This is my third summer here & I really love it! It’s peaceful, the amenities are great & Melissa S. is the BEST!!! I honestly go to her with any questions and she goes above and beyond to answer them plus. I highly recommend. I’m a nurse and don’t mind apartment living at all. Especially when it’s comfortable.

Firstly They only allow 50 characters so I’ll try to keep it short. Paint was sloppy and rushed when moving in. They add on water and sewage once moved in and they tell you things changed. They add admin fee and valet waste on your contract and they don’t tell you until you get the bill. The place was sooo dirty moving in that there was chunks of dirt in the window corners. We’ve had things break just a few weeks in. Dryer takes 3 hours to dry cloth. The property manager takes days to reply to your concerns. Please be aware of this company. I haven’t seen any reviews since 2018, it’s a bit alarming to me.

I have been living at the Hamilton Green for just a few months and I can honestly say that it is one of the best places to live in South Jersey. The staff are simply the best! They are helpful in ways you least expect. They care! They listen! They do their best to guarantee that residents are safe by taking every necessary precaution. The grounds are well maintained, the homes are very well cared for and attention is given to every detail. No cockroaches, mices or any of the craziness with these creatures that you experience in other places. It's just clean! Even the maintenance guys always have a smile and will assist you as necessary and not just when you have a work order. It could be something as big as trying to get a heavy package into your home or just simply asking if everything is ok with you. The neighbors and community as a whole is peaceful. I haven't heard no loud music or crazy parties from any home. The neighbors are peace loving and everyone just watch out for each other. No cops coming in here like you see in other places and that tells you a lot about the kind of residents and how much the staff here pays attention to the selection process. Truly a lovely place to live if you love peace and quiet and want a clean living environment. As a single parent with a special needs child, I feel safe living in this community with my child.

As a resident of Hamilton Greene since 2009 I will say that the community has a lot to offer. The location is easily accessible, the staff is incredibly skilled and attend to residents as family. The maintenance department have resolved any issues (few and far in between) faster than I ever expected! There are many options but Hamilton Green stands out from the rest.
When we 1st saw Hamilton Greene, We were so taken with its beauty ! We call it "The Resort" because, we feel like we are on vacation staying at a resort !! The management, & other residents here are the nicest people ! The grounds are kept so immaculate, Its just beautiful !!! We also just love how quiet it is here !! When I mention I live here at Hamilton Greene to people, their response's are always the same, "Wow! Its soo nice there" Thank -You Hamilton Greene for making our life so pleasant ? Madelyn Mehlinger

