I love it, everything well organized. Only thing is some people are dirty and leave trash outside. It has a lot of lighting during the day which saves you a lot of light cost.

I just wish that the repairs that were made before I moved in were done properly, and the appliances were replaced or better taken care of before moving someone in.

Just moved in a couple weeks ago and the process has been smooth. The leasing office is very easy to work with and have questions answered. The apartment itself isn't bad, definitely an older building but maintenance and security are solid in the complex.

I’ve enjoyed my residential experience. Visitor parking has been an experience, but I appreciate having a parking space when I come home. I’d appreciate it if ppl curbed their pets and removed the poop they leave in the grass. Children play in the grass or it gets on shoes. It’s an environmental issues. This could be enforced more. Other than that, the staff and maintenance team are wonderful.

Morgan properties are good but this location doesn’t have any of the large amenities that their other properties provide which make this location to high for what they provide. Essentially living here is paying for the amenities at other locations. I have no idea why they continuously raise the rent every year like clock work. Otherwise it’s a nice community

I have been dealing with a cockroach infestation in which the source is 100% known by the leasing office. I reported this over 2 months ago and so did an HVAC team that refused to work on my neighbors apartment. Orkin comes out every Friday (if I request it), but it only helps so much because the problem neighbor literally doesn’t care to do anything to help. Pest control can barely even treat my neighbors apartment because the trash and hoarding is so bad. Apartment inspections were done, however the problem unit that is right next to me was skipped over. Regardless, maintenance and pest control have been in and out of the problem unit for the last 2 months so they are more than aware of what is going in the unit next to me. My neighbor has major lease violations that are being ignored by the leasing office and maintenance team. I’m going to have to throw away the majority of my belongings when my lease is up next year due to the infestation my neighbor caused.

I been living here at Gwynnbrook going on 5 years. For the most part it’s a good neighborhood, not really a lot of outside noise. They do keep the grounds clean Howe the inside of the homes could definitely use renovations or upgrades. They should consider a pool for the summer so that the children living here can have something to do in the summer.

Only thing not giving this a 5th star is the thin walls in the units. This townhouse is perfect for single adults. It's a quiet neighborhood. If you live next to a family with kids. It can be a tad bit noisy.

I like the area. The ladies in the rental office have been very helpful and made the move in process fairly easy. I’m unhappy with all of the maintenance issues that I’ve been experiencing since the first day of moving in. It hasn’t even been a week yet and I feel like there’s something new that needs to be fixed every day. It’s not a good first impression and very frustrating.

When I first moved in it took maintenance a few tries to figure out my dryer situation but since it has been smooth sailing. I love the neighborhood and the neighbors. Everyone is so friendly. There is a walking trail just down the street and it has been my favorite place to visit. Outside of the average walls being too thin I can hear every time the neighbor sneeze, Its been cool. Neighbors arent really ever loud, a few minor disturbances but overall I plan to renew my lease until Im ready to buy.

My townhouse look nothing like the pictures i have no backsplash in my kitchen the paint job was half done when i moved in as i can still see stains on the walls from previous tenant .The landscaping is horrible in my opinion and maintenance staff doesn’t make sure trash is cleaned up daily . It is a lot of children so it’s a lot of littering going on staff should put trash cans in the court yards for the children so they don’t just throw their trash infront of peoples housing. I feel like the rent is really high when the complex offers nothing else besides a washing machine and dishwasher but there are no amenities no pool no fitness center just a playground . The area is nice and quiet but everything is driving distance not walking . It’s a nice size but not worth the amount of rent they are charging. It looks more like project housing the outside of the townhomes are dirty and falling apart an piece of the panel has been sitting in my front lawn for almost two months .

Very much improved upon since the 1990s. Seems a little quieter now too. I guess the real test will come when the weather breaks and it starts getting warm and then summertime. For now, all seems well!

The community is clean well kept. I love the fact that they have poop stands and poop bags comes in handy if you forget yours at home. I relocated from , upstate New York so this is somewhat of a big change lol.

I love the location. I love being by Leakin Park. It's a great place to walk and to watch the birds. Great being in Baltimore. I like my bedroom. There is hreat cross ventilation durung the day. And my little patch of dirt next to my patio has tulips growing so I'm very excited. Can't wait to see what else grows.

Neighborhood is really nice, and so are my neighbors. walls are a little thin—we can hear our neighbors conversations, and them walking up and down the stairs. And although the living space is fairly small there is a lot of freedom to make it our own.

I love where I live. The ladies in the rental office is/are pleasant and for the neighbors I did meet are also pleasant. This is the second property I lived in that had /have the best people working for them I been in others and n this is where I can say I can tell people about this place

Well maintained community. Pleasant as well as safe community. Close to public transportation and high way. Walking distance to Royal Farms and Subway. Great nail spa close by.

The neighbors can be quite disrespectful They come and go pretty frequently but the leasing office and maintenance staff has always been there when we needed them.that’s just been our experience and we’ve lived here for about 3 years now.

I always say that I enjoy where I live at. I do feel that the complex could do a better job at upgrading long term residents especially those who pay on time. Other than that I have no real complaints.

I love my townhouse. It is cozy and comfortable. I love my out door patio near the woods that give a cabin feel. I love that I can sit on my patio with my fire pit and relax, and cook out. I love my quite neighborhood that feel secure and safe.

Overall the property is pretty good , been here 4 years and it has gotten pretty noisy in the court I live in , maintenance does a pretty good job , the staff in the office are pretty good

Overall the community is nice. The only complaint is how thin the walls are but that’s an uncontrollable factor. It’s not too much noise. And the neighbors respect the rule of the “quiet hours”. But we can definitely hear conversations and music from our neighbors more clearly than other places. Oh and there’s always kids playing in the street which is a negative because cars are coming in and out of the court all day. Their safety and driver safety is my concern with that.

Not much noise, easy access and also great staff. Just moved in yesterday everything is everything we’ll see going forward. The rooms are a nice size, the living space is decent. The laundry room is bigger than what I just left.
