I’ve lived here now for over a year. Codiey is extremely helpful anytime I request anything. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

My time living at Hanover Hollywood has been amazing! Moving from another state, not knowing much about Hollywood (besides the tourist area), it has been a great experience. My apartment was very modern and spacious. Codiey from maintenance, solved all my issues or questions I had with the appliances. Very respectful and knows what he is doing. Kudos to him for maintaining the property. Especially in Hollywood! I love having guest over and enjoy the views from the sky deck. You have views of downtown and the Hollywood sign. Having Kava downstairs is a big plus too! All the amenities are great. Overall, if you want a peaceful place to stay in middle of Hollywood, Hanover is the place.

Love living here - I've been here for almost 3 years now and it's been great. Particularly want to give a huge s/o to Codiey, our maintenance supervisor. He was gone for a few months, and he was missed. Since he has been back, I've already seen a huge improvement for the better!

I’ve had a great experience living here I have been at this location since it opened. I have not had any issues and the staff is wonderful. I want to give a special shout out to the maintenance supervisor Codiey for always handling my maintenance requests in a timely manner.

This property is great, but the team that works there is what makes it excellent! The management team is extremely responsive, helpful, and always available to address any tenant issues or problems! Major shoutout to Diego, the maintenance supervisor who is always professional, friendly, and addresses any unit issues with care! Diego takes the time to not only fix the issue at hand, but he inquires if there is anything he can handle as well. His level of professionalism and care is always appreciated! This goes for all the members of the management and maintenance team who are truly always a pleasure to speak with! I would give the staff at the Hanover Hollywood a 10/10!!!

I toured a few weeks ago and fell in love with the building, amenities and the staff! Everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming. A special shoutout to Taryn, Amber and Lacy for being so polite and helpful. Can't recommend this building enough!! A gem in the Hollywood area.

I have dealt with Diego on many occasions and I can with full confidence say he is an incredible manager who always brings professionalism, warmth, and great energy to the space. He’s approachable, outgoing, and makes everyone feel supported, while also going out of his way to make sure everything around the building is operating at the highest level. His leadership really stands out, and it’s clear he takes pride in making the residents, vendors, staff feel welcomed while making the community the best it can be.

Diego is truly the best! Anytime something needs to be fixed in the building, he responds quickly, communicates clearly, and gets the job done right the first time. He’s not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind and respectful which makes such a difference when he’s working in your home. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and cares about the residents. We’re lucky to have him here, and I’m always impressed by how smooth and stress-free he makes the maintenance process. Hanover Hollywood is a beautiful property right off of Sunset! It truly is a gem! Olivia the Property Manager went out of her way to help me with any questions I had and Keithan was so knowledgeable during our tour. The building itself is so beautiful and the entire staff is so friendly.

I’ve been at the Hanover Hollywood apartment for about 5 months. First of all, when I came for the apartment tour, the leasing agent Armond was very cordial. He ensured that he showed me all the best options within my budget. I would also recommend looking at some apartments that are slightly above your budget. Coming to the apartment itself, the finishes are top-notch. I loved most of floor plans. I was looking for space, these definitely had that. The apartment itself has been safe and helped me feel secure. The maintenance staff is also very responsive and quick to help you. Given that it’s a new apartment complex (2022 construction), I was worried if there would be problems with it but there are none! You also have other essentials like CVS, Trader Joe’s, etc pretty close by. Overall, it’s been a 10/10 experience here.

I'm so impressed with Hanover Hollywood! The property offers everything you need to feel happy and safe. But what really sets it apart is the exceptional property management staff. They go above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued and cared for. Their dedication and warmth make all the difference. Five stars! :)

I recently had the chance to tour an apartment complex in Hollywood that left me speechless. From the moment I stepped into the community, I felt at home thanks to the warm welcome I received. The amenities available here are top-notch, from the beautiful pool area to the inviting courtyard featuring pool tables and fire pits. The community spirit is infectious, with staff and residents speaking highly of the welcoming atmosphere. What stood out was the convenient location, with restaurants and entertainment venues within walking distance, plus easy freeway access. Also, the move-in specials were pretty good. I highly recommend you add Hanover to your list.

