Guidry Row Apartment Homes

*****Please read closely, it’s a long one!**** I lived at Guidry Row for about two years. I started living here when I was still in college, all the way until I was working full time in my career! I love this apartment complex so much. Every time someone asked where I live or was looking for recommendations on apartments, I always pointed to this place. It doesn’t have amenities other than stations for pet waste, but (let’s be honest) who uses an apartment gym or tennis court anyway these days? There’s no traditional leasing office, or any of the corporate mess that the mega-complexes have. It’s people you will see on the grounds just about every week. Questions and concerns are always resolved so quickly, and you really cannot beat the price. It’s a great location, (again) great price, and a great apartment with no carpet! I looked for apartments for 6 months before finding a place that checked all my boxes, and this place was it for me. It’s a true hidden gem in Lafayette. Anytime something was (if ever) not working properly, someone was there within the hour or a day or two (based on how urgent it was). You really never have to worry about anything! Trust me, I live in one of the “mega-complexes” now in New Orleans, and my A/C was broken for the first almost 2 months I was here. It only got fixed last week. Now, my washer and dryer have been broken for about a week. THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN TO YOU AT GUIDRY ROW! I absolutely loved living here, but unfortunately I had to relocate for work. I really hope I’m back again one day!

I am so happy we chose to move here. Very small complex, quiet, there's not constant car traffic through the parking lot. Apartments are very well maintained, layout is fabulous. Appliances are top notch, fixtures are pretty (not cheap looking like my previous apartment). Management is super helpful and always available. I like that it's gated. Very glad I made this my new home and hope to be here for a long time.

This apartment complex is conveniently located to everything around, quiet, clean, spacious and affordable. I really enjoyed leasing here and I definitely would lease here again if I move back to Lafayette.

Very quiet and safe place to live. We’ve lived here for a couple years and never had any problems. Nice size apartments for the price. Would def live here again!

What drew us to this particular complex was the fact that it wasn’t like the big chains surrounding it. We loved that the complex is small, well kept and quiet(except for that one party we threw! lol). We loved the apt, lived there 2 years! Extremely nice landlords, always easy to get in touch with! Really on top of things!! The location is great, near mall, restaurants etc. The maintenance was superb! The apt. Itself is really nice, up to date and spacious! Really have nothing negative to say at all!

Very spacious open floor plan with a homey feeling in a great location. Top notch friendly management with quick to respond time. Highly recommend this well maintained quiet complex.

Reallt enjoyed these apartment homes! Management is prompt on any issue and very polite. Nice quiet living, not your typical over crowded apartment living! Makes it more homie! We loved all the extra room and our apartment is very up to date!

We love our home! Great management! Quiet, safe atmosphere. Personable service and immediate response to maintenance requests. You cannot find a better facility and price anywhere in Lafayette. After searching and reviewing every complex here, we chose this one and have no regrets!

If you are not wanting to live in a typical crowded apartment complex, this is the place for you. It is a quiet, safe and neighborly community, with top notch management. I highly recommend!

The complex is well maintained and if there are any issues they are resolved quickly. My only complaint is the lack of sound absorption. There in no longer any carpet because they were just remodeled but that also intensifies the sound so I can hear the neighbors a good bit. Other than that everything is great. Also with the remodeling they installed keyless locks. I love it!

We love our apartment. The layout is great and the area has everything we could want. Our landlord is wonderful!! Any time we have an issue, which is not often, they are ready to take care of the problem. The only negative I have is that the wood floors cause you to hear your upstairs neighbors. We have lovingly called ours Bigfoot.