My family moved in a few months ago and have nothing but a positive experience. We needed something minor fixed and maintenance was here within a few hours. Snow removal has been fantastic and they are proactive when it comes to potential winter storms. I think that it is worth the cost to live here. Neighborhood is quiet and very dog friendly. It is also great that all major stores are 5 minutes away, along with access to the AC Expressway.
I am in my second year at Hamilton Greene and it has been great. It is safe and quiet. I especially appreciate how well the esthetics of the development are kept. The landscaping is always up to par and snow and ice prevention/removal is swift. Maintenance issues are handled very quickly and the staff is kind. The location is amazing. Right next to a mall, grocery store and the expressway. Definitely the smoothest apartment living thus far!
I've been living at Hamilton Greene for almost a year and there has never been a thought in my mind that I didn't make the right decision. The maintenance and office staff are very polite and helpful. I actually had an incident where I left my keys on the step and shut the door and I had my daughter with me. The office and maintenance were extremely helpful. If you want peaceful, clean and spacious living.... I would truly recommend Hamilton Greene.
It is 20 minutes away from Atlantic city and there's plenty of stores within a few miles from you. It's a friendly community with a pool,tennis courts,basketball court, and park. The apartments are a decent size but they are a little expensive. Every year your rent goes up at least 50 more a month. You have to pay to use their gym. Maintenance is on call in case anything breaks and very helpful and friendly.
I just entered my junior year at Stockton University, and I am not a fan of dorm life at all. I needed somewhere quiet to go, where I could study in peace, be safe, and most of all feel at home. After months of searching, the school year was drawing closer, Hamilton Greene Apartments popped up on my list, and from the fist few minutes of browsing the different apartments I fell in love. All of the residents and staff members in the complex are extremely friendly, both Stockton University and all of the shopping centers you could ever need are within ten minutes, and most importantly of all, I feel secure and at home here :)During the warmer months, the pool is a great place to sit and read or go for a swim. The grounds are greatly maintained, and for a one time extra fee you can use their beautiful gym with all the equipment you need. Overall, this complex completely exceeds my expectations and I am very proud to say that I call my place home :)
This is a great place to live! Gym is right on site, as well as a pool which is great in the summer! Management was very responsive to the few maintenance requests we had! I'll be sad to go!
I have been a resident of Hamilton Greene since August, 2013. From the beginning I was treated with great care and service. That has continued throughout my time there. It is a GREAT place to live!
I only wish I had a review like this to help me when I first moved to the area. Hamilton Greene is a great complex if you are looking to live close to the FAA Technical Center, National Guard station, or Atlantic City. As one of the newer and nicer complexes in the area it boasts several amenities that are very nicely kept not just check boxes to advertise on marketing websites. It has a pool, gym, and basketball courts. The pathways and common areas are pretty extensive and make for a good walk or jog. Adjacent to the complex is the Hamilton Mall and the complex is less than 10 minutes drive from any other shopping of note for the area. Parking is on street but never a problem. The staff are extremely helpful and remember my name, and all four service tickets I have put in were answered the next day without any issues, I even got a new refrigerator in no time at all. In short this is a good location to live in if you want to maintain a safe suburban environment while still being in proximity to the city and industry it brings with it.

By far the best apartments in the area for your money. Close to Atlantic City. Philadelphia isn't too far away. Maintenance is quick to respond to work orders. Staff is friendly and easy to work with. Plus a great referral program. Safe neighborhood, a lot of young families and new professionals. Happy to recommend these apartments to friends, family and co-workers.
The townhouse we have rented has brought our family nothing but happiness. Both my Wife and daughter have enjoyed the pool and other amenities offered by Hamilton Greene. The maintenance service has been impeccable. They have answered all our concerns quickly and efficiently. Our concerns have been very very minimal!! We are very happy with our decision to move from our single family home to our townhouse. Lastly Hamilton Greene has been awesome in bringing a sense of community with many opportunities for all tenants to gather together to get to know our neighbors. All we can do is say thank you for allowing us to be part of such a wonderful community!!
Living in the Hamilton Greene apartment complex has overall worked out so well for me and my roommate! We had never rented before in our lives, being young college students, and were somewhat overwhelmed when it came to choosing our place. The administration here made it easy and understandable, and we honestly couldn't be happier with our choice. THE GOOD We chose the Magnolia II, which is a townhouse with two and a half bathrooms and two bedrooms. There is a TON of space, and a beautiful bay window in the master bedroom. The water pressure in the two bathrooms with showers is absolutely amazing. We also love the neighborhood itself - everyone here is friendly, and we never have any problems with noise either. Hamilton Greene always very quickly and efficiently takes care of any repairs that we need done, and they have a really easy online process of requesting these. Also, as we discovered once summer came around, there is an AWESOME pool here - it's big and clean and not too crowded. The apartments are also super conveniently located; we're across the street from walmart, basically next door to the mall, and right down the street from tons of restaurants. We almost never have to drive more than 15 minutes to get to where we're going. It's also not too far from the beach! THE BAD As much as we love it, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The numbering system is a little confusing for guests and delivery people - our apartment can be hard to find, as the numbers are often hidden from the street. We're not huge fans of the washer and dryer in the apartment either. The dryer doesn't dry well, and it's a combined washer dryer set that's pretty small. And one of least favorite things are the speed bumps put into the main road of the neighboorhood; they are pretty tall and pretty narrow, and make us worry for the bottom of our cars. Overall - great great GREAT place to live.
I moved in to Hamilton Greene in February 2014 and the place was great from the very beginning. This is the best run development I have ever been in. The people in the office are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The maintenance crew is very quick to respond and anxious to help. Hamilton Greene delivers beyond first class service for very reasonable rent. In this day and age where most business fail on customer service they (Scully-the management company) excel. Before renting here I visited many other places and decided on Hamilton Greene because Evelyn (Hamilton Greene's in-house renting agent) was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Now after living here for a year and a half I can tell you Evelyn along with Catherine (the property manager) go out of there way to be helpful and friendly not only to me but from what I see to all the residents here at Hamilton Greene. The development is very safe-I have seen no crime whatsoever. I would highly recommend Hamilton Greene---it's not only the best development I've ever lived in or seen it may be the best run company of any kind that I've ever done business with.

