Hanover Hollywood is a beautiful property right off of Sunset! It truly is a gem! Olivia the Property Manager went out of her way to help me with any questions I had and Keithan was so knowledgeable during our tour. The building itself is so beautiful and the entire staff is so friendly.

I’ve been at the Hanover Hollywood apartment for about 5 months. First of all, when I came for the apartment tour, the leasing agent Armond was very cordial. He ensured that he showed me all the best options within my budget. I would also recommend looking at some apartments that are slightly above your budget. Coming to the apartment itself, the finishes are top-notch. I loved most of floor plans. I was looking for space, these definitely had that. The apartment itself has been safe and helped me feel secure. The maintenance staff is also very responsive and quick to help you. Given that it’s a new apartment complex (2022 construction), I was worried if there would be problems with it but there are none! You also have other essentials like CVS, Trader Joe’s, etc pretty close by. Overall, it’s been a 10/10 experience here.

I recently had the chance to tour an apartment complex in Hollywood that left me speechless. From the moment I stepped into the community, I felt at home thanks to the warm welcome I received. The amenities available here are top-notch, from the beautiful pool area to the inviting courtyard featuring pool tables and fire pits. The community spirit is infectious, with staff and residents speaking highly of the welcoming atmosphere. What stood out was the convenient location, with restaurants and entertainment venues within walking distance, plus easy freeway access. Also, the move-in specials were pretty good. I highly recommend you add Hanover to your list.

I wanted to really take my time to leave a proper review for the Hanover Team because they really deserve the absolute best review. This team goes above and beyond to ensure that you have everything that you need. My family and I moved in a couple weeks ago and Olivia and her team made the process absolutely seamless. I remember when we were filling out the application, I had made a mistake on my form and Valerie sat with me on the phone for over 30 minutes, just walking me through each step with so much patience. Anytime that we need anything. we pick up the phone and they are always there to answer and to help make whatever we need easily resolved in no time. This building is so incredibly safe, always spotless, and you are always greeted with the biggest smiles by the team downstairs. We are so happy to be living here and are so grateful for their incredible level of service!

The property is a great community. The leasing team made the move-in process very easy and has been a great team with everything else. The amenities are also great - the gym is always clean. The location of the property is good too - many places are walkable and it’s also easy access the main streets (Sunset, Santa Monica, etc). Overall I’m glad with my choice and experience at the property.

What is there to say? The complex is stunning. The apartments are well appointed. The amenities are great. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and just a joy to deal with. Maintenance is fast and easy. The location is great, especially if you like food, or good night life. 10/10 would recommend. But also. Don’t you dare book the screening room, it’s all mine ??

Definitely don't feel lonely in LA anymore because Hanover Hollywood has become home. I came from the East Coast and this LA rental market has been overwhelming until I walked through the doors of Hanover Hollywood and met Olivia. From our 1st phone call to the tour of my NOW home, and all its awesome amenities, I feel that Olivia not only listened to what I needed, but she made me feel comfortable through the entire process. Hanover is an amazing place to stay at if you like luxury apartments. it’s always super clean and well maintained. The staff is always willing to help and they’re extremely kind. The amenities are too class and the gym has top quality equipment. Idk if this matters for renters but everytime I step into the lobby the music playing is always a banger.

After moving from a complex that was mismanaged, falling into disrepair and was deficient of amenities, it was amazing to not only find Hanover but to move in. Living here for over 2 months, which is enough time to realize if it feels like home, Hanover Hollywood does feel like home. The property is incredibly managed with staff that legit care about your experience, and for those that work from home, there are areas, with incredible views, to not only do that work but also relax. I have to add that the equipment in the gym will be hard to find in another location. I usually review when I'm really dissatisfied with something but it's just as important to tout when something exceeds expectations.
This place is located near so many restaurants and stores, I love that. It’s surrounded by beautiful views. It’s clean and the staff is helpful.
I love this place, it’s always super clean and well maintained which is really important to me. The staff is always willing to help and they’re extremely kind.
We just moved in over a month ago and this has been the best rental experience I have ever had. Extremely efficient and wonderful service. I have had 2/3 maintenance things that have come up as it's a brand new building, and they have taken care of it within 24 hours! The staff are incredible and of course the amenities and cleanliness of the building is unparallelled
I’m trying to find a place from Miami Florida to LA, Hanover Hollywood proved to be a great place to live. The staff, the complex, the atmosphere is one that I love to call home. Many people choose apartment complex for the amenities, I honestly chose this place for the staff. They care, they’re always there to help at a moments notice but more importantly, they make you feel like you’re one family in an apartment complex of 40+.
Hanover Hollywood is the place to be. The views are amazing and the staff is fabulous. Aimee and Valerie are the best. Their stellar service and personalities are such a joy to be around. I love all the amenities and I am so happy to call this place home.
The property is incredible due to the extensive amenities. Gym is great and property management is always available and attentive. Love living here! Makes life easy!!
I had the pleasure of interacting with Valerie. Then Aimee assisted me with the application process, which made it so much easier! I have lived here for a month now and love it. The amenities are amazing with a theater room! Even a sun deck that looks at the Hollywood sign. I’m so happy I chose to make this my home. My last few apartments were ok but they always has noise issues. You would think with this complex being located on sunset it would be super loud. Guess what! Nope! It’s super quiet in my unit and I can relax perfect with my pets and fiancé. Thank you again Hanover hollywood leasing staff!

These apartments are very beautiful the aesthetics are great, so many place to gather with beautiful views! The team at the front desk are so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend these apartments.
-- Leasing Experience -- Just had a lovely experience last week of having my first tour and second tour follow up with my fiancee included at the Hanover Hollywood and we were both thoroughly impressed by the leasing staff, the location of the building being centrally located to convenient needs (grocery stores, banks, hospitals, entertainment, etc). We toured 8 different places in the Hollywood/Century City areas and settled on the Hanover due to their overall wonderful property experience, concessions, and their amazing amenities. Honestly the building itself is gorgeous alone. I want to personally thank Miss Kaitlin for her honest, professional, and helpful feedback about the building and the surrounding area, Miss Aimee & Valerie for being very well prepared, professional, and knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding area as well, and lastly Mr. Lucas for being funny, sweet, and friendly with our first tour with me virtually. These 3 leasers combined were the reason my partner and I applied for this property and considered it an option even with their lack of dog amenities for my ESA dog. ** There are no Dog amenities at this building which is sad but there are dog options for grooming, dog parks, and doggy daycares all within a 5 - 10 minute drive of this building ** So far the entire leasing process has been very easy, smooth, and expeditious with lots of contact between us and the leasing office -- The Area -- The property is located right on Sunset in Hollywood, right in the heart of all the beauty of classic and stereotypical LA. The building itself is wonderfully located on a main street with grocery stores, parks, hospitals, and small businesses all around. Having an elusive understanding of the Hollywood LA area as I am still very new to the Los Angeles, I felt very safe within the immediate building's radius (1 mile in all directions) and did not feel me or my car was in imminent danger for theft or burglary. On both of my follow-up in-person tours the immediate noise on the street was tolerable even given being on a main road and wouldn't worry too much about the noise level as the building once inside is quite quiet. Traffic wasn't too bad by CA if you are driving to work during normal work hours. All in all I highly recommend this property and look forward to my residency with this property starting next month.

I recently move in to this complex with my husband, everyone in the leasing team was great. The maintenance team have been fantastic. If you are looking for comfort and a quiet place to live, this is a great complex.
