Hamilton Park Apartments is a beautifully landscaped community located in Chambersburg that provides a country setting, yet we are convenient to everything. The community receives federal assistance from Rural Development and therefore residents most meet special income guidelines. Section 8 vouchers are also accepted. The water, sewer and trash expenses are included in the monthly rental amount. Our security deposit is only $100.00 and the monthly rental amounts are determined by a formula based on the applicant's total gross annual family income.