I wanted to really take my time to leave a proper review for the Hanover Team because they really deserve the absolute best review. This team goes above and beyond to ensure that you have everything that you need. My family and I moved in a couple weeks ago and Olivia and her team made the process absolutely seamless. I remember when we were filling out the application, I had made a mistake on my form and Valerie sat with me on the phone for over 30 minutes, just walking me through each step with so much patience. Anytime that we need anything. we pick up the phone and they are always there to answer and to help make whatever we need easily resolved in no time. This building is so incredibly safe, always spotless, and you are always greeted with the biggest smiles by the team downstairs. We are so happy to be living here and are so grateful for their incredible level of service!

The property is a great community. The leasing team made the move-in process very easy and has been a great team with everything else. The amenities are also great - the gym is always clean. The location of the property is good too - many places are walkable and it’s also easy access the main streets (Sunset, Santa Monica, etc). Overall I’m glad with my choice and experience at the property.

I moved here a month ago and I'm in love with everything this building provide. Beautiful gym, I even cancelled my Equinox membership and good lighting Inside the apartment is a game changer ;)

What is there to say? The complex is stunning. The apartments are well appointed. The amenities are great. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and just a joy to deal with. Maintenance is fast and easy. The location is great, especially if you like food, or good night life. 10/10 would recommend. But also. Don’t you dare book the screening room, it’s all mine ??

Definitely don't feel lonely in LA anymore because Hanover Hollywood has become home. I came from the East Coast and this LA rental market has been overwhelming until I walked through the doors of Hanover Hollywood and met Olivia. From our 1st phone call to the tour of my NOW home, and all its awesome amenities, I feel that Olivia not only listened to what I needed, but she made me feel comfortable through the entire process. I have recommended Olivia to all my colleagues & if you are still looking for a place to live, make an appointment & you'll be glad you did!

Hanover is an amazing place to stay at if you like luxury apartments. it’s always super clean and well maintained. The staff is always willing to help and they’re extremely kind. The amenities are too class and the gym has top quality equipment. Idk if this matters for renters but everytime I step into the lobby the music playing is always a banger.

After moving from a complex that was mismanaged, falling into disrepair and was deficient of amenities, it was amazing to not only find Hanover but to move in. Living here for over 2 months, which is enough time to realize if it feels like home, Hanover Hollywood does feel like home. The property is incredibly managed with staff that legit care about your experience, and for those that work from home, there are areas, with incredible views, to not only do that work but also relax. I have to add that the equipment in the gym will be hard to find in another location. I usually review when I'm really dissatisfied with something but it's just as important to tout when something exceeds expectations.

We just moved in over a month ago and this has been the best rental experience I have ever had. Extremely efficient and wonderful service. I have had 2/3 maintenance things that have come up as it's a brand new building, and they have taken care of it within 24 hours! I’m trying to find a place from Miami Florida to LA, Hanover Hollywood proved to be a great place to live. The staff, the complex, the atmosphere is one that I love to call home. Many people choose apartment complex for the amenities, I honestly chose this place for the staff. They care, they’re always there to help at a moments notice but more importantly, they make you feel like you’re one family in an apartment complex of 40+.

Hanover Hollywood is the place to be. The views are amazing and the staff is fabulous. Aimee and Valerie are the best. Their stellar service and personalities are such a joy to be around. I love all the amenities and I am so happy to call this place home.

The amenities are amazing with a theater room! Even a sun deck that looks at the Hollywood sign. I’m so happy I chose to make this my home. My last few apartments were ok but they always has noise issues. You would think with this complex being located on sunset it would be super loud. Guess what! Nope! It’s super quiet in my unit and I can relax perfect with my pets and fiancé. Thank you again Hanover hollywood leasing staff!
