My experience with Gulfshore Apartments has been wonderful. The unit and price online were the same unit and price I was shown in the viewing - a rarity in Naples. Each member of staff I have interacted with has been professional, attentive, and kind. The process was efficient with an easy-to-follow online format. The unit is well appointed and updated - best I’ve seen of the 6 properties in the area I viewed. There was a small issue with an appliance that I reported using the phone app and it was resolved in less than a day. I feel comfortable and grateful to be here.

Don’t sign the lease. Pay 100 dollars elsewhere, where they might care about their residents.

The apartments are cheap so I guess you pay for what you get. I feel like every time we need something it never gets done. Things are constantly breaking and take forever to be fixed.

These are old apartments and not kept up very well. These buildings are never cleaned on the outside and look terrible. They need to be pressure washed and windows cleaned.

Es un óptimo lugar para vivir, seguro, limpio y de excelente trato.
Management never answers phone and takes over three weeks to respond to maintenance requests. It was a hassle getting the paperwork done to get in here, and has been a hassle ever since moving in to broken appliances, clogged plumbing, switches that dont work. Shower heads are old and clogged. Roaches found in apartment. Etc.
The location of the condos isnt bad but the units are in desperate need of repairing. Moldy AC units, bent and not functional closed doors, chipped paint throughout the units, sticky cabinets, and PAINTED bathroom tiles/tub that peel off paint as you shower. For the price of this community I would strongly discourage or refer anyone here, there are far better deals out there and better communities.
The move in process was stress free and all the staff was very helpful in answering questions and getting me a floor plan that fit my budget and living needs.
Based on observation, the property has nice location, convenient stores right next to, YMCA and school. Quiet neighborhood and clean streets.
I lived here for over 10 years and I feel like home. I feel safe and it's a great location. Management and maintenance takes care of any issues in a promptly manner. Recommended.

I was very impressed by this community and pulled in on a Saturday looking for some information. I was greeted by Samantha, she gave me her full attention and answered a bunch of questions that day. Samantha guided me through the process and I moved in a week later. I LOVE MY APARTMENT. It has cathedral ceilings in the living room. The view is gorgeous, I am on the lake and watch the duck families intermingle every day. I brought a couple of things to Sam's attention and she started taking care of them immediately. All the staff smiles because they are happy, you can tell they like being there and their job. It has a gym, tennis court, pool, community coffee. I am sure there is more but I am not privy yet. I want to thank Samantha for her help and getting my gorgeous 2 bed 2 bathroom home. It feels like home!

Personally, I was glad to have such a smooth move in and application process. Unfortunately, it took almost a month for my work orders to be fulfilled and my move in check list was only reviewed once with me and a staff member. I wish that they communicated more and were honest about what is going on rather than saying its fixed and wont happen ever again or not saying anything at all about the work orders.

Excellent location and very nice neighbors and office staff. I would only like to have maintenance issues resolved a little more promptly.
La comunidad tiene una ubicación privilegiada. Está muy cerca de todo lo necesario. En general es muy tranquila y posee zonas comunes muy disfrutables: 2 piscinas, un gimnasio muy actualizado y canchas de tenis y basquet. Los apartamentos son confortables y muy luminosos. Y para destacar, la muy amable atención del personal en las oficinas de leasing y del personal de mantenimiento.
Es una buena zona para la clase trabajadora, en menos de una milla tiene todo lo que necesita y el precio es razonable y lo mas importante es que esta construido en cemento, recuerdo que el huracan Irma no hizo ningun desastre a la propiedad.

These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and I will recommend it to others.

Sub meter water bill is not broken down or explained properly. It does not state the cubic ft or gallons used. Management refuses to share the utility bill.

I moved into Gulfshore about 3 months ago and I’m very pleased. The location is great. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I had one maintenance issue when I moved in but it was resolved shortly after. The only complaint I have is that residents dump large items next to dumpsters and they sit all weekend. Just an eyesore.
