Ayer le quebraron el vidrio del carro de trabajo a mi esposo, y le robaron herramienta, el lo dejo estacionado por donde está el basurero cosa que se me hace raro ver que tiene el rótulo de cámaras y no es así!! Al nosotros hablar y decirle a la oficina lo que pasó nos dicen que no pueden hacer nada y que no hay cámaras Realmente es un lugar que les hace mucho más para que pueda ser seguro para vivir, ya ahora es hasta desconfianza dejar el carro estacionado sin saber lo que pueda pasar y que los de la oficina no hagan nada

Sigo viviendo por motivo que no e tenido tiempo para buscar otro apartamento pero en realidad la atención a mantenimiento es malísima

Es un buen lugar para vivir, es muy tranquilo la zona y hay shopping cercas para salir

1- There are not enough Trash Bin for a such big community and we really suffer from the huge amount of trash being kept specially during the weekends. 2- too much delay in responding for non emergency maintenance request

La atención es maravillosa, me ayudaron mucho con la aplicación ya que debido a mi trabajo me era imposible llegar antes de la hora de cierre de la oficina. Los apartamentos son cómodos, y todas sus áreas alrededor.

Thank can’t even begin to tell you how many times I’ve called the police to report a ongoing noise complaint. Since July 2021 when I moved here. Please pay attention to the ratings I looked at them but overlooked them. I’ve reported the tenants who have been causing the noise to the leasing office. I’m still dealing with it due to the unprofessionalism of the management at the grove at Flynn crossing. Do not move here it’s not worth it

I have lived here since earlier this year and I have encountered some issues with minor things. Ebony has always been very quick to respond and even when something can not be done righr away, she checks in to let me know the status or follows up with me after something has been attended to. This is the first place where I have lived where the property manager calls me by name even when I run into her outside. Thank you Ebony and Team for doing the best you can. I understand it has not been easy being short staffed and facing challenges with stuff in this Pandemic. I for sure have experienced and seen you hard at work to make us feel at home and welcome here.

Grove at Flynn's Crossing is awesome place to live in.

This is by far the worse complex I have lived in. The customer services from both management as well as maintenance is terrible. Imagine your apartment being flooded, you call the emergency number and being told they are on their way, but no one shows up. Two days later when you are speaking to management, you are told that the checks and balance to having your emergency resolved is that you should follow up. Imagine getting a notice that if the temperature goes above a particular degree (78), then that's an emergency and you call and you are told it's not an emergency and maintenance is not aware of what you are talking about and being treated in a condescending manner and told that there is no way the temperature outside can be in the 70s and your inside temperature is in the 80s. Imagine being cited some building code as to why your A/C can't be turned on until the first week of May when you have to endure temperatures in the 80s. Imaging submitting service requests and 2 months out they have not been addressed and everything is blamed on COVID. How can you say that maintenance hasn't been able to resolved issues as they can't come in the apartments because of COVID, but they have been in for other matters. Imaging having to spend your own money to resolve issues that should be addressed by management. Imaging having your dryer broken and you have 3 service requests in that has not yet been addressed and you are being told that requests are being dealt with in the order they were received and yours in not an emergency. I can keep going on and on. But this is the reality I have been suffering through for months. There is obviously no regard for residents comfort. The manager is very RUDE and CONDESCENDING. No wonder so many persons have move out. Stay very far away!!!

tengo un ano viviendo aqui y me gusta por que los apartamentos son muy espaciosos y el area esmuy tranquila. el nuevo personal administrativo y de mantenimiento es muy amable y resuelve todo con brevedad.

No sirve el servicio al cliente por eso se va la gente por mal mantenimiento

It is a very quiet community and the apartments are very cozy and functional in general it is a good place to live

The current manager is working to bring back the property to the quality it once was, before the last 3 property managers.

Maintenance is poor. Very long time you have to wait to send their technician. So you can not your kitchen sink for 5 days which is terrible

I lived at Grove Flynn's Crossing for about four years now, and I can't remember having an issue that hasn't been solved.

