Been a resident at Hanover SoMa for 18+ months and it has been one of the smoothest and most enjoyable residential experiences. I find the community, from neighbors to the front office management team, to be friendly and respectful. One of the perks of residing at Hanover SoMa is all the great restaurants, grocery stores, and public transportation nearby. In addition, there is fantastic programming by the Hanover team for the apartment community year-round. We had a lovely Mother's Day workshop where residents were able to enjoy a flower bouquet-making workshop and write cards for mothers in our lives. And another one of my favorites was the holiday gift-wrapping station that lasted all of December. Gift wrapping paper, gift bags, and other office supplies were all provided and I would wrap a few present each week, and it was a nice opportunity to meet my neighbors. Highly recommend Hanover SoMa!

The building is located very close to downtown and easily accessible from the highway which was extremely important for me as I commute to work three days a week. There are some hidden gem restaurants in the neighborhood which are easily walking distance.
