so many complements

ALL the staff at Harwood are beyond friendly and always available to help with any questions or assistance when needed. Love, love, love the surprise events offered more often than expected, dinners, food trucks! who doesn't love a food truck, workout trainers, it just goes on and on. Thank you Harwood Team.

Been here a few months now and still doesn’t disappoint always love coming in and out of my apartment and of course all of the staff are super nice would recommend these apartments to anyone!

Community is great! Very friendly. I’m enjoying how peaceful it is here at Harwood! I always seem to meet people in the elevator, I’m new to Arizona and know absolutely nobody so I try to engage as much as I can!

I feel me and my husband have had the most fortunate, first-renter experience. All of the staff go above and beyond. Liz and Hannah are so accommodating and kind. The events are fun and never lack in awesome food and drinks. It is tranquil here and we have truly had no issues. The trash pick up is easy, the apartments are very good quality, and we always feel very secure. Liz worked hard to help us get our application through and we appreciate her kindness very much. The gym is top notch, the pool/spa is great, and we love getting to meet new people and eat yummy food. Thank you Harwood/Quarterra staff!

Community is doing well so far, love everything about it. All of the apps are the only issue, they never seem to be working or are going through some kind of bug fixes. Otherwise the apartment and community are great.

Being an Air Force & New York State Police wife, we have travelled to many places and lived in many different types of housing! We absolutely LOVE living at HarWood on Cave Creek! It is like living at a 5-Star hotel every single day of our life! The amenities and activities right here are so impressive! Brand new gym, heated swimming pool, Hoyt tubs, 2 grills always filled for your barbecue meals, Brand new appliances! I have never had the fortune to peel off plastic from my appliances till living here! Valet garbage, dog park on site, walking distance to Costco! Secured building, touch of your phone maintenance! ( No nagging my hubby to fix this or that!!) We have a wonderful team that we see working together to create this HOME for us! Highly recommend! Studio apartment to 2 bedroom homes available! We are at 50 percent capacity so schedule a visit soon or you may miss the opportunity to find your new oasis!
