Property Ratings at Halston Four Corners
In these apartments I have had the worst experience in less than a year, first 6 months without a washing machine, 3 months without a dryer, the A/C clogged 3 times, you call the emergency line and they tell you that it is not an emergency to be without A/C and the apartment at 82 hot with everything and ceiling fans, the digital door lock left us out, the elevator always broken and going up to a 4th floor shopping and boxes of water is not easy and the rent exceeds 2,000 a and not to mention the amount of emails they send you about the pool and dirty bathrooms and soon you even need permission for visitors, Horrible!

Renovated apartments are beautiful and the internal maintenance team is fantastic. They always address our concerns quickly. Complex is going through an exterior renovation as well. Renovations are going VERY slow and project looks very mismanaged. The company hired to do the job- throw their garbage from the day all over the place, literally will leave piles of food trash and water bottles everywhere. Garbage cans around the complex haven't been getting emptied regularly either. Grounds have so much potential but are littered and people do not clean up after their dogs as well and it's disgusting. Walls are thick and we never hear our neighbors. We are generally happy here but for the prices they are starting to charge, they should be keeping up with the grounds more.
Penny helped me look at a unit and I fell in love with it. She was very insightful and welcoming.

This place is amazing and the property has always been great and helpful. Plenty of room, parking, and large apartments
It might help you decide. I haven been living here one year. I haven't be able to use dog park for months(more than 6 easily) one reason or other always close. Entrence doors never woork some times you have to drive around as happend to me today becouse it will not even open. Poor efficiency to resolve problems. Problems with the system online, computer center, printer never working. The trash dompster not enough always trash bags all over the place and they want you to pay for that. I have automatic payments and becouse they had a problem with the system I have to pay late fees. And many more things I recommend to stay way if you posible!

Please do not move here I moved in this place and since I have moved here it has been noisy everyday. There is a lady that has 20 kids and they play on the stairs everyday after school. The front office is aware of the daycare in the apartment and do nothing about it. The walls are super thin that I hear every word that my neighbors are saying. There are rats and roaches. This place is super old and needs to be repainted. There is MOLD on the outside of the apartment and inside.

My family and I have lived in Alta Corners or now Landings at Four Corners since January. We are having to move out this month, which we would not be able to stay even if we wanted to because our apartment is infested with roaches and bugs. We have addressed this with the management staff, but the problem has only gotten worse. The complex has gone under renovations, which have made the apartment more enticing, but don't be fooled by these improvements. There are now newer and nicer apartments at cheaper rates in this area. We lived in Alta Corners in 2011 and we loved it. However is has greatly diminished and is now a low level roach motel.
