Randy, our leasing agent, & Shannon, our community manager, were fantastic to work with!!! We didn't look at any other apartment communities in-person because this one was absolutely perfect from the moment we first walked into the leasing office. The community is extremely well-managed and cared for with a pool, poolside pavilion and gym, and it's all secured with high-quality community gates and fencing. It feels like a resort. The apartments are amazing and an excellent value with new carpet, new paint and very new appliances. We knew this was the place for us and we're proud to call Greystone Summit home.

Our time in the community has been good overall. The grounds are nice. The upkeep of the property is consistent. The new management team is making progress on instilling trust with residents. By far the best part is the unit space, the layout feels like you are in a whole house all alone even though 2 other people are with you!

Great staff, nice complex, parking is tough at times especially when there are oversized vehicles squeezing in to a normal spot. Pool is awesome, fitness center is ok, grounds need some upkeep.

We visited on march 20, 2025. I really liked the administrator. It was nice to talk to him and any place seems even better if you feel a good attitude. He explained everything well and answered all questions. Very nice and polite. i will move in july 2025. I liked everything.

With the price of rent increase the amenities should be upgraded as what is offered is not meeting the price of rent. The gym is outdated with machines that half work. I have a maintenance request that has been in since July 12 and no one has shown up. I ended up fixing the issue myself.
Overall pleasant residential experience. Turnover in office staff and maintenance crews has caused some sense of insecurity in management company this summer. Pool, amenities, and the grounds have suffered due to lack of consistent care.
Lynn and Rhonda have made my experience so much better. I’m happy here now because of the hard work they did to get me in here. It’s cozy, clean and comfortable. It feels good to say I’m home now .

All going down hill not the great place we moved into 7 years ago. Workers keep leaving and new ones coming. Get a good employee and the feel they have to leave for wahtever reason. Grounds not kept up and buildings not cared for with some paint. Been here7 years and the outside windows have never been washed.
It’s been good living here for about two years. This is a very spacious apartment and really really great prices compared to other places that are in the area.

The past 3 years everything has changed, the worst has been communication with management. Many residents have said they are afraid to complain because management will make it difficult to live here. The pool is not clean. "gatherings" parties are a joke. Many people do not attend, because the last ones they ran out of food ten minutes into it. One party was supposed to have door prizes, that never happened. The staff doesn't mingle with residents. We have lived here for 5 years and up until 3 years ago have had very few complaints in fact we enjoyed living here. I will say the last months that the grounds have started to look much better. which was one thing we always were proud of living here.
The apartments have gone down hill. There is never anyone in the office, the pool is closed way too often, the palm trees are dying in the pool area, maintenance requests are going unanswered. Not the same place I moved into.
Excellent apartments..especially the size of the apartment. Love our screened in porch. Wish the pool was better maintained. Love the new pool furniture.
Great already, it’s been about 2 months since I’ve moved in and everything is perfect. No complaints here. The rooms are nice and big so I can have all my stuff exactly where I want it.
I love this apartment complex. Very nice, spacious apartments. Maintenance is great though I have not had many issues at all. Office people are very nice.

Greystone is very quiet, well kept property. Upon move in we discovered a few issues. The vinyl floor was filthy and covered in a black film that is still not clean after three mopping session. This is time I should have been using to unpack not clean. We moved in on Saturday and have asked several times for maintenance to come fix a few immediate issues and still no one has come to fix issues four days later.

Beautiful place, safe and many amenities. So far we and our dog are truly enjoying it! The staff was very helpful in navigating the leasing steps. We love the complimentary coffee station and gym.

We moved to Greystone Summit a year ago, and it was like “coming home”. The apartments are beautifully updated and spacious. We love the carefree living, as the office and maintenance staff are awesome to work with, while the clubhouse & grounds are kept impeccable! Highly recommend !!
The new furniture at the pool is outstanding! It is much more comfortable then the previous years furniture. The blue color makes an excellent addition to the resort like atmosphere!

I posted a very positive review previously, because it has been wonderful living here and still is, but maintenance has become problematic. The last two request, neither being a huge issue, but still need to be addressed, just treated as totally unimportant. The, first finally taken care of, more than a week after my call. This last call has been over two weeks, and on both I didn't even receive a call explaining the delay. In fact, when I called yesterday, she didn't even know why this hasn't been handled. I left the first message through the answering message center, the second days later, in person at the office and the third by phone yesterday. I don't understand what has changed, but I hope we go back to the way it was, because service calls were handled immediately. This is a beautiful, staff friendly community, but we do need our apartment homes maintained on concerns we can't take care of ourselves.

I’ve been here for a very short time, however, I am extremely comfortable and I am much happier than I was before! I moved here pretty abruptly due to rising fpl costs in my previous neighborhood. I haven’t had to touch a thermostat since move in because the units are so well insulated and efficient which is extremely important for me at the moment!! Super excited about my journey so far!

Love the amenities and the floor plan is great! Very spacious. The extra large porch and nice view was a huge plus, feels more like a home than an apartment. Friendly neighbors and staff is also very helpful.

-Feels very homey and has been quiet. Needs some touch up to return to the luxury part but still very comfortable living. Maintenance men comes fairly quick but if you have emergency they are ther asap.

I love this complex! They are incredibly helpful and attentive. They allowed us a Sunday move in to avoid having to find accommodations for the night. Only thing is, they make you fill out your sheet of inspection upon arrival but then never come to fix the problems you have listed. It is a bit inconvenient to have to put in a request after freshly moving in when you have a written lists of faults that were here before moving in. Other than that we absolutely love living here and the apartment doesn't ever feel too small!!

Wonderful community! Always prompt and thorough response with maintenance concerns, even if it's just changing a light bulb. I have never, one time, been put off when calling for help. Very friendly and helpful staff. It is absolutely beautiful here. The grounds are so well kept as well as the pool being so lovely. That means a lot to me. We truly love it here. It's our home.

Greystone Summit has been the best apartment! The spacious units make it feel like you have space to spread out. The grounds are well kept. Maintenance team is very prompt and professional.

Love living here! The place is clean and well taken care of. They are quick to come and fix anything that needs work. The amenities are great and they are always trying to improve on them.
