Leasing office staff is very helpful and always has a positive attitude. Moving in was a breeze!! They will help you through the whole process.

Before I relocated here over 8 years ago I did a lot of shopping around. I chose this community because it was different from others. The people in the complex displayed their different personalities with the decorations. The management was very friendly. Not sure what happened but we were told nothing in your porch (if you were fortunate to have one) except a mat and wreath. Nothing on the grounds. That meant my chair and Tennessee flag had to go. Now its like all the rest except a bit more expensive. No I'm not a happy resident.

Nice complex - apartments well appointed with extra wood trim and granite countertops- well kept property - friendly courteous knowledgeable staff - timely maintenance repairs - nice pool and gym complex - outside lawn and parking kept up

GS Summit has all of the amenities needed for any family. From you g families to retire families. GS is very pet friendly with accommodations for them as well. There is always plenty of parking for when we have company.

Moving into Greystone Summit has been an stress-free and exciting experience! From the staff to the environment, Greystone Summit has been home ever since I toured here. I am very happy to have chosen this as my new home.

The Greystone Summit staff(Mgmt and Maintenance) are always welcoming. They are a wonderful group who you can easily talk to. They lend a listening ear to understand the issue and ensure thst it can be fixed or determine an alternative solution that is beneficial to all. I have lived here for 10 years and have found that this is one of the best apartment complexes I have lived in. The community is great.

The management has gone out of their way to help make the process of moving here so much easier than we ever could have thought. Anything you need they will get and answer for you or help in any way. The place is beautiful and our first night here was way better than the past few years with it being super quiet all night long. So far the other residents we have met in passing have been very nice and actually say good morning back to you. This place looks to be a very good fit for our family

I’ve loved every minute of living at Greystone Summit Knoxville. The staff is incredibly friendly, responsive, and they genuinely care about each one of the tenants. So much so that they regularly plan thoughtful resident appreciation events, making it easy to meet your neighbors and feel like part of a community. Every maintenance request I’ve submitted has been handled quickly and professionally by Mr. Robert. The amenities are top-notch and are well-maintained. The apartment itself is spacious, quiet, and full of natural light. I highly recommend Greystone Summit Knoxville to anyone looking for a place that combines comfort, luxury, and a true sense of community.

Love living here a great place. Staff is fantastic and the grounds are so incredibly nice looks like a residential area with tree lined streets. It feels very much as intended a family place.

It's fine. It's a decent place for the $$. I enjoy the quiet and back porch is huge. I've certainly lived in smaller, more expensive communities

My apartment community is great. The mgmt and maintenance team have always been helpful and understanding. The turnover makes it hard to get to know the team.

So far it’s been great! I’ve lived here for 5 days and everything has been wonderful. Business center is great. Maintenance has come out quick to fix our concerns. So far so good.

Greystone Summit is the standard for luxury apartments! The property manager, Ty, goes above and beyond for the community and residents! We’ve even seen him out on the property doing work orders! The leasing professional, Bethy, is so incredibly kind and inviting! Going so far as to make fresh cookies for the residents daily! I’m so lucky to call Greystone Summit home!

Lovely and appealing surroundings. Common areas are kept immaculate and clean. Any maintenance issues are immediately handled. Every member of the staff has been friendly and helpful.

Grounds and apartment is BEAUTIFUL. Great amenities and very friendly staff. Very accommodating! Moved from 1000 miles away “sight unseen” and everything went perfectly.

Still love living here. Staff the best and maintenance now with Robert and Lyndsay fantastic and everyone we meet so great to talk to. Hope to be here a long time.

Staff here is helpful. The facility is beautiful. My family enjoys living here very much and we would recommend this place to anyone. It also stays very quiet here so that helps make for a peaceful environment.

Excellent The home was very clean when we moved here and it was evident that it was well maintained.. There was a few minor issues but the maintenance staff fixed them the same day we reported them. We love it here.

We are now in Year 2 here and love it. The community looks great and having tree lined streets add to the residential feel. Many very friendly people and staff, including maintenance, is fantastic. Keep up the good work.

