The best location and school System is the best for your children. Everything you ever need is close by good location. Safe.beautiful community. The management is absolutely the BEST Management that cares and delivers. I live here for 15 years and I love it here. Me and my children dream Came true here
Based on the responses to other negative responses, I'm sure the management will responds this my review in a similar untruthful and inaccurate manner. But I'm posting anyway... Ownership changes very frequently, which leads to continual policy changes and rent increases. Rents increase significantly every year. Poor response & problem resolution by the Facility Management - lip service with no action. Examples include the very new (couple months old) gym where the wi-fi signal is so poor it's useless, some equipment hasn't been setup (1 stationary bike still zip-tied by.the mfr) or hasn't been setup properly, TV screen has been broken since the opening (see photo), garage parking rules aren't enforced (illegal parking - cars w/out permits which cost $125/mo, people smoking). Rent increases significantly every year. The 1st Fl trash room is often so full that the door won't open completely. The garage trash bins are often overloaded. Each bldg has 2 elevators but 1 often doesn't work resulting in long waits for the elevator. The Maintenance crew led by Fredy is great !!! Very personable, friendly, and professional. Great response time & effective problem resolution. The cleaning crew also work very hard and do a great job to keep the facility as clean as possible - they can't do anything about the extremely stained carpeting throughout many of the hallways (particularly on the lower floors).

Pedro, The issue with the wifi in the new gym has been resolved. Because of the way the building is constructed (concrete) it was a difficult problem to solve. We tried several different types of wifi boosters until we found something that would solve the issue. The TV screen was damaged by a resident and has been replaced. This took time as our vendor was delayed. We have increased our pick up days for trash removal to help alleviate the build up that occurs over the weekends. Much of the issue is the result of boxes not being broken down properly or residents leaving behind large furniture and debris when moving out. Our cleaning staff empties the trash barrels in the garage every day as part of their normal routine. We do address issues of cars parking in the wrong spaces and will continue to monitor that issue when is occurs. On occasion we have issues with the elevators. We have a great elevator company that responds in a timely manner whenever something occurs. The elevators have been completely inoperable.

Really great apartment for the price point-- so much better than everything else we looked at for the same price. Parking is annoying, but garage parking isn't terribly expensive. Plenty of stuff in the area for shopping or eating.

The location is very convenient and the new amenities are good BUT ... The maintenance requests take a lot of time; they do a good job on small tasks.. big changes...not so much. The management needs to be more responsible and responsive towards the residents instead of only being proactive when monetary benefits are involved viz. lease signing / lease renewal / lease break. Else the calls / mails, etc are unanswered or not followed-up.

We are delighted to hear that you are enjoying your apartment here at Halstead Burlington. The apartment homes are some of the largest in the area, allowing our residents plenty of space. Our management and maintenance staff is top notch and will always give 110% to take care of any issues that may arise. Our residents are important to us and we strive every day to provide the best possible living experience to all.
Dividing the review in 3 parts - THE GOOD - -Freddy and the entire maintenance team remain at the center of this living space and it's experience. Kudos to them. -Good layouts, good looking windows and spacious, noise isolated floorplans. -Most amenities are provided, either exclusive or shared. THE BAD - -Parking is a mess(if you choose free parking). I ended up parking incorrectly in the neighboring complex's space for almost 6 months. -Package receiving is a disaster. Promises to improve didn't meet it's final improved solution in the 12 months I spent here. I appreciate the office's efforts in this regard but it is just a big mess. One should have the ability to pick up their parcels after office work hours. Have lost couple of parcels during the year with no clue where it ended up. -Office management is helpful but overburdened with too many responsibilities. THE UGLY -Hate the fact that the management wanted me to sign a new lease at a higher rent than it ended up the putting the apartment on the market at. -Offensive smokers made living here in the last 3 months a huge pain. Our washroom space would be filled with the smell and multiple complaints to the management led to nothing. I rented on the top floor so my assumption was someone used the exhaust to get rid of the smoke which then accumulated in my apartment. Its a great living space that comes at a premium price which in my opinion it doesn't live up to. A lot many changes were on the way which I was not able to reap the benefits of or validate if they were worth the hype.

