The staff at the Hanover are great! Sean and the other staffers in the office are super welcoming and easy to chat with. The amenity spaces are lovely to walk through and feel very welcoming when arriving at the building. The reason for docking the Hanover a star is that there are a handfull of issues with the building that occur regularly and I don't think will be fixed in the future. 1) The pool access door regularly is not closed properly by tenants as they leave or enter the building and this creates a noisy continuous beep until the door is properly closed. Tenants that walk out of the building can't really hear it, but those that have units on the hallway with the siren can back me up and say we hate this door. Please, please, please, fix it! 2) The walls and floors are pretty thin. I can hear water moving through the plumbing from upper floors, tenants walking around above me, and dogs in the adjacent units or across the hall. 3) The build quality of the place is kinda shoddy when you really look at the units. After being in my unit for 6 months, I've really noticed some headscratching, low-quality things when it comes to how the unit is constructed (floors, drywall, paint, electrical, etc.) 4) The mail room is a nice feature, but the mail carriers regularly don't log deliveries in the systems, so you may have to manually request a code to access the mail room. Not the worst thing, as the system is quick to provide a new code to enter, but it is a bit annoying. I've had a few packages never be delivered to the building or to the mail room, despite the order tracking saying it was delivered. Not sure if that was a package thief in the building or mail carrier not being able to access the building so it was left outside and stolen. 5) The recycling/trash room on the first floor is a terrible time. I can only remember 1 time when I've opened the door and the room hasn't be overwhelmingly full of stuff. I really wish they would have done something to allow us to actually throw out our recycling into a chute or larger openings in the walls. 6) Parking in the garage can be a bit of a hassle if people that don't have parking passes sneak into the garage when there are rain/snow days.

This is a phenomenal apartment complex and I couldn't not recommend enough. The entire staff is great, from the leasing office to the maintenance folks. Derek from maintenance has been stellar on the last couple minor work orders I submitted (fridge filters, etc.). The team does a great job of putting on small events, or going above and beyond with decorations/fun things for residents, and the amenity spaces are in great shape and actually used by the residents!

My first major apartment building experience and it has been absolutely phenomenal. Luxurious units and common spaces with a great team keeping the building in top shape. Walls are pretty thick so you barely ever hear neighbors. Feels very secure even without a 24hr doorman. I have lived here for over three months now and have enjoyed every moment.
Tons of maintenance issues including heat not working and in-unit water leak. Very poor build quality.

I've lived here for a few weeks now and absolutely LOVE it! This is the nicest unit and complex I've ever experienced living in and the staff is incredible. They respond to service requests extremely fast and go above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need. I recently had an oversized couch delivery and the staff (Mario, Jose, and Joia) bent over backwards to help me get it in my unit. They brought it up for me, made sure it fit in my apartment, and even came back to remove my trash - such a kind and unexpected gesture! I am blown away by how awesome these people are. This is by far one of the most gorgeous apartment complexes I've ever seen, plus with all of the high-end amenities it feels like a luxury resort. The units are stunning, spacious, and have great mountain views. The location is prime (within walking distance to Pearl St? Yes please!) Overall, Hanover exudes a high quality, inviting, and first class vibe. I never want my lease to end!!

Just moved to this complex. Very beautiful, light and airy apartment. Great price for this quality. Friendly staff, nice neighborhood. There were some damages in our apartment, but Jose (maintenance assistant) did amazing job to fix them.
Brand new build so there were some issues with basic maintenance requests like fixing door hinges, adding handles, fixing appliances that weren't installed correctly, etc. We've had a decent amount of maintenance requests but Juan and Mario and their team have been super responsive, friendly and fun to talk to. A good maintenance team is one of the most important aspects to having a good experience in a new apartment community and we lucked out at Hanover.

What a joy to be welcomed into a new city with a brand new luxury building with attentive management and an even more generous and capable maintenance staff — Mario is a particular standout of a guy! Only criticisms is the construction across the street of another large condominium which is right across the street from what would otherwise be an oasis of the building’s outdoor pool. Finally, and this is fixable: you have to go to the ground floor to leave ALL recycling. Doesn’t seem environmentally conscious or aware of management to make it so inconvenient to do right by our planet.

When I walked in for the apartment tour, I was automatically in awe!! The place is GORGEOUS and amenities are superb. Joia was literally the biggest help and so sweet!! She gave an in depth tour and was smiles all the way! She made it a very pleasant experience. Currently looking over the leasing sheet info she get us and are looking to sign!! Samantha

I really like everything about my apartment, from the community to the staff and neighbors. My doggy loves to play with his friends in the dog bark. One of the nicest places to live in Denver. ?? 100% Recomended.

As one of the first few residents to move in I would just love to say how awesome Tyler and the team has been from our tour to moving in and random things we need help with throughout living here, everyone is always willing to help and make your experience even better we have had no issues being in the building and the friendly helpful staff makes it that much better! If you are looking for a happy fun place to live this is definitely spot! Thanks again for all the hard work on making our community perfect at all times!

Part of my husband's and I's decision to move to Hanover had to do with the reviews we read of the excellent management team at their other properties. The positivity took us by a pleasant surprise as during our search, we usually found the opposite sentiment. From even before we moved in, they've been wonderful. Communication has been proactive and highly accommodating. While new buildings need to work out their logistics and can still be works in process, the management and maintenance crew's effectiveness and efficiency has made our first few months here smooth and pleasant. From move-in day, the team has fostered a sense of community and personal attention. Both my husband and I were lucky to receive our welcome tours by Aimee, a remarkably warm, energetic, and helpful personality. She was incredibly informative and thorough. As a plus, her cheerfulness never fails to bring about a smile, like sunshine on a cloudy day (similar to the one on the day this is written), and she brings a personal touch to making the residents feel welcome and comfortable. When it is easier and perfectly understandable to sometimes to focus on work, especially one as emotionally laborious as hospitality and customer service, I appreciate Aimee for her affectionate manner. As a whole, the team has consistently been prompt, considerate, friendly, and gracious and we appreciate the assistance we've received, from Tyler, Joia, Chelsea, and Mario, who heads maintenance. You can count on whoever's around. The amenities are well designed and decorated from the numerous fireplaces and ambient stylish light fixtures to the chic minimalistic decor. We love the private offices, super equipped gym, and communal spaces. Side thank you to whoever, who gifted us high ceilings. The design of the apartment has functional living in mind, and it's not simply getting a bang for your buck and making as many units possible. Ventilation, air and light are so crucial and the first to be overlooked so grateful that we could find all these amazing qualities in one place. ?? Thank you Hanover and we look forward to the rest of our stay here, which is only up from here as warm weather approaches and can't wait to make use of the pool, grills and patio spaces.

This building and the apartments are beautiful. High ceilings and spacious apartments, the gym is awesome and Chelsie is so kind and helpful! Good location and overall a really nice place!

The place is extremely nice. Inside and out. Very close to Broadway and downtown. with dope Amenities like the theater room and the gym. Extremely nice staff they help me out quite a bit moving in especially Joia so nice to me had to go out get her some dounts for her help

We toured a ton of apartments in Denver and are thrilled at our choice to go with Hanover. The complex is beautiful and well-maintained, and we regularly use the incredible amenities. Also, property management has been fantastic. They are quick to respond and have helped us with all our needs so far. I couldn't recommend an apartment complex more.
