Northwest Manchester is a neighborhood spanning the area to the west of the Merrimack River about five miles from the city’s center. The majority of Northwest Manchester is filled with wooded lands hiding manicured neighborhoods and luxurious homes. Rental options are mostly clustered along the eastern border of town, closest to Interstate 293. The eastern border of town also provides several opportunities for outdoor recreation through the parks and trails along the river. Pretty quiet! My toilet glows green in the dark my neighbors are genuinely quiet have no issues with them and I love the gym. I love how there is a dog park as well
I have loved the overall environment here at Heritage it has and still so much does feel like home to me. And the staff are so nice and understanding and accommodating which really helps to truly drive this development into its overall positive experience

I really enjoy living here, my only frustration can be parking. Sometimes there isn’t parking in my lot, and I have to park across the street. Other than that, employees are very responsive to any thing bright to their attention
I love it here! Got a great deal on a 2 bedroom apartment. Very chill place and lucked out with some nice neighbors also! Could be nicer and more kept up with, but for the price it’s great!
Haven't been here long enough to know, but unit is quiet. As are neighbors. Great older trees line the streets, which is nice for living in the city! My dog loves it here. She is always meeting new people. Beware of the mail room. Definitely at least 1 their taking packages out of there. Got a PO Box to be done with the issue.
Nice staff. Didn't give 5 stars because the people who are contracted to do the landscaping cleans up in the fall and spring but neglects the upkeep during the summer months.
My first day of moving in, I met a kind couple who helped me bring a mattress upstairs. My experience so far has been great, especially with the staff in the leasing office! Absolute sweethearts!!
I absolutely think this community is great I've been here only a week and Ian has been absolutely awesome in welcoming me and helping me through this process
Love living here started our family and I feel safe bringing my place everyday and we have a cat now and the neighbors are so nice and it’s a quiet neighborhood

Honestly, I was really excited to move into this apartment complex. It looked amazing. Prices were great however, the process was absolutely atrocious. We didn’t get our welcome letter until the day before we moved in. We couldn’t get the unit we wanted because it wouldn’t be ready by the time we wanted to move in, which is completely fine, but we never got that updated Welcome letter and we didn’t know what we were gonna have to pay on our move-in day until the day before. There was no communication whatsoever. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever been through with not knowing ANYTHING. I’m just glad it’s over with and that we are finally moved in. Other than that bad experience, the apartment is great, other attendants at every nice and they keep it very clean inside and out.

Not bad typical apartment complex. Thi d floor insulation not great very expensive to cool down during summer and when request for new AC or to get it checked on no one came

I moved here in the beginning of August and what a great place to live apartments are spacious and very cool in the summer. Too big swimming pools to use nice playground for the kids. We have a nice gym and a community room. The building is quiet and clean. I can sleep without headphones. They have a community rewards program. You can sign up for in the contest coming up for Halloween and I’m sure they have other things that will be coming up due to the holidays soon upon us. The office staff is great always there to help when you need them. I’ve never had any problems with anything that I needed. Can’t say enough nice things about the place. I love it here. Ignore the negative reviews. They were just disgruntled people come on down and check us out.

My check was lost and a new one was provided. I have not been reimbursed for the stop payment and it still says that I have not paid even though you now have gotten two checks. The apartment was not cleaned before I moved in. There were dead light bulbs, dead bugs, and food leftover. The only good thing is the maintenance who fixed the tub and the sink that were also not working when I moved in.

Dogs are way over limit. Got grief moving in about dog weight. Many dogs over weight and many breeds not supposed to be accepted. Saw a Doberman pinch,pitbulls,shepherds. But hey obviously doesn't matter all these breeds that can hurt my dog

The remodeled apartments are great. A bit dark inside but pretty nice. The gym and pool areas are also really nice when they’re clean. Quiet neighbors too.

Lovely apartments. I like that they include poop bags throughout the complex. Everyone in the office is professional and friendly. My one recommendation to the complex would be updating the pool table in the rec room.

The Heritage apartments are cozy and comforting. Laundry is right down stairs. Baseboard Heating and wall unit AC work well. Surrounded by nature. A big plus is the pool and gym!

For the most part it is good with just the minor inconvenience of the water stains on the ceiling, mold in the bathroom calking, glowing spots in the master, a main water valve for the entire building the takes up a quarter of my porch and people staring through our porch window. The staff are all friendly and due what they can, but I will more then likely be leaving at the end of the year due to the apartment we picked and issues we have moving back to Hallstead across the way

Quick application process. Amazing staff. It only was a week from application to approval. We love our apartment. Animal friendly and safe community. The pool are is very clean and the gym is clean also.

Overall, it is a good community. The maintenance people are really nice and friendly. It's great that there's two pools and a fitness center. Too bad you usually one of the pools are closed.

We've been here less than a week. 2 hours after we moved in we filed a concern. We had no air conditioning in the main living area during the year's longest hottest Heat wave. After 3 days they brought one out that didn't work. I've been in the field for many years it doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand when something that's supposed to blow out cold air blows out hot air. We found cockroaches an hour into the move. Had an appointment for the following Wednesday that's the only day they come out and they didn't show without warning. I sat home waiting. I called and they said there's nothing they can do except make us another appointment for another week away. And not unpack my stuff and put it away they don't want it in the cabinets until they have sprayed. So you can imagine my living situation. Keep in mind we are two family members living together I'm permanently disabled and he just got out of surgery for a spine operation. And these are the conditions we live in already.
My apartment is fantastic. It's easy to clean and the rooms are a good size. Most of my neighbors are wonderful. Maintenance is on the ball about fixing things and they are great. While I do love it here, there are a few things I don't like. I don't like that we cannot put curtains on our balconies. We should be allowed to have some semblanceof privacy. I also feel that mosquito netting for the balconies should be allowed. Also, there should be a wheelchair ramp at one door to every building.

So far everything has been good and above the standard. The apartment is very cozy and for a decent price. Move in was easy, the front office is very nice and efficient.

So far I’ve been very pleased with the responsiveness and friendly atmosphere!! The community is well kept and clean! My only negative is visitor parking, while I understand the thought behind it, it would be nice if visitors didn’t have to park on the street during the day. Street parking is very limited and guests having walk a significant distance to visit isn’t very appealing. Other than the staff is very friendly and welcoming!

We absolutely love living in this area! It’s incredibly peaceful, and the apartments are both beautiful and well-maintained. The apartment is alittle outdated. The ACs dont work great, the slider dosent slide very well and the handle is broken. So far the the neighbors seem nice. The area itself is nice too, it has a camping mountain vibe, which are 2 things I like.

Overall pretty good. Wish there was better communication on the pool maintenance. I’m not even sure if the club house pool is open right now.

I enjoy the amenities especially the two pools. The maintenance crew has been working very hard to tend to the issues the best that they can as quickly as they can.
