My first year was incredible with the staff even maintenance crew seemed to to pay attention to details however lately I feel like things are not as well run.

I am very pleased with the professional and efficient service provided by Harpeth Square Apartments.

I enjoy the Harpeth Square community, the residents and friends I have met, and the upscale quality of my apartment. The location in downtown Franklin is perfect, especially with the proximity of 1799, McGavocks, Culaccinos, NOW, Olivia, the Franklin Bakehouse, and Landmark Books.

Superb place live, nice residents, very convenient and walkable to downtown Franklin. Management staff have been stellar and prompt to reply to emails or concerns. Maintenance staff have always been very professional and prompt to correct any minor issues. I'm on fence and may sign another lease in May 2021. I'm a healthcare pro and walk in all hours of the early morning. I know HS is very secure, safe and never a question about personal safety. When I'm away doing surgical missions, I know my unit is safe and secure, so no worries there. Living here took awhile for me to get onboard, but I'm finally there. I actually love Harpeth Square. The mgmt staff have been awesome, even though, they may have read me wrong in emails.

Easy living in a beautiful building and convenient/ fun location.

Harpeth Square is a place that I consider to be an amazing lifestyle opportunity. The location of the highly desirable downtown/Main Street Franklin, TN location makes it highly valued. Also, the adjacent hotel provides some unique amenity opportunities one might not expect in most comparable residential situations. They are extremely accommodating and pet friendly. The building is quiet with lots of high-end features and the staff is very accessible and helpful. I feel like we live at a luxury hotel with all the great gathering spaces. We divide our time between two residences and love having Harpeth as our home away from home.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Finally, an apartment complex worthy of downtown Franklin! Connected to the Harpeth Hotel, it's actually like living in a beautiful boutique hotel. The ability to utilize the hotel's room service and maid service is just an added benefit! The walkability is second to none and the retail/restaurant options are endless! Harpeth Square met all of my needs from affordability to fantastic location to a great staff. Havent been yet but have events set up occasionally and the bar/restaurant in the hotel is a true plus. Walkable to most things including bicentennial trail.

Harpeth Square has been a wonderful residence to be a part of. The designs of the apartments and common spaces are lovely, the staff are positive and fantastic, and the location and amenities are amazing!

A great place to live and very convenient to downtown. This is luxury living in best town in the nation. Being a brand new place, there are still major issues with receiving packages. UPS, FedEX and Amazon have no way to enter the building up leave packages at residents door. They are leaving outside the building meaning packages could grow legs and disappear.

I love being at Harpeth Square! It feels like Im away on vacation, with beautiful courtyards and beautiful apartment living. Not only do we have access to two wonderful dining places in the hotel, but also have wonderful restaurants, shops and entertainment right out the front door! I love being here!

The staff goes above and beyond to make this a truly wonderful place to live. The apartments are beautiful and the people make it the best!

Decided to pre-lease after "boots and hard-hat" tour in December 2019; have worked with Ioan in leasing office, and highly recommend. My experience thus far has been "upscale" as the development is designed to be; Ioan has been accommodating, highly responsive, and his intuitive approach to my needs was integral to my decision.