I’m so proud to call Greystone Summit Knoxville my home! After a very long and stressful relocation process, Greystone Summit made this process the easiest of experiences! I cant wait until our move is completely finished, so that we can enjoy the amazing amenities and exceptional neighbors!

So far, love this community compared to my other apartments! New Resident here! Not much that I can complain with all the awesome amenities and the floor plan to choose from.

Greystone Summit is a wonderful place to live. The environment is warm and inviting. The staff is great! amenities are fabulous ! The location is perfect!

Great. Quiet and safe. My dog and I love the trees and all of the grass. The maintenance responded immediately to my air conditioning going out.

I've lived here 2 years and have loved it here until the past 4 weeks. The rent has increased and is no longer affordable for me so I am moving to a less expensive apt complex. The pool and gym are great. Much better than some complexes I've lived in. The past 4 weeks my AC stopped working because the drip pan filled up triggering the auto shut off. Maintenance would come suck the water out and clear out clog or whatever and it would work for another week. This has happened every week x4. This past time it stopped working after midnight, I called the on call, and was informed not having AC wasn't considered an urgent matter unless it is over 85 degrees outside. I figured out how to override the cutoff switch myself so I could have AC - thermostat read 78 degrees by that point in my apt. I've been told if it breaks after hours not to expect it to be addressed until normal business hours unless the temp outside is in the 80's. This is unacceptable-24/7 maintenance is false advertisement

Awesome staff - dedicated to tenants - attending to their needs; knowledgeable, friendly, supportive, - property is well maintained as well as the amenities, well maintained upper end units - necessary repairs are immediately addressed by a trustworthy, competent maintenance staff- quite, friendly place to live

While I've only been here about a week, I can attest that the move in process was fantastic and made easy by the wonderful staff here. Everybody has been super friendly and helpful. Passing other residents in the parking lot, everybody waves and smiles. People seem to be really enjoying the community and I look forward to doing so as well.

Everything was great..new maintenance. Workers nit as good.....was told last summer breeze ways were about to be pressure washed...1 yr later...nothing done....used to see cleaning person ..wiping down rails..cleaning cobwebs...not anymore...

Great location. Love it here. I am confident that I will continue to be happy while living here. Bonus: being in the back of the community- quiet and scenic.

Very nice property, but it is an apartment complex and comes with many of the typical apartment complex "things". No real complaints and the pool is nice.

Love living here and just renewed for year 2. Beautiful landscaping and maintenance is top notch. Would recommend to anyone. Office staff also gets an A .

Everyone from staff to neighbors are so friendly. Close to everything we do (golfing, shopping, or taking classes at Pellissippi State Community College).

I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to move to the Hardin Valley area! This is the best complex in Knoxville, in my opinion, and I'm excited for many happy years here!

Great apartment complex for the most part. I feel like over the last little bit client service has sort of dropped off, but the apartments themselves are beautiful, the grounds are beautiful. Everyone is pretty friendly. Noise is the only real issue because the walls are a little thin, but thats apartment living. Never had any bugs problems outside of the occasional ladybird or silverfish.

Love the Amazon Hub and awesome gym. Thankfully I am living in a super community. Looking forward to summer time when it warms up for the pool

Love living here its safe, quite, beautiful. My only concern is parking. Sometimes when I get off work there's no parking infront of my building. So I am forced to in the back.

This is a great place to live. We have had no complaints living here. People are friendly and helpful, and we love this place. The grounds are always well kept and landscapers do an awesome job maintaining the property.

We really do love living here. It is peaceful and everyone is so kind! We never thought we would enjoy living in apartments as much as we do.

I love the apartment complex. My fiance and I have never been happier and our dog loves the play areas and fields as well. Greystone has a great atmosphere to the community.

I really like this community. It’s small, peaceful and love the trees all around. My dogs love the dog park and during summer, they enjoy the doggie pool.

I have been here almost 6 months. Great office staff. Great neighborhood.Great maintenance crew. They are always on top of things, normally gets things done within a day.

So happy with the choice to move to greystone. It’s been so amazing. Maintenance always comes quick and is so responsive. Every one that works in the office is just great
