Good so far - Neighborhood back entrance is not the best. Parking presents no issues, and I love my unit. Staff is also really great and friendly

It’s a good community. The amenities are always up to date. There is struggle with having requests taken care of in a timely fashion. But pretty good team.

Move in day was a smooth process and I really enjoyed it! Unit was clean and my roommate seems amazing! Looking forward to the resident events this community hosts and getting to know my roommate better!

Living here has been awesome. There’s always things to do new people new friends. I wouldn’t have any other way. The staff is helpful. They’re always there. We need them. You give them my phone. Call you shoot an email. They always get things matter

Nice roommate, a lot more space than I expected, and beautiful environment. The neighbors seem very nice, I have met no issues with other people or with the apartment building.

I appreciate how there are events to try to connect more of the residents to one another. The amenities and access are really good. Great gym.

I’ve enjoyed living here this far and have no real complaints. There’s some interesting neighbors at times as a college student but it doesn’t bother me.

Canopy has been an amazing place to live for the last year and I am excited to have been able to renew to live there again! The staff is pretty efficient, the layout is good and the pricings are a good deal.

Love canopy very friendly and mainetenance is amazing . The front office staff is very nice and attaintive. If you have any issues they will try to resolve asap.

My experience since signing the lease has been awful, every interaction with staff especially front office staff has been terrible, I avoid all the amenities that are very close to the office to avoid any interactions with them. I've been off put by conversations staff have with other residents because they show lots of attitude. Overall it's a good place to live if you completely avoid the office, they like to not pay attention when you speak or ask questions, they'll keep their earbuds in listening to music, respond with attitude, and just overall give a vibe that they don't want to be there. The apartments are nice but the people are not.

Good dog park , as well as the computer room and the pool very nice amenities very nice place to live it and very close to the bus stop I recommend if you in school or in need of place close to everything .

I just finished competing the application and lease signing process and Canopy staff has been very helpful throughout the entire period. I am excited to live at this apartment complex next year.

Upon visiting canopy and signing, I found that the community was very clean and modern. It has become a very promising property over the years and I am excited for my time there!

Front desk staff was very kind, all the staff really. Only complaint is that they give you information about important things like who your roommates are or what specific location you’ll be living very last minute.

It’s been a blast here and I would renewing would not change it for the world the staff are curttious and all ways will work help to make reasonable accommodation

Apartment is very spacious and maintenance responds quick to emergency calls .The amenities are my favorite though love the gym just have to make time to go

The environment is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The sense of safety in the community is something I really value; I feel secure knowing that measures are in place to keep residents safe. The management team and staff are also helpful and responsive, making my stay even more comfortable. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a peaceful, safe, and welcoming place to live!

You can not get a work order complete, and it doesn't seem to be an issue for them that they just close out the open tickets and do nothing. It was the same last year nothing changed.

The environment is very nice and the staff is helpful however it takes ages to get any maintenance done. we went without a/c and a dryer for the first few weeks after our move in. there were a lot of other things wrong with our specific apartment after moving in which leads us to believe that they just forgot to get our unit ready. after the first few weeks though everything has been fine.

Canopy has a helpful front office and great amenities. I love the new gym equipment that was built. The office hosts nice events for residents.

I like canopy now, but when I first moved in we had no hot water and a terrible roach infestation (and we had to take of the roaches ourselves, canopy didn’t). However, the staff has always been nice, and there are lots of cool amenities and perks that come with living here.

Since moving in, there have been many issues and I’ve emailed the leasing office and no one ever responds to my emails. I’ve been in need of pest control and roaches are spreading to my bedroom from the kitchen and in the freezer. Also my roommate isn’t the cleanest person and I’ve emailed asking to be transferred but no one responds.

My roommate and I were able to sign a short term lease, which was extremely helpful as a December grad. Amenities are great and staff is wonderful!

So far its been great and I am excited to see what is to come from it. The pool and amenities are nice. The layout of the apartment is my favorite thing about Canopy!

The amenities here are really nice as the pool is huge, there’s a grill, an outside bathroom, and a huge gym space. The bedrooms are also very nice with very spacious closets and large bathrooms. However, my only complaints are that the parking can be difficult to find as all the spots fill up very quickly. Another thing is the awkward turn at the traffic light. Other than these two complaints, it is a very nice place. I hope to see events going on in the community.

Canopy has been good, the people here are nice. The gym is my favorite part, it has so many cool things like the climbing wall, the pool is also very nice.

The move in was very easy and convenient, with the apartment complex itself creating no extra hassle. Just about everything was good when moving in except a problem that was fixed right away.

I enjoy the amount of space in the apartment, including bedroom sizes and a private bathroom. The apartments are super close to grocery stores, which is very convenient. Canopy staff are very nice and welcoming!

Amazing staff, love the furnished apartment. It’s very spacious and comfortable with to live in even with 4 people living in the same home. The events that are planned are very engaging and enjoyable.

I have been in Canopy for 2 years now and I’ve loved it. The staff is extremely helpful and the environment is great. I am going on to my third year and I have upgraded my apartment.

Nice Complex. Unfortunately, complex is not gated and far from UF campus. It was a bit of a hassle arranging for the first month though. It is pretty expensive for the area too.

Haven’t even lived here yet, but dealing with early move ins was difficult. I was having trouble finding a place to stay, as I have to be at work, and the office was completely unwilling to help me out. Very disappointed

Quick maintenance, but there is a flea problem that needs to be dealt with. It has the potential to have really good amenities, but the pool needs to be cleaned more regular because there's always leaves, branches, and bugs in it.

The amenities are great and the apartments look good. The front office people can be a bit more organized, great individually but at some times I find my answers or concerns but being answered accurately.

Great neighborhood, very friendly staff and good customer service. I truly would recommend the company to anyone who is looking for a new home

Canopy is a good place, Everyone is sweet. Maintenance is always on time and super efficient. Canopy is super affordable and you get a lot for the little you pay conpared to other places in Gville.

It’s been a good process, the leasing office is very informative! And really guide you through the whole process. It was stress free and very easy!

Can’t wait to move in and have this canopy experience , I already love the staff and everything about it . Being excited for move in day the 18th it’s gonna be amazing

Canopy apartment complex is great. Work orders are always fast an effective. The office is always on the look out for there residents an any needs they have.

It’s been cool so far the front desk staff is very nice and helpful for whatever questions I may have regarding the canopy residence :) they also have been very tedious with email updates regarding moving in and other important information I may need

I love living in canopy the customers service is top tier and if you have any issues just let them know and they’ll do the best they can, I had a minor issue and they got it together after that i haven’t happened a problem since i really do recommend it

Overall a great community and very understanding workes and leasing team. Beautiful pool and tennis area. All apartments are nice but the one I am in I believe is one of the top models and it is amazing.

I moved here in july july 1st since Ive been living out here staff been so nice nd pleasent havent had no complaints since ive been out here they helped me with any questions i had

the staff at canopy are extremely friendly and there is a variety of things that this apartment complex has to offer. for instance, they have a pool area, study rooms, a clubhouse with a pool table and projector to watch movies.

I like that the gym got renovated with lots of new equipment. I'm also a big fan of the pool area. The move-in and move-out dates are inconvenient unfortunately, and more flexibility here would be better customer service

I honestly love living at Canopy. Any maintenance issues were attended to quickly by extremely professional workers, and the front office has always been so helpful with anything I needed.

Nice place , the pool is really nice and there is a lot to do and the office has nice events , the office is pretty slow at getting back with you but overall decent place
