The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Gund Brewery Lofts
Do not rent here if you value your money and sanity. The management company operates unethically and unprofessionally and constantly changes building managers. As of right now, there are unreliable and incompetent individuals who have no business running anything. Their bookkeeping is horrendous, and they will try to cheat you out of your time and money. They never respond or get anything to you in a timely manner. Maintenance people are nice but hardly ever get anything done in time due to the high turnover rate. They would rather have tenants who participate in the use of illegal substances and loud neighbors, rambunctious kids running wild through the building and trashing everything
Nice features, including washer and dryer in every unit. Responsive management. Good location near downtown in a historic old brewery building.
