From day one I have had problems with this apartment. Management cannot get anything correct and only aims to get more people into their apartment than retain current residents. I have had rodents, bed bugs and cockroaches. Maintenance has entered my apartment without permission and has left my door unlocked for hours at a time. Elevator is down every month for a week or more at a time. Don’t move here if you’re looking to be comfortable where you live.

The maintenance is being really good, but some residents are noisy and disrespectful they don't care about the resident, about mices and roaches but they don't get aware that they are the ones who make it happen, they throw trash anywhere, they let dogs do their things anywhere even that they have the places and bags to pick it.

The apartment building’s management’s not managing the building. Things told at signing of lease was mostly untrue. Nothing ever seems to work in the building: such as doors, laundry room etc

It’s been great so far. Love my studio. All the management at the front office have been so helpful. When I’ve needed something fix, it’s been done right. I guess the only down fall is the disrespect from other tenants, leaving their trash everywhere, leaving the gym a mess, and other stuff, but nothing so bad that it would make me want to leave. Just moved in. Pretty nice spot, just wish I was on the other side facing the water. Only real downside in my eyes is that there’s no in unit washer/dryer, but it’s still manageable in my opinion.

The staff in the leasing office have been amazingly helpful. I found myself unexpectedly without a home and one of the staff, Steve, went above and beyond to get me in my apartment the next day. He, and the other staff, have been extremely helpful with any questions I had and have gone out of their way to make the move in process easier. I haven’t had a need to do this yet, but it’s also very easy to submit maintenance requests through an app. So far, I’m very happy with my experience here.

Everything is great here including the amenities and quality of equipment except the windows, they're not fully soundproof to block the noise from Route 9, especially on Wednesday's and weekdays when the trucks drive by, even the noise cancelling headphones are not enough. I wish the management takes care of this one thing some day.

The apartments have great potential! The amenities are wonderful but the quality of the apartments themselves are lacking. Many things in the kitchen are not properly installed. The bathroom grows mold way to fast and we rarely have hot water. In addition to very short notice for renovations or pest control appointments leaving me and my family scrambling to get time off and remove everything from the kitchen even though we dont have bugs in our apartment. However maintenance is very respectful and quick. And for the most part most of the office staff are kind and understanding.

I love my studio. The big issue I have were the roaches, and the mice. I keep my place extremely clean. My place has been completely sealed up now, and it seems to be under control. I live right next to the trash chute, and I feel that area needs to be sprayed for roaches on a regular basis. The garbage areas need to be better maintained. They are attracting the rodents. The only other thing is people who use the gym need to put the equipment away when they are done.

1) I was never told the elevator was not functional and it won’t be until December before I signed the lease. This also results in me not having a mailbox and having to go up and down 5 flights of stairs everyday to go to work. This was very disappointing news that should have been shared with me before signing the lease. 2) There is also easy access in to the building with no lock on the door to the stairs which are in poor condition.

The staff are very helpful. It's the elevator not working, bugs, and many false fire alarms which is my biggest concern. People are so used to them, they don't evacuate. There are families and people with handicap issues. What liability do you have if a real fire happened and people don't evacuate? Management does not respond to maintenance requests, or communicate in a timely fashion. They do not answer the phone at all, and have been known to close the leasing office early with no notice or signage. Various parts of buildings keep breaking down, the elevators are not working more than half the time, and exterior door locks keep being destroyed. Trash keeps piling up in the janky garbage shoots, dog bags and external trash does not get maintained. They did just remark the parking spaces, but told people to move cars the day before via email, and day of by banging on doors. Sure, some of them are cheap/low income, but that doesn't mean you can treat your residents as poorly as you do your property. Do better.
