Property Ratings at Gull Harbor
I am not giving a review or rating right now and that is why I put the stars in the middle. This is a very wonderful place to live obviously because I’m still here after the hurricane when others are moving out and giving up. Hurricane Helene basically destroyed everything from the first level. Including our elevators pools and laundry. The bad thing is, we are still sitting in the same situation with no elevators, no pools and one laundry, but it is over in the seventh story. Those of us that have stayed were kind of hoping that the owners would have some type of sympathy, realizing that we don’t have The wonderful amenities we are paying for. Our rent went up instead of some sort of compensation for paying such high rent and not having the amenities that attracted us to this residential place. Most of us here do understand that things do take time. But to not even have a pool where you can sit outside on a nice day, even if you can’t go in the water, you can socialize and sit around with others. We can’t do that because they have the gates locked to go into the pool area . If you are thinking of leasing a unit here, I would like to state that it was a beautiful, nice place. Everything was good. Management was good. They somehow or for some reason change their management team and I can say that I am not happy with this management team at all. They are terrible. They do not respond. They are not nice. So if you are considering coming and being a part of our family here, I would wait until things got taken care of before you made that kind of commitment. People are moving out very very fast. How does somebody raise your rent when everything that you moved here for is taken away and they are doing nothing To Resolve it.

I lived there for 7 years and honestly it was never amazing but it was good until the recent mgmt team switch. New mgmt failed to address issues with mold causing it to grow into other apartments, there was consistent issues with water leaks that were poorly repaired, AC unit breakdowns regularly, and so much more. When a unit becomes vacant they just paint over the mold never dealing with the issues. Eventually every unit will be over run, it’s unavoidable. When bringing a concern to mgmt she tells you to just move out if you don’t like it. A nightmare to live there and so grateful that our personal belongings were not affected by the high amounts of mold.
This property is managed very poorly. Just moved out after 2+ years. The new management team has been terrible. Maintenance is awful. Landscaping is embarrassing and rent is unfairly raised.
My Husband I have lived at Gull Harbor 14 years and have enjoyed getting to know our neighbors, now friends. It is very peaceful and beautiful. We love walking across the street to the sand and the hotel bars, and the girls in the office always have a full calendar of events planned for everyone. There is a new owner and management now and they're a breath of fresh air. The staff is very kind and helpful. David the maintenance gentleman is just wonderful.
Great apartment in the heart of Tedington beach, florida. Great amenities and right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Plenty of community activities. Local gym blocks away, near major cities like Tampsa. And Saint Petersburg. Reasonable rent
