The location is key, right near Rte.93 and Rte. 95. Very easy for commuters to Boston, and the surrounding areas. Lots of great bars and restaurants around as well. Love, love , love the units for rent. Andrew gave us a great tour and loads of info. Everything is there for your use, the activity room, the pool, grills, especially the state of the art gym. Secure your place before they’ve booked up.

I had a tour with Jay recently and wanted to send some kudos for a job well done! He was friendly and funny during our tour and knew the answers to any questions I asked about the building and location. This property is in a great location with quick and easy access to the highway, and downtown stoneham. You can get to anything you need easy and quick. The building is beautiful and the staff was very friendly.

Everything about this place is amazing, the clubhouse and courtyard are gorgeous. The apartments are spacious with lots of light and storage. Erin and Matt were gracious host and the entire experience was great!

I just moved in here and I am SO happy! The apartment itself is beautiful and the staff has been extremely helpful and kind. I am very thankful for how smooth the move in process was, and I am so excited to use the amenities here. The location is perfect because it is right off the highway, there is so much to do all around, and it still feels secluded and private. Highly recommend!

This property will blow you away. For the moment you walk in you can feel the luxury. The amenities spaces are everything you could ask for and the apartments are spacious with plenty of storage. Such a hidden gem right off 93!

I have had a great experience checking out this apartment building. Both Jay and Andrew have been extremely helpful throughout this process and have been able to answer all of the questions I have had. Hanover stoneham has a great team here. Now that I have moved in officially, I have met the rest of the Leasing team and they are all wonderful. I had a smooth transition moving into my apartment and the leasing staff has been very helpful with any questions I have had and were able to show me where everything was and how to use certain things in my apartment and within the amenity spaces
