I’ve lived here for a month, and so far, it’s been a very positive experience. The apartment is clean, has a great layout, and comes with good amenities. I especially like that there are multiple exits from the building—it feels safe and convenient. The included carport is a big plus, and while I haven’t needed maintenance yet, the manager is always around and seems reliable. The only issue has been with the trash, but it hasn’t overshadowed the overall experience. I’d definitely recommend this place—I already have!

Fantastic Staff, Great Service, Wonderful communications. Their team and this company actually care about their residents and that is Rare. Their Maintenance team is just the same. I personally have been extremely satisfied with Greystar. My daughter lives in Houston and in her younger years rented from two properties that was managed by Greystar and always spoke of their reputation was preceded very well and always courteous and professional both. Overall, I really enjoy living here. The only thing that bothers me is the daycare (kids are loud, but not apartment fault) and the limiting parking spaces.

I have lived her for going on 4 years now and the new management company that has just started it awful. They refuse to let me speak with the manager. They set me a maintenance appointment for 10 am and no one ever showed up. I have tried to call many times but they refuse to answer the phone or return phone calls. If I could give zero stars I would.

Regina and Kathy have been amazing in the front office and Lucio in maintenance has been just as incredible. They have made us feel welcome in our new home and Lucio went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed in our apartment. The price is great for the size and amenities of the apartment and the location couldn't be better. We are so happy to call the Mandolin our new home.

I love my apartment, its just the right size and pretty. I live where I can see trees, and nature, which is pleasant. I like the location, very close to stores restaurants, shopping and nearby freeways to get from Dallas, Arlington, Ft Worth, and points north.

The community and area is extremely safe and strategic for a new or growing family. The amenities are great and there are also various parks in walking/biking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and the prices are so good for such a nice complex

Parking is bad, and the choice of internet is awful, price is a little higher on average than other locations in the area. However, the apartments are very nice and the community is quiet and family friendly.

Had I not gotten another job in a different city, I would not leave The Mandolin. The grounds are always well kept. The maintenance team is always prompt and friendly. The office staff is always eager to help. My apartment is always complimented for its spacious layout and design details. I love the natural lighting from all of the windows. My neighbors are always friendly and everyone does their best to make this a pleasant place to live. And the inclusive assigned covered parking will definitely be missed as I am having to pay for that luxury at my new apartment. I only gave 4 stars because the gates are often broken or left open, parking on weekends is a nightmare for guests, and something needs to be done about the kids who want to play right at the gate entrance. Very dangerous! Other than that, I have no complaints.

The apartment itself is everything my wife and I could have wanted. Lots of space, new carpets, huge walk in closet, and at the price there's really no beating it. The grounds have lots of trees which makes the walking paths throughout very enjoyable. What I love the most about the entire experience is at night its QUIET. I am proud to live here and have recommended to several several friends.
