The maintenance staff is horrible. Garbage is everywhere around the trashcan. The gate never words. When the gate does work, the gate key doesn't work. The gym is disgusting, there are dead roaches there. The pool is meant to be open on the 29th of May, but it isn't. There is trash EVERYWHERE outside, cats have been roaming free, there aren't any lights installed in the apartments, you'll have to go buy your own. Black mold is in the A/C vent. You could mention a problem in your apartment a month before they actually come to fix it. There are diapers and trash buried in the sand at the playground.

Our maintenance team maintains the common areas and community on a daily basis. We are actively working to have our pool ready for our residents. We are currently working on repairs and continue to provide our residents with updates every step of the way. Unfortunately, our gate was recently hit and we are working with our vendor for repairs. Apartments are very old , no lights in the bedroom , Roaches are everywhere. Please do not be fooled by the pictures. They are not worth the asking prices.

Wonderful price for the space you get! I haven’t found a cheaper rate for a 2 bed/2 bath anywhere! The living room and dining room are spacious. Kitchen is small, I’d update the cabinets to optimize more space, but overall it is lovely. The laundry room is just big enough, you can set up your units and still have a little room to use it as a pantry. The bed rooms are nice, I really like that the second bed and bath are in their own hallway that can be closed off for privacy. Expecting a baby boy soon, and I know his room will be more than enough space for him. I have a lot of friends and family that rent apartments, these are by far the nicest I’ve seen and for a decent price. As far as pest control, they came out the day I called, haven’t seen ants since then. I would recommend doing your own pest control every now and then to maintain a pest free home, especially if you’re like me and live above unclean neighbors. There’s a few areas that could be touched up with caulk, but considering that these apartments have been around for a while, I’d say the condition they’re in is impressive.

So beyond FEED UP with this apartment, only been here for less then one and already looking for a new apartment ... DONT MOVE HERE, ROACHES, ANTS & CRACKS all in the apartments . Pest Control is horrible, comes out for 2 minutes and leaves. Swimming pool been down all summer, Front gates always open. People stay blasting music in the parking lot. Management ALWAYS has an attitude when you complain about the apartment you paying rent for. THIS APARTMENT IS A CHEAP JOKE .... I had ants all on my walls for 3 days and pest control can only come out on Thursdays , MAKES NO SENSE. Neighbor always smoking right outside my door. AGAIN DONT MOVE HERE AT ALL YOULL REGRET IT . If I could give this apartment negative 5 stars I would .
I'll start by stating my name Krystal Robinson I have been living in griffin crossings apartments for about 5 1/2 months now 2 bedroom 2 bath rent 493 a month water included comes with dish washer, oven, stove an refrigerator Washer an dryer not included but offers washer an dryers for rental a month for $45.. Griffin crossings apartments include a swimming pool,play ground an also a gym these apartments are very nice just suitable for me an my partner for our first home. We were expecting a baby girl soon so it was important that the house was focused around her the room was very spacious big enough for her to grow into. The master was also the same each room comes with a full bathroom kitchen isn't quite that huge but it's big enough for me. Living room area is very nice all white an big walls great for hanging pictures. All together our home is beautiful we make it our own even through the struggling of trying to pay bills an to find money to pay for things it got harder an harder but my home made me feel hopeful. There's friendly neighbors all around. I'm hoping that this review sparked a smile or some type of feeling to first time renters or even people just looking to rent thank you so much for reading thanks for listening.
The amount of space you receive for the rent paid is unbelievable! Up to date appliances new countertops. Good place to live.
