Never in office and NEVER return calls!!!!
I submitted an application for my parents in late October of 2021. I was told 6 months waiting list... NO UPDATES, NO CALLS, NO ONE EVER IN THE OFFICE... I have left messages, left notes on the CLOSED office door and NEVER a response. My poor 80 year old Mom drove through today to find a maintenance man and he said maybe you should put in another application! WELL maybe they should have processed the first one the way they said... they said the manager stops by and picks up the mail daily! I would love to know who owns these to see if this is professionalism they expect about the person running their property....
