The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Griffis Lakeline Station
If I can give this place 0 Stars, I would. There has never been a greater regret than my decision to lease from Griffis Lakeline Station. Pro: 1. An attached garage Cons: 1. IDEA school - The IDEA School is right next door where during school they take over the apartment complex. Now for parents that may be convenient for them. However, it quickly becomes inconvenient when trying to come and go. 2. Thin Walls - Paper thin. I heard the water running through the pipes from my bedroom. I heard the neighbor go to the bathroom, flush the toilet and open cabinets. 3. Upgrades - what a joke. You mean peeling wallpaper. Or some of the upgrades shown in the model aren't going to be in your actual unit because staff later states they don't know what's in each unit. 4. Parking Lot - The parking lot is dirty, and the asphalt gets all over on the bottom of your shoes and your pets' paws. 5. Stray Cats everywhere - I love animals, but I will say this I could do without the amount of the apartment stray cats. 6. Move Out Experience - If you have a pet or an ESA BEWARE! The ABSOLUTE worst experience. We were falsely charged for a complete carpet replacement. Yes, I said falsely because out of all the apartments I have lived in with my dog, I have NEVER, and I will repeat NEVER been charged because my pet "soiled" the carpet. My baby is house trained and has been house trained since she was a puppy. She is a diva, and she is not about to mess up her dwelling. She goes outside like she is trained to do. So yes, I can confidently say my dog did not soil their paper-thin carpet. The exact same carpet that was not new when I moved in. Old carpet. But we had the pet (that they knew of, because everyone reports their pets, right?) it's our pet that did. Oh, and we are going to pull back the carpet to make sure we find stains and it has to be you...despite the carpet being old carpet. This is a straight up false accusation. They have photos and they are claiming it's my pet's urine. I work from home and am home 90% of the time and when I am not, a family member is home. Let's not forget that there was a leak in my bedroom that caused mold AND damaged to the carpet but oh no, according to Griffis Lakeline Station its pet urine. We left that place cleaner, smelling better, and 10x better than what we received. So, if you choose to rent from here, make sure you pull back the carpet, don't want you to be blamed for something you didn't do prior to moving in.
I moved to Griffis Lakeline Station in 2017 from across the country, the location met my needs at the time due to it’s proximity to my employer. The leasing staff at the time was great! I’ve found that the location is convienant for shopping and entertainment as well as Downtown being a short drive away. The property and the amenities are very well maintained. I really like the pool and there’s a lot of space to be able to enjoy it. My really dog loves the dog park, if he had the option, he’d live there. The maintenance staff are fantastic and responsive, any issues are usually addressed within 24 hours of submitting a request, sometimes even the same day. I really appreciate being able to stop into the office with questions and be treated like a person rather than just my apartment number. I really do enjoy calling it home.

After living in my last apt this is ideal. The staff are great, maintenance is fabulous and they work with you if there is an issue. I have met some very nice people as my neighbors. People are friendly here. I have a nice one bedroom(not updated) but, so what. There is a nice greenbelt in back. I have only good things to say about this complex.

Thank you so much for your amazing review! We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.
If there was a 0 or negative, that would be what I'd select. And the sad thing is I live here and have ways to go in my lease. First of the office staff sucks! They are unprofessional and their response to renter questions and concerns are horrible at best and unresponsive at worst. Parking is a nightmare, most of the parking spots are reversed as covered parking, which in itself is not bad except they are more than the free parking and they are disproportional to the number of buildings and unit occupancy. Residents have made several complaints about this to no avail. Their response to this issue is 'get covered parking'. There have been several car break ins and the mail box and package locker center has also not been spared. Residents are noisy, do not pick after their dogs, smoke weed and cigarettes eventhough the apartment claims to be a smoke free property and even charge a fee for this. Residents leave their small kids to play unattended in the parking area. Several complaints have been made about this but nothing has been done. This is reckless and the part of parents who allow this and irresponsible of the office staff not addressing this. This is a huge safety issue and a preventable accident waiting to happen. The renting conditions here can be summed as frustrating at best and painful at worst. Look elsewhere!

Hi Meredith, our residents mean a great deal to us and we take all of our residents' feedback very seriously. We understand that parking can be a challenge associated with apartment living and we apologize for the frustrations you’ve felt. As mentioned in your review, we do offer reserved carports for $30 a month. This is an addition to the first-come-first-serve parking that is available and can help mitigate the parking challenges residents may encounter. We are happy to inform you that from time to time, we run carport specials. Please keep an eye out on our resident portal to learn more about these discounts. In the meantime, we’d appreciate the opportunity to speak with you about your experience. At your convenience, please stop by the leasing office for a quick visit. We look forward to hearing from you.
Mostly it's young people and i really like that ,The people are nice it's close to the fast foods and major shopping centers and the malls. Love it!!!
