miserable
Miserable experience. Nothing gets fixed. Hot water is never on. No maintenance to preserve infrastructure - nothing is touched until it breaks. Which means, that when something breaks, it's catastrophic and everyone gets screwed. Glad I got out of this place. STAY AWAY.
