The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Hallmark Village and Northwood Common
This apartment complex has serious pest control issue. It is slightly cheaper than all other apartments nearby, but it comes at a cost.
In general, I'm satisfied with the one-bedroom apartment I'm currently renting. The leasing office helps receiving the packages, which is the best part I like about. The onsite management is okay. The part I don't like the most is the laundry room. The laundry room only equips two washers and dryers that are shared by 31 apartment units in the building. You can imagine how busy the washers/dryers would be especially during the weekend. Also, the wall is supper thin. You can always hear someone slaps the entrance door causing very loud noise.