It is pretty pathetic. If you are considering this place be careful. Yes apartments look nice and they are good at marketing you, but that is it. Maintenance does not fix anything in a timely way. When you call management to get some answers they either don't call you back or choose to obfuscate. The property manager is not often there so you are left to deal with unqualified underlings.

Kimball Towers is a fantastic apartment community in Burlington, MA. It is warm, inclusive, and the apartments are beautiful. The management team is kind and warm, and everyone involved in the maintenance of the complex is also kind and warm. I feel so lucky to have found this place for my son and me and we hope to stay for quite some time.

Kimball Towers buildings themselves have nice apartment homes, but it is definitely not a luxury apartment building like they advertise. Multiple times the corridor has smelled of urine, and I had to notify management to have it cleaned. And this is not even a hallway leading outside, it leads to the top of the garage. One could only hope it is animal urine but I dont know who walks their dog on the top of a concrete garage Elevators often smell like Marijuana. I even smell marijuana in my apartment unit sometimes, with no windows open. Good thing I have my own air purifier. I have told management multiple times and they just ask if I have any idea where its coming from, lol. Was also told by maintenance that if the smell of pot is coming in an open window, that there is nothing they can do! This is supposed to be a non smoking building, so that makes no sense. I was seriously almost hit by who I think was another tenant in the parking lot once, when I told them to slow down they yelled and me, called me a vulgar name, swore at me, etc. again, no where near luxury living. Luxer one system is not used by delivery people, so its a waste of $60. I paid the money only to have expensive items left in a heap on the floor in the mailroom. One of my packages was stolen, good thing the company replaced it for me. Other tenants leave unused appliances, dirty laundry baskets, and bags of potatoes in the hallway, again, these things were there for weeks before they were cleaned up. Surprised no kimball employees walk the halls. Shouldnt that be done a least once a day? Upstairs neighbor stomps around and bangs things all hours of the night, again, very disappointing. I do feel duped that we are paying so much for these problems, but moving is expensive and stressful during a pandemic. If we could find a better place we would also be charged over $5000 for breaking our lease. You really should take luxury off of the website. This is not luxury by a long shot. For a regular apartment, its still not great. I am here until my husband an I find the right house. I really feel bad for the many senior citizens who call kimball towers home. They dont deserve to breath harmful pot and cigarette smoke that seeps into their apartment. They dont deserve to almost be hit by cars while unloading their groceries, and then yelled at. I lived here maybe 5 years ago for a year as well and loved it then, it was a different place. It has totally gone downhill, which is too bad.

The management team here at Kimball Towers takes the care of this property very seriously. We did have the hallway carpets professionally cleaned and continue to monitor the property for any other pet accidents or other mishaps. We do regularly walk the property and take care of any issues that we find. We do have a no smoking policy at Kimball Towers and address issues of non compliance that arise. Since we are not here 24/7 we do rely on residents to report to us when they experience the smell of smoking products being used on property. We are set to begin an exciting renovation project the will entail a rebuild of the mail and package rooms in both buildings, full update of the lobby finishes in both buildings, an update of the management office, the creation of a new resident lounge area and the creation of a large state of the art fitness facility. We will also be replacing the Luxor One locker system in the mailrooms with a new system that we feel will be a better fit for our community. All of these changes are geared to improving the living experience for all our resident. The actual units are decent, but noise travels very well inside. Hopefully you'll have quiet neighbors. Management has been absolutely incompetent and impossible to deal with. When you tour, they advertise the package lockers and parking garage. When you get here after signing a lease, they tack on all the extra charges - pet charge, $125 a month for parking ($75 for uncovered!) and $60 to use the package lockers. The parking situation is absolutely a nightmare- they tow guests, the spaces are always full, or you have to pay $250 a month if you have 2 people who each have cars. No where else in the suburbs charges like that. When my garage access broke (that I was paying for $125 a month for ...) it took them 4 months to resolve the issue. This was with daily email, phone calls, and visits to the office. I got charged $500 for a garage I could not access. If you need to deal with the management, make sure you don't have a day job during business hours... The package room is an aboslute mess. Deliveries may be made to either building or the lockers, whether or not you pay for the service. Don't buy anything valuable, half of what is delivered gets stolen. They've been "working" on it since we moved here, but it's only gotten worse. The office management is completely unresponsive and unprofessional. They will blame each other for incompetance. It's especially fun when you speak with one, they blame the other, transfer you, and then person #2 blames person #1.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. All prospective residents are informed about the cost associated with renting a parking space in the garage. The rates charged are competitive with the rates charged at other local complexes. Although outside parking is limited, we do not charge for those spaces. We do have designated parking for guests and do not tow cars from those spaces. If guests park in spaces owned by our neighbor, Kimball Courts, they risk being towed by their management. We have no control over that. We are about to embark on an extensive renovation project that will include a designated package room in each building. I love everything about my home at kimball towers at Burlington. The management here always go above and beyond over the years to help make our home beautiful inside out. The locations for the kids to go to the best school system is absolutely the best choice for us. Everything is well maintained by all year round. Its a beautiful community especially the office people are extremely helpful, caring, very nice people in this office and this management always treat people very well, they care the people the residents and the community. Thats why I love kimball towers because it was the best safe home I ever lived where I feel safe and comfortable in the east coast. Nice apartments but maintenance and management are poor to fair. There has not been a permanent manager for months (since new owners) and important things get lost or are not addressed as a result. Can't wait to move out!

