The location is key, right near Rte.93 and Rte. 95. Very easy for commuters to Boston, and the surrounding areas. Lots of great bars and restaurants around as well. Love, love , love the units for rent. Andrew gave us a great tour and loads of info. Everything is there for your use, the activity room, the pool, grills, especially the state of the art gym. Secure your place before they’ve booked up.

I just moved in here and I am SO happy! The apartment itself is beautiful and the staff has been extremely helpful and kind. I am very thankful for how smooth the move in process was, and I am so excited to use the amenities here. The location is perfect because it is right off the highway, there is so much to do all around, and it still feels secluded and private. Highly recommend!

This property will blow you away. For the moment you walk in you can feel the luxury. The amenities spaces are everything you could ask for and the apartments are spacious with plenty of storage. Such a hidden gem right off 93!

I have had a great experience checking out this apartment building. Both Jay and Andrew have been extremely helpful throughout this process and have been able to answer all of the questions I have had. Hanover stoneham has a great team here. Now that I have moved in officially, I have met the rest of the Leasing team and they are all wonderful. I had a smooth transition moving into my apartment and the leasing staff has been very helpful with any questions I have had and were able to show me where everything was and how to use certain things in my apartment and within the amenity spaces

Beautiful brand new building right off the highway. Spacious apartments with elegant touches. The staff is friendly and eager to help. Erin was a fantastic tour guide and answered all of my questions.

I moved into Hanover Stoneham when they first open in February. It’s been nothing but a positive experience. The gym is amazing and I was finally able to cancel my gym membership elsewhere, and the media room is perfect to watch sports games. The staff is incredibly helpful and are always quick to fix any problems that come up. 10/10 would recommend!

Move in was extremely smooth despite brand new constriction nearby. Staff was attentive and helpful and went above and beyond to assist in the move. Property itself is brand new and beautiful. I haven’t had any issues or need for maintenance which is a first compared to other apartments. Amenities are top of the line. Would highly recommend.

Took a tour of this amazing apartment complex , had the pleasure of working with Johnathan who was very informative. Amenities are brand new & open 24hrs which is very convenient. Apartments are so spacious from the kitchen to the bathroom and bedroom space ! The fact that they’re rated the #1 management company speaks for itself. Location is private and quiet & located in the center of so many shopping centers and highway. This is definitely a family friendly community!
