I had the best experience from the time I viewed the apartments to the application process and picking up my keys. The leasing office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I chose an apartment online but Karen had to change it and the one she chose was exactly what I wanted. I relocated from Baltimore and was nervous about moving because I am not familiar with the area. I love my new apartment and I am so glad I chose Harbor Place

Very noisy community. Residents play music far too loud. And roaches even though I keep my unit clean. Roof is in need of repair because I get a leak in my apartment.

It’s okay, not great. The new maintenance guy takes care of business. Some of the old ones will clear out your work order and find an excuse why they couldn’t do the work.

It’s been good maintenance is fine takes some time but they come out fixed everything I needed, for price it’s worth it, just want a bar in our place and everything would be fine

My neighbors are great! It's pretty quiet and everyone is respectful. I dislike that visitors have to pay for parking but it's not expensive, however it does impact if my friends or family come visit or not.

Since me being here for a month. My actual complex is super quiet and peaceful space. There’s hardly any noises or crazy behavior. The halls and trash are always is clean and put together well. The only issue would be the leasing office. They can sometimes be rude and not helpful. The complex it’s self is great and I can’t complain

My experience so far has been good. Very nice and quiet. Move in process was pretty smooth. The only thing I do not like is the easy access to the building door for safety concerns! Anyone can just easily walk in. Overall no issues or problems.

The spacious rooms, washer/ dryer, pool, great closets, events, and great storage are what's great about these apartments. The location is easy access to DC, which is great. Maintenance could be way better because my 2nd bathroom toilet hasn't worked properly since my family moved in and they keep doing the same fix (snaking) thinking its going to be a different outcome. We need a new toilet and sewage to be cleared from the line leading to that toilet. The property could be cleaner but that's due to residents and the cleaning crew isn't out enough in my opinion. Some residents let their dogs poop anywhere and don't clean up behind them. I think the addition of cameras will provide more safety, accountability and security for the complex and residents both. Overall my family likes it but the issues I mentioned if addressed will bring up the satisfaction meter. My real review is 3.9 stars.

It’s been an interesting experience. Overall, not terrible, but minor things like communication with maintenance not responding and having to put in tickets more than once. Also, needs better security with cameras. Car break ins are common and make sure you have an alarm system in your apartment.

I would give a 5 but it’s been a struggle to get maintenance out when I put in tickets, they keep getting closed when no work was done, then I call the office and get 5 different reasons. Also, I’ve just signed a new lease and I’ve been asking for a reserved parking space since I moved in last year and no one has done anything no call, email, or anything but you all sure can send out late emails even when I’m never late with paying. Please do better and you may get that 5.

When I moved in it was apparent little was done to check the place. My fridge, AC, and washer did not work. They took two weeks to replace the fridge leaving me with limited food options. Waste water was leaking into my closet and stained the carpet. Cat claws and pieces of metal were in the carpet. Sink was leaking and toilet backfilling. A bullet casing was on the patio and a police battering ram indent on the door with the bottom corner being permanently bent inward. AC has broken 4 times in 3 months. Dryer smacks against the walls when running. Maintenance staff is generally timely but there are issues way too often. It is a good enough living space but not worth the price of rent.

Los apartamentos son muy bonitos para vivir es muy amplio para todo la sala el cuarto de verdad que es hermoso en en el Building que a mí me tocó las personas no hacen ruido y Y son muy amigables lo único que la renta es muy cara y en veces se tarda en venir arreglar las cosas yo fui a a poner dos con porque el agua de la bañera sale arriba y abajo y parece zinc de lavamanos de la cocina no me vinieron a arreglar la llave cita y fui a poner ahí en la oficina eso también la pintura está soplada y se viene la pintura y se sale.

once things break they won't be fixed. this is month four with no washing and everyone has and continue to give me the run around. no cameras in the complex --- yes it's 2024. no actual security (they state a patrol come around but i've been here over 4 years thats a lie --- oh yeah my car was stolen outside of my apartment in Oct 2023. just run --- you can rent at a better complex

There was a rock start for our move in, the date was pushed back due to maintenance repairs. Then when entering the unit there was additional repairs that needed to be done. The leasing team had a rapid response to the maintenance concern and most of the concerns were addressed immediately. Please ensure to complete a full walk-through of your unit. The things that you think don’t matter, matters.

The apartment is real nice & Ms Felicia is a big help the one thing i really like about my apartment is that it is real spacious for me to move around .

It’s ok so far. I can just hear my upstairs neighbors running all day . Parking is a little hectic as well. But the community is quiet so far !

I have never been so disappointed with an organization in my entire life. The apathy is unbelievable. They say one thing and do another. They take your money for rent and in return, you get attitude. They towed my vehicle for the wrong reason. One manager told me that my money would be refunded and then another manager insinuated that I was lying.

I have a leak in my bedroom, I contacted the landlord several times and they came to look at it but never fixed it, every time it rains, the stains get worse, now it’s a puddle inside the wall, and the paint has turned brown. I hope theirs no mold inside the wall. I like living here but it’s hard getting someone to come out to fix the problem.

The neighborhood is not clean the residents in the community don’t care about where they live you practically have to go and visit the rental office in order to get any maintenance done

Things have been great so far. The only thing that i have to be very persistent about is when maintenance work needs to be done. Request get ignored and have to be sent in more than one or it won’t get done. Even at time when request are acknowledged, it takes awhile for them to get to it. The floors are also very creaky, so if someone lives above you, you’ll hear all of their movements. Otherwise, my time has been decent here so far.

Decent priced rent for this area, free open parking, and spacious one bedroom apartments…also monthly amenity fee includes xfinity. pretty much the best perks here

The area is accessible to DC and VA. Every apartment has there own washer and dryer. Apartment is spacious. Nice size balcony. Parking can be hectic, suggest getting a reserved spot to ensure you have parking if you work late or go out often.

I really love the community and my apartment. Very quiet neighborhood! However, maintenance is not as responsive as they should be. At times I feel the rental office acts if we are bothering them. Overall not a bad community at all

I have had a great experience here at Harbor Place. Very spacious apartment with plenty of closet space which i love. Maintenance staff is awesome and polite. My building is relatively quiet and my neighbors aren’t noisy which is a plus. A great place to call home.

So far I am quite pleased with the apartment, as it is in good condition, spacious and well ventilated. There is plenty of parking, and all common areas are always clean. the neighborhood appears to be quiet. The leasing process went very well, and the entire staff was impeccable during the process.

The community is very nice and friendly my neighbors are always looking out for each other / maintenance could be a little better at times but I love my apartment and the area it’s very close to many new shopping centers and it can be really convenient for the people/ the office staff has been kind throughout my time here at Harbor place and I’m sending out recommendations to all of my friends and family that decides if they want to live here or not/ it’s also very affordable

Love the neighborhood and there’s always parking lol .. other than that it’s a great place to live. I live on the back side so my patio faces the trees so it’s calming to sit outside on the hot days

Just moved in yesterday, the apartment had a few minor problems But hoping they’ll get fixed soon. Staff is really nice and apartment move in was smooth and easy. Residents are nice and I would recommend living here.