1)Staffs are VERY helpful always ready to help out with any paper work any questions you might have. Jhenn is very patient and go above and beyond Helping many residents here with technology and the leasing process Shes a very special knowledgeable person. 2) maintenance request is always fast and easy makes our lives easier. Very clean and safely sanitize always 3) Good community to live in. Everything is close by easy to get to and get access too, beautiful views, school system is good, fire and police department here is great, the mall hospital, supermarket is nearby. Burlington is becoming a big city where you can find everything you are looking for Over all everything is very close by. Raising a family and children is good at kimball towers! The best place safe environment for children at kimball towers. Every management at Kimball towers always been good to the residents here for the longest times. Kimball towers staffs cares about the residents and the community.

It's Expensive and Noisy and sometimes smells like somebody smokes...
It is spotlessly clean. Everyone is very friendly and management is very helpful
Great people at the office , Randi is awesome and helpful, service people are nice especially Freddy.
MUST and highly recommend because they treat residents with respect and cares about your elderly parents and family there are no place like here

I would recommend this community to my friends and family and I will continue to do so in the future. The apartments are well built and the best in the area. The grounds of the building are flawless & look beautiful year round. The buildings are secure and there are 24/7 camera on and inside property. I feel 100% safe here and that’s another major reason it’s very likely for me to recommend it here.
Parking payment is high and the rent is high. But wife is happy So pulling the trigger As they say happy wife happy life.
The apartment is lovely, the grounds are well kept. repairs are done almost immediately. Management is very friendly and caring. It's located right off I-95, with easy access to I-93, the Mall and plenty of restaurants.
I would recommend Kimball Towers to my friends and family based on this maintenance interaction because the maintenance team are professional, proper, kind, honest and very knowledgeable on fixing the repair as needed. Any one of my friends and family who don't already own a home would enjoy living here because knowing that here have a team & office who cares about us is imperative to being happy in an apt community/complex. The leasing office staff put the maintenance requests in very promptly and the maintenance team responds and resolves the request very fast!
Again, I loved the apartment and community overall but the rent was a bit outrageous and to add that with the management issues, lack of outdoor space and significant parking issues I would have to think twice about actually referring anyone to live there.
Have been here for many years and been satisfied almost all the time with the services.
They waited at least a week too late to flip on the air conditioning. My apartment is sweltering and they do NOTHING!

I would recommend the apartment because heat/ hot water are included in the rent + the covered parking is a great advantage. I would not recommend it because of the monthly rent which is too high in my view
It’s way, way too expensive for most of the people I know.
Move in day when I arrived at my appartment the cleaning lady was still cleaning my appt.
What I like: - construction quality - floor plan - ceiling height - services What i don't like: - washing machine (laundry type in the apartment) - commute to Boston I would definitely recommend to anyone !
Depends what they're looking for - not a ton of amenities, but that's not what I want to pay for so to me I like it here but other people might want more