Me and my husband moved to this apartment community 3 years back after researching various options nearby. I found my apartments to have best balance of quality and affordability in the area. While others were either very high in rent or had a community that wasn't pleasing for us. The apartments community has well maintained units, fitness center, pool, tennis courts and a very safe neighborhood. We are very excited for our newborn son to grow up here. Special mention to the office and maintenance staff. They are very polite, helpful and extremely prompt at handling any requests. I definitely recommend this apartments.
This is an awesome place to call home. We enjoy the pool in the summer and the gatherings they have at the clubhouse for residents. The staff is amazing and professional. The maintaince guys are friendly and helpful. A great safe place to live.
My apartment is a nice, spacious townhome, but it lacks storage. The grounds are always maintained, and maintenance is always on call, but if I were to critique anything, it would be the storage space. I have nowhere to store my bikes or tools, but other than that, I really enjoy my townhome.
I live here with my son fiance and we now have a baby on the way and know that we will eventually have to move out due to the yearly increases on the rent. The place is kept clean but you have to watch out for spiders. We have a bunch all around the front of our home. The place is in desperate need of a power wash at least. There is a pool that is kept clean and a trail to jog or run. The people are nice and welcoming. Would stay if we could afford to.
Hamilton Greene Their first impression isn't really strong, but it's a clean place and so conveniently located in the area. This was the main reasons, my current apartment here won. The paperwork done in the beginning is simple as long as it is explained thoroughly, remember the money order. As far as the place itself: (1) it has enough space, (2) has steel appliances, (3) 2 bathrooms is a big plus (4) trash is collected at the door (5)Haven't used it but the pool and gym look good (6)there is always parking (7)isn't noisy (8)the handymen are helpful when problems arise (9)They have event for the neighborhood (10)They are good about cleaning walkways when needed My cons are: (1) Get ready for the lamp life, there is no light fixtures on the ceilings (2)All those deposits/ additional payments you pay in the beginning are a pain like renters insurance is mandatory ( under 200 range for me) (3)You are stuck with Comcast (4)Be ready to receive your last tenants mail for a while (5)There are large bumps (no small speed-bumps here) on every road to get out of this place (6)The walls are painted with a matte finish so things get on the wall easily Good luck !
Wow! Very nice rental community! Reasonable rent for luxury apartment living. I've been a resident for 8 years and no problems to date. A very quiet and safe development. A to the maintenance & grounds staff. Office staff is very friendly too! Looking forward to end of year pool party.
We've been here for 16 years and still love it the same as the day we moved in! Hamilton Greene is a quiet peaceful neighborhood and the 3 bedroom townhouse is roomy and as nice as the high end homes we've rented. Proud to call it home! Close to all major shopping and easy access to AC & Philly! The pool,tennis courts and gym are all perfect! The staff are helpful and any maintenance problems are resolved quickly. A perfect place to call home.
It's a okay but very expensive living community rent continues to to go up and I've been here since 2008. They require that you make 3x the rent which economically is not logical. My current rent is about $1,475. Beware if you truly want to live here they have a trash company which comes to door to remove trash that fee is $25 which is added to everyone's rent and can not be removed if you want to be. Their late fee is $75 however after the third time being late does not matter how late they file for eviction notice at the courthouse.