Complex under new management. Very pleasant and well mannered Manager.

The new management here sucks. They will lie about the rules and regulations. There is trash all over the complex and the management walks right past it. You will not have hot water, ac,heat etc. and it will take months before anything is fixed. If you call maintenance "when" he shows up he has an attitude with you for doing his job. I lived here 4 years and can't wait to get out of the dump.

I’ve lived there for 2 years and maintenance takes a month to get something done, even if it’s a simple issue. I’ve personally talked to the manager couple times about the same issue and almost nothing has been resolved and take months to come check something out. I pay my rent on time, and I don’t think it’s fair to have such a bad service. People working in the office are nice but NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.

I wish i can give them a ZERO, management SUCKS. Just to get fix Air Conditioning in my Apt, it took more then 2 months back and forth. But still not fixed. Every day, when i call or visit office. They just lie to me that they gone send someone to take care of it. But no one visit. And my A/C still NOT FIXED. And i do have 2 kids and 1 senior citizen (with ?? and other health issue). And manager knows this. Please NEVER EVER move in this community. Please Please.

One of the things I didn’t like here, that you can have either heat or AC, so it’s may and hot outside and we’re still have heat, no AC ! We’re dying here with kids, and the worst is allergies and you have to keep the windows open, and then imagine between heat and allergies, my kids couldn’t sleep, when I talked to the office they promised me that they’re gonna come next day to do it, but guess what only in the manager apartment and his assistant you can hear the AC,

As of 05/01/2017 this place is in big mess. Few month ago when the owner changed, major staff changes occurred. Entire management including maintenance team left their job. New staff in management (Brandi and another lady) has no clue of how to give good customer service. They are always responding with a vibe of you calling a customer service in India. Not helpful at all, always same answer just like they are following some script. Just like other mentioned, they are Rude, I mean you really dont wanna kill their vibe and have to agree what ever they say. Maintenance team changed twice last few month causing major maintenance chaos in entire apartment complex. This is a prime example of how a poor management can ruin a reputable apartment. A normal work order now takes up to month to be completed even its a major electrical issue or your sink faucet replacement. There is no such thing as emergency maintenance in this Apartment. If you call management to request one, forget about it. They will start putting your name in queue and saying having short staff blah blah blah. You guys are taking our rent every month, earning the same amount of money, but can't fulfill your staff for months. I have been living here for last 6 years and never seen such bad management after Veronica left. This place need someone like Veronica and Rachel who knows what they doing and keeping the tenant happy. Parking is terrible as always. People parking without permit,old permit even the manager's vehicle displaying no county decal but living here for almost a year. Recently there were few crime happened in the complex which happened to be drug related. I have seen people sitting in stairs at night and meeting with drive by cars. This place isn't great anymore like it used to be, IF YOU ARE READING THIS AND HAVEN'T MOVED HERE YET, PLEASE SPEND FEW EXTRA $ AND LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. After all you earn your money to deserve good service and respect.

I think this is a nice place to live at. My job is really close, main reason why I moved here. It's close to everything I have a gas station grocery store and chipotle all across the light. The office ladies are friendly. The maintenance guys are good too. If I call in the morning, when I get home whatever I asked for is done.

The maintenance guys are friendly and always attend to our request and you can count on them especially on emergency situations. The admin girls are wonderful and very friendly. And they make sure the community is always clean Affordable monthly rent as well Very nice playground area, very friendly neighbors will definitely recommend

The apartment complex that I currently reside in needs improvement. Fortunately, there are new owners and they have been trying they're best to make improvements but unfortunately my family and I have run in to a lot of issues. We have had several insect problems, along with a mice problem for a about a month. There is a lack of storage and we have found mold in the bathroom. Maintenance is alright, they do come but not as quickly as we'd like. I'm blessed to have a roof over my head but I know there are better living conditions out there that we unfortunately can't afford.

This is my first apartment since leaving home and I like it a lot. The price is great, the apartments are big and the maintenance guys fix everything pretty quick. I would recommend it to any of my friends.
