Perla from the office provides truly unmatched support. She is always so willing to help and incredibly sweet, making it an absolute pleasure to live in these apartments. I can’t say enough good things about this place I have moved here for over a year and I am signing my lease to stay here for at least another year .The personnel and the maintenance people are wonderful, always helpful eager to help the place is also very beautiful.

Maintenance so responsive
In the 16 months since I moved to HCR the maintenance staff has been wonderfully responsive to every request I’ve made. Today Kevin responses to my need for unclogging the drain in one of my bathroom sinks. He did it quickly, cheerfully, and thoroughly. Thank you!

Amazing staff!
I’ve had an excellent experience in this building. The staff is always available to listen to our needs and solve any problems. I moved here last August, and whenever I need help, Uma and her team dive deep into the issue. They are here seven days a week, thank you!

Blown Away By This Community
This place is absolutely stunning! As soon as you step inside, it's like entering a luxurious resort. The staff greets you by name at the door, and Steven, Stephanie, and Uma make you feel like part of the family with their warm welcome. The amenities are impeccably clean (check out the photos!), and the location couldn't be better—everything you need is just a short 5-10 minute commute away. Choosing this as my home was definitely the right decision!

Great property to live in
While it’s true that this place comes with a higher price tag, it's definitely worth it for the quality. The staff is fantastic—always polite and helpful. They even throw resident events, which adds to the sense of community. Overall, it's a great investment for a top-notch living experience.

Very impressed by this building!
I must say, this building is very nice, and its a big plus that its pet friendly. The leasing staff, especially Uma the property manager, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. During the tour, residents were expressing how they are living there. Looking forward to living here!

very beautiful place!
I was looking for a place to call home and I met this lovely lady Uma. She is the biggest reason that we were sold on this apartment. She was very polite, genuine, helpful and honest. The people here is very nice and everything she told us about the community is %100 true. I love living here and the experience. Thank you!

Loving here!
I've been living here for almost 2 months the apartment is better than I could have imagined it's a great location but even better than that we have a great office staff and the maintenance department is very prompt very thorough and very helpful could not be happier!