I can't say enough great things about our 2-story townhome and the community we live in. The people are very friendly. The grounds are always kept clean. If we ever experience an issue with our townhome, maintenance is right there to help fix it! And they do it with a smile. We're always kept informed on the latest news and events happening in our community. We have access to the community pool, the dog park, 24-hr gym access and more! We're VERY close to the mall and other shopping areas which is very convenient, not-to-mention, we have really great schools in this district. Moving to Hamilton Greene was one of the best choices we ever made!
We have a 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath condo. It is very comfortable for family with 1 child. Bedrooms are upstairs. The laundry is downstairs which is inconvenient and they are super small washer and dryer. Kitchen is updated. If you have a pet it's is $50 a month and the section that we are in there are no doggie waste bags. They do have a dog park that is way too far and a bit pointless. They have valet trash pick up 5 days that you also have to pay for. Usually when we take out the trash it's the days they don't pick it up and squierrels and other rodents tear it apart. Maintenance is pretty good except if you have to work and they have to finish something. Whenever you renew your lease rent goes up. They don't put new rugs for new tenants.
I originally come from NY, NY. Busy everywhere at every time no time or place to take a break or just relax. I've always wanted to live in a nice, peaceful, spacious place where I can relax and admire the peace and quiet outside my door. Moving to the apartment I have now is beyond what I imagined and wanted. I feel like I'm in a resort at times with a nice spacious apartment which makes it easy being neat. The area is always clean and the best part is that anything that may need fixing is attended the same day of notice which is amazing to me because in NY I would have to make an appointment a month or so in advance for the attention. I love how quick, attentive, helpful, and professional the staff is which makes me love where I live and call home. What's even greater is that the apartments are close to almost any store you can think of! A great, sweet, cozy, home away from home!
Having lived in the same apartment for almost eleven years I can honestly say there's no place like home. Hamilton Greene does a super job in making the grounds beautiful and welcoming for both residents and guests. My apartment is my sanctuary and I take pride in calling it my home.
I have been residing in Hamilton Greene apartments for five years now. They have always been kind and courteous to me. The workers keep the property very nice and it's quiet place to raise a family and not have to worry about your kids getting in trouble. They are also great when it comes to maintenance calls. If you are having an issue or a problem they will be there the same day. Last but not least the prices are competitive to the area. Some complexes actually charge more for what I think is less. I have been very happy with my time there
After looking at many apartments in the Mays Landing area Hamilton Greene looked like a place to call home. I was very pleased how well the apartments were kept. Maintenance in my prior apartment was a challenge. Here at Hamilton maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely matter. The grounds are well kept with a pool, basketball & tennis courts. I love that it is Pet Friendly! The staff is extremely accommodating and helpful. The area is full of restaurants and places to shop. After a full day of work I have plenty of options to relieve the stress of the day.
Oh have been a resident of the Hamilton Green Apts for a year.... And I must say the staff here are very friendly knowledgeable and courtesy. The ground up keep is far above phenomenonal.
Hamilton Greene apartments are one of the nicest places to rent in the South Jersey area.Every apartment or Townhouse has a washer and dryer and dishwasher which makes life easier.With a club house that has a gym and a pool right outside for the summer months, I would highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for an affordable apartment.
let me be one of the many to say hamilton greene is an afordable, luxury place with many amenites and attractions. the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. of course everywhere you move you will have a neighbor or 2 you are not really fond of, but you can always count on the staff to bring a smile to your face. it is also down the street from a very lovely shopping center (presenting many great job opertunites might i add) which is a nice feature. Overall, i think hamilton greene should be number 1 on your list of places to move into!!!
