The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Haddon Point Pennsauken
I lived in this apartment complex for four years, and it’s unfortunate how much it has gone downhill during that time. When we first moved in, it felt like a nice community. But over the past couple of years, things have really changed — and not for the better. There’s been a noticeable increase in police presence due to vehicle break-ins and other security concerns. It no longer feels like the safe, quiet place it once was. The pool, which used to be a nice perk, is rarely usable — either lifeguards can’t be scheduled, or they’re constantly on break during the busiest times. For the last two summers, it’s felt like more of a tease than an amenity. Rent prices have also climbed to substantial levels, with no real improvements or benefits to justify the increases. Management seems to scratch and claw for every dollar they can — we were even charged $7 for a blind that was broken before we moved in. It’s that kind of nickel-and-diming that makes you feel like a paycheck, not a resident. The constant turnover of tenants also says a lot. In the last couple of years, nearly every unit around ours has changed residents, which really affected the sense of community that used to exist. It’s clear that management either isn’t paying attention or doesn’t care to address these issues. To top things off, during our move-out process, despite having cats and paying $50 a month in pet rent, management noted that the carpets wouldn’t be replaced because they were “sufficiently cleaned.” That’s not exactly reassuring — and if I were moving in, I wouldn’t want to hear that my “new” carpet had already been through several pet-owning tenants. After four years, I’m happy to be moving out. This place had potential, but it’s been disappointing to watch it steadily decline.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Unorganized and unprofessional. Total nightmare!
I would give zero stars if possible. Do not live here if you appreciate your privacy. Walls and ceilings provide extremely little for noise. If you are on the first floor you will hear the foot steps of both the 2nd and 3rd floors resonate through your apartment. You can clearly hear conversations of the tenants within their apartments within the common halls . Management will do very little, if next to nothing, to deal with these issues. -The mail room is not large enough for the amount of packages being delivered, even with the recent additions. -No guests at the pool and you have to show ID to get in. -Prepare to pay $50 a month per pet. In addition they will insist that you pay for their poop testing scam. This residence will nickel and dime you out of every cent possible. -move out costs will exceed "normal wear and tear" obligations
On 10/28/19 , I was going to my car in the Haddon Point parking lot and saw that the entire rear of my car was scratched with a key. I proceed to call the police to come investigate and file another report. There were many cameras outside so the police wanted Haddon Point personnel to access them. There was only one associate there, I believe by the name of Emily. The police officer asked her a few times to access it, but she gave answers such as “come back on Monday” or “I don’t remember my username and password to log in”. At this time, the police officer was getting more persistent in acquiring these tapes since this associate was not finding a solution. Eventually, he had told her to call her manager so she could log into the system. Unfortunately, all cameras were faced away from my 2019 Mercedes C300 Coupe, although my car was parked the closest to the front office. The police insinuated in the report that the below neighbor could be involved in this vandalism. I expressed my concern to the front office many times and I was told that I will be contacted on the following Monday by the front office. Unfortunately, I never received a call on that Monday, let alone the entire week or at all. There was no acknowledgement from anyone at Haddon Point Apartments that my car was vandalized, until I reached out to them numerous times. At this point, my safety was compromised. I was afraid of what the tenant below was going to do next, as the retaliation strengthened. I chose to accommodate with a friend until I reached a resolution. I expressed my concerns over a dozen times to Haddon Point personnel and my safety and security was never addressed. I was left no choice except to seek legal advice and was recommended to move off the property. Haddon Point could not provide what it advertised, a hassle free luxury living experience!
