The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Harvard House Apartments
I have been here for 8 years. There was a few switches when the new owners bought the property. So glad when this took place. Yes, rent has gone up over the years and sad about that but I can see where the rent increase has gone too. Hallways have been redone, new laundry. If I have had any issues in my unit they have been really gone out of the way to help. I have been here a long time and asked to have my unit painted and new carpet, it was done right away. I cannot say enough about the new owners.
