As one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Tacoma wrapped around a stunning historic high school, the Stadium District features lush hills, Victorian architecture, and stunning views of the bay. Stand on the sidewalk along North Stadium Way between the Washington State Historical Society building and the landmark Stadium High School and gaze out over the water. Then glance down -- the Stadium Bowl offers fantastic views of Commencement Bay and Puget Sound and is considered one of the best high school football stadiums in the country (you may have trouble focusing on the game, the view is so amazing).
The Stadium District is near Downtown Tacoma and is considered a business district. Here, you'll discover a variety of restaurants and shops, grocery stores and banks, coffee shops and corner bakeries. The district hosts several festivals and events, such as the Dickens Holiday Festival in December.

Hannah Heights is a clean, diverse, quiet apartment complex where it seems the residents all respect the shared spaces and each other's privacy. One of the best apartment situations I've ever been in.

I’ve lived at Hanna Heights (North Tower) for four years. I enjoy the condo-sized unit (with probably the best sound-blocking walls of anywhere I’ve rented), stunning view, close distance to great restaurant/bars/parks, easy access to the freeway, and modern finishings. But what has made me stay is Kari, whose reputation for taking care of residents led to her sticking around even after the building was sold to a property group. My maintenance needs and special requests related to shift work and military service have always been handled with compassion and professionalism. No place is perfect; this is on the edge of downtown and is near hospitals. Sometimes it is loud at night. Sometimes it is difficult for guests to find street parking. You’re in a city. But if you want to live next to the action, Hanna Heights is a fantastic place to call home.
I love Hannah Heights. The staff, the security, the floor plans, the views! It’s been my favorite place to live!

I like my place but security is not very good and they don't keep the hallways or garage very clean. Window cleaning is atrocious.

The building itself and location are very nice, and the staff tend to be great when you have the chance to interact with them, but the owners seem so critically understaffed that they have zero presence in the building and most concerns seem to go unnoticed.

Nice units from the looks of them, but very overpriced in an unsafe neighborhood. The lobby had been broken into and vehicles are stolen right outside of the apartment. Not great for children either.
