As soon as I stepped foot in the clubhouse I was sold! The staff was very welcoming and knew exactly what I was looking for! They met all my expectations and more! Don't get me started on their spacious floorplans and all the updated appliances! I couldn't recommend this place enough!

This community was extremely beautiful, with massive floorplans. The office staff was accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located with a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offered amenities that most communities did not. I only moved due to my job relocation. Highly recommend!

Void of Office Personnel. Calls are never answered nor messages returned. Correspondence, Maintenance requests, & Pest Control issues are ignored! Massive accounting problems (payments LOST) and nefarious billing practices. Deceptive pricing & advertising of amenities. Not Luxury at all! Save your money & good credit & look elsewhere.

The place looks nice from a quick viewing, but it's very poorly managed: extremely dirty! The swimming pool water is green, cockroaches are everywhere! Stay away from this place!

Let's face it, there is no place that is 100% Perfect for 100% of apartment dwellers. However, Grove Park knocked it out of the park 2 years ago with our Tallahassee search. We moved in to a brand new, luxury apartment with the most square footage around for a 2 bed/2 bath, lots of storage and awesome finishes within our price range. We just renewed for a 3rd year, as Grove Park did its best to remind us why we chose to be residents here in the first place. Kudos to grove Park for stepping up to the plate. I will begin with the pros. The apartments are spacious, and Wi-Fi and cable are included in your rent. The community is NOT a luxury community. The complex doesn't even have a real sign with the community's name on it. The gate that the community promised and started has not been completed and probably will not be completed. No gate means a few car break ins and non stop traffic/loud music. The community lacks amenities, apartments do not come with a washer and dryer, there is always trash and I mean bags of trash and food boxes in the grass and in the middle of the street, the walls are beyond thin so get ready to hear all surrounding neighbors and a yearly rental increase. The community wither lacks communication with their residents, or you will receive the most unprofessional, ignorant, borderline unethical welcome introduction from your new property manager. But to end on a positive note, the apartments are spacious.

Apartment is quite spacious but lacks amenities. The focus seems to be the inside aesthetic, however the gate that was promised to be built still and probably won't never be built, no BBQ area, 1 pool but only comes to 4ft and is pretty small, walls are thin (I can hear the neighbors on top of me and next door at the same time sometimes)and no washer and dryer in unit. The office staff members are pleasant (haven't been inside in a while) and tbh it's a nice complex but Luxury added seems a bit exaggerated.
Large Bedrooms, Brand New appliances. Lack of amenities: no barbecues, no dog park, no garages, small pool, no package lockers. No in-unit supplied laundry or on-premise laundry. So so safe, police on premise all the time, no gate.
I’m not sure why, but after we paid the security deposit, they’ve been extremely hard to get in contact with via phone and email. We literally have to go into their office to speak with someone when we have questions. Our move-in day is exactly 3 days away and we have literally had no communication with anyone since July 1st when we contacted them first and requested the reservation letter so we could go ahead and take care of the requisites. This is making us feel nervous, uneasy, anxious, and very disheartened. We love Grove Park SO much but I really hope this isn’t a bad sign. I just hope we made the right decision :,(

Our family moved in at the end of October, and thus far it has exceeded our expectations. We have the 3-bedroom apartment and it is just as they have described it, from the appliances to the flooring. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues upon inspection, and their response was immediate. A part in the bathroom had to be ordered, but they are keeping us updated. The management has been nothing less than professional. They are still under construction but if you are looking for someplace to call home, this is the place to be.
