Living here isn’t pleasant at all. The walls are very thin. I have the noisiest neighbors I’ve ever had. I smell smoke throughout my apartment at all times of the day and no one isn’t my apartment smokes. I hear gun shots at all different hours of the night. The staff at the leasing office and resident services are very rude and do not reply in a timely manner. The trash outside looks terrible most days. There’s trash all over the ground outside of the dumpster. The only reason I haven’t experienced rodents is because I paid a different pest control company to come out and seal holes and spray for bugs. Maintenance doesn’t properly knock before entering the apartment. I work from home so they are always a disturbance. They do not listen to my request to wear shoe covers when in my apartment. I do not walk around my place with outside shoes on and I would appreciate the same respect from them. I strongly encourage anyone that asks me if they should lease here, to run far away.

While my leasing agent did an amazing job my apartment was/is not move in ready it doesn't appear to have been clean, painted or refreshed or even any fixing done prior to my move it there are alot of things that were not done and that need to be fixed that I now I have to wait to be done

My experience here have been very good, it's quiet,clean and no loitering. there are no liquor stores in the neighborhood that attract negative attention.The fact that I see green grass means a lot coming from Baltimore city.

The grounds are kept very clean. The laundry rooms need to kept clean better and exterminate .The laundry rooms need to have more working washing machine and dryers. There aren’t many working washing machines. The washing machines and dryers to be wiped and disinfect regularly. The staff at the leading are friendly.

The move in staff were great, accommodating, and the community is very quiet and friendly. Everyone says hello in passing. Ensure that you ask where the laundry facilities are located and if your unit includes a mircowave, but besides that I have not had any surprises! Trevor is a fantastic and responsive leasing agent that will answer all your questions.

It’s been good the resident at quiet and the leasing office is friendly. They are patient and will do there best to get every situation done
Year's ago I had great neighbors,and we looked out for one another;however over the course of the year I been noticing changes that I'm not happy with.Some of the neighbors throughout the property are nice and friendly;however others are not. The community itself is quiet and have friendly home owners that will greet you when you're walking by their homes,You can really feel the different atmosphere on the other side of the street filled with sunshine,roses,and peace. I pray we can have that on this side again.
I love it here. I love the gym . And how when you need something the portal comes in handed and they come right out to fix it. I love that we will be able to travel to the store and I am close
I have the very fortunate experience of living and working onsite and it is a beautiful community and I love the landscape and grassy areas.
Just moved in, dish washer door is broken, no cable port for my wifi. But it can be seen maintencae cares and the welcome wqs very warm. Overall, very happy so far.
The rent increase are ridiculous. Especially as one of the longest residents here. I don't get an updated apartment! Additionally, the so called "repairs" are awful. Sadly, Morgan owns 30% of rental properties in the state of Maryland
It is alright, there could be room for improvement. But, nice area of living very quiet neighborhood. The appliances here are very nice and up to date which I like.

I love Gwynn Oaks townhomes and apartments ! It has truly been a please living here. Maintanence requests are answered fairly quickly and although I have not had proper access to all the amenities I am paying for. I am willing to give them a chance to make things right as far as that goes. The community is pleasant and quiet and there isn’t any issues with my neighbors or anyone who lives near me . I like the peace that comes along with it

this is my second year here and I love it. I haven’t had any problems with staff or my apartment. I love the upgrades and the effort to keep our community nice and safe.
My experience was fast and easy. Kayla who assisted me was the best. I love my apartment. Everything I wanted in my apartment Kayla made sure she found that apartment.
I have come to enjoy my new space and am loving the community. The gym is my new favorite place! I am beyond happy and grateful for this apartment!
The front desk is so friendly and inviting. I was taken back at first. I would highly recommend this complex. So far, I have felt safe with going outside in the evenings and early mornings and that’s huge for me.
It’s a nice environment but the inside of the apartment is giving 1860s . Very old Very ran through especially for the price. Noise level of neighbors is usually handled. The Maintenance does a good job replying back to orders.
Good property but dealing with rodents and roaches. At the moment it seems to be better. Very quiet and calm environment and its a good place to call home.

The neighborhood is not too bad. has just about everything you need. I will say that Maintenance will sometimes be a bit late or delayed which isn't a big deal to me personally because they are doing other requests so keep that in mind.

I think the amenities and paying for laundry is a bit to much. I love the neighborhood is quiet and clean but pricing isn't the greatest. You are paying more than expected. On top of being forced to use their cable. If you don't use it you still get charged. I don't think it's fair to make all residents pay for the dog park

Not all, but some of the customer service at the leasing and residential offices could be alot better. Some times when you call, the tone is very blunt and non chalant. But any issues I've had, typically gets resolved right away.

Everybody has been super nice and helpful. Maintenance is super fast and detailed. Neighbors are nice and quiet. So far I am having a good experience at Gwynn Oaks Landing.

I really don't have anything bad to say about this community. The prompt replies to any issue I have maintenance or otherwise is great. All in all for this being my first time living in an apartment, Gwynn Oak Landings was a great choice to getting acquainted to it.

Bad attitudes in the leasing office makes me not want to go there for anything . This apartment complex is ran like a college dorm, just honestly ridding out my lease.
Its been great experience and i wonderful place to live. The things that are available to do are very convenient and clean and well kept. It has been awesome

So far, I have been enjoying this neighborhood. I have never had any course to regret except when my bicycle was stolen at my porch and nothing was done about it. The maintenance team is top notch. They respond almost immediately which a plus to them compare to other apartments

I have been living without a stove for over a week and nobody in the leasing office can give me a clear answer on when I will be getting a new one.
Very good apartments and neighbourhood. Leasing office staff was really helpful in processing requests quick. The community is a bit old but no other issues

Gwynn Oaks is a fabulous place to live. All issues are handled in a timely manner, especially maintenance. Office people are very nice and will work with you on anything.

The apartments are nice I have no complaints, the only thing is that the walls are thin so you can literally hear everything lol . The people in the leasing office are very nice and professional as well

One of the reasons I moved here was because of the gym. I've been here 4 months and have not been able to use the gym yet. First there were no keys left for residents that worked. Now I'm waiting for an app to allow access for the last couple months. If it's part of the amenities I should be refunded something because I haven't been able to use the gym since moving here 4 months ago.
