Both the Administrative Staff and the Maintenance Staff at Hairston Woods have always dealt with me in a professional manner and care towards me. They always extend a listening ear whenever I speak with them, and this shows that they really care about me and my child.
The Apartment Complex is trash and I would not recommend this community to anyone.
Hairston Woods is a great place to be. I haven't had any problems with anything. The leasing team is very professional and helpful.They are great people.

I pay my rent on time and I've never missed a payment. Yet, living at Hairston Woods Apartment Complex has been an entire nightmare. Especially the leasing office. The leasing office and maintenance needs to be fired and immediately replaced with more professional, better quality individuals.

Has been a good experience over all. Management very friendly and helpful. Apartment has great appliances. Only issue at this point is the roaches, which I do realize management basically has no control over. They will have the exterminator come when requested.

Poor Maintenance has been the biggest issue. Also, we've never been notified two months in advance of an upcoming lease since we've been here. There also is far to much crime going in the complex. ( loud confrontations, fights, shootings and murder.) Resident safety is also a big concern.

I been here since September 9th and I hate it! My apartment was not cleaned or checked off my a leasing manager because I still have a spray paint shampoo bottle in my hall closet from previous tenant. Which I don’t use any of the cabinets closets. There is a serious roach problem and recently discovered they have RATS! I had hair in my drainage the first night I moved in. It’s so many open holes in my apartment where the rats can get in like just don’t move here! I never lived in this condition before. The apartments look nothing like the pictures.

More security as I been broken into twice as well as my neighbor. We need camera in dark area of complex. But as far as unit I would say they’re fair. And staff is polite.

Management and maintenance need to work harder on completing actual work for residence rather than riding around on golf carts. I've only been here for less than 2 months and have had problems from the beginning that haven't been resolved.

Just moved into Harrison Wood the new team is very nice and helpful. Just waiting on a part to come in for my unit, so I would say the only downfall is the until wasn't fully ready when moving in and wont fully be finish before I have to Pay rent again. Other than that the staff is working with me to accommodate until all my repairs are fixed.

Terrible community. Do not move here. Management is awful, the community is dirty and loud. There are loose animals wondering the property and drug activity that goes unchecked.
Very friendly staff, and very accommodating. The neighbors are mostly quiet and the nature surrounding is beautiful.

Roaches, huge rats outside, they should be ashamed of the garbage, gun shots every night, whole new office staff at least every 6 months. The city needs to take action against this dump.

I’ve had two leaks within 2 months caused by the maintenance repairing a water heater in the unit above. They never fixed the hole in my roof or try to dry out the apartment. Refused to move me to a vacant apartment or credit my account. Now that I moved out they conveniently lost my lease and won’t give me my security deposit back.
We moved in on 3/15 and it has been a nightmare. When I moved in half the lights were not working, one of the toilets was broken and one of the showers was not working.We went out of town came back and our apartment was kicked in. I called the emergency line and the emergency line was disabled by management. They never came and fixed the door, I ended up fixing it myself and we also ended up staying in an hotel for a week. Also dog breed restriction is a joke, my neighbor has 2 pit bulls and 2 pit bull puppies and all I hear is running all night above my head. We have complained and complained and still no change This is the worst living experience that I have ever had.
