Greystone Pointe

This is by far the best apartment community I have lived in. I am all-around happy with my home, the amenities, and their staff. The neighborhood is very friendly as well.

We have lived here for more than five years and love it! From the amenities to the excellent maintenance to the community spirit, we have a wonderful home.

We relocated from New Hampshire arriving just a few days ago and are so thankful that our move-in process was smooth. Natalie has been amazing, very thorough and helpful. She left a welcome basket with goodies in the apartment and even put in some dog biscuits for our pup. The apartment itself is beautiful and we can’t wait to explore the area more. ??

Truly love it here! It feels so much like a home and has been an amazing place to raise my family. The amenities are top notch and the staff is so helpful!

I have been pleased with living here at Greystone Pointe. My plans are to live here for hopefully more than just my first year here but continuing on to future years.

I truly enjoy living here. The staff, the maintenance team are first rate. Not to mention the views, they speak for themselves. The pool is gorgeous, and the workout room is awesome. For apartment living, this is where you want to be!

My wife and I have had a great experience here at Greystone Pointe! The maintenance team is always on top of it and working hard and getting jobs done in a timely manner.

I’ve always loved my time here everything is well maintained, and the maintenance staff is always very kind. The only issue I would have is the parking where my building is located. It’s not horrible but not ideal on some days otherwise I have no complaints!!

10/10. My leasing consultant was the best! She was so nice and was on top of it! Spacious homes, great amenities. The little touches around the apartment made it; Double crown molding, vinyl flooring, lots of storage space.

I live at Greystone Ponite and I have a great experience. The apartments are spacious, bright, and well-designed, making them comfortable. The amenities are excellent. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the pool area is perfect for relaxing. The grounds are well-kept, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The management team is friendly and quick to respond to questions. They genuinely care about residents and host community events to help neighbors connect. The location is convenient, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Overall, I highly recommend Greystone Pontie for anyone looking for a home. It truly feels like a friendly community. Five stars!

Greystone Pointe is a beautiful community. We love the excellent maintenance of the property and the amazing care of all the staff. It is located in the heart of Farragut with anything you need just a few miles down the road. The apartments are roomy and well designed. Hope to never leave.

I’ve been living at Greystone Pointe over 5 years. Since relocating for work from the northeast. In addition to being some of the biggest rental apartments in Knoxville (I compared dozens of floor plans) the apartments are all in excellent condition. The appliances are well maintained, any issues are handled promptly. The grounds are well taken care of, the facilities (pool, gym) are kept very clean. The complex is set back off the road and is spread out. There is room to walk and it’s safe. If you do have an issue, there is always someone to help. The management team arranges community events. Tailgate pool parties, holiday fairs, and bring in food trucks. We had a major snow storm last year and the maintenance team was out shoveling non stop. It’s an excellent place to live

I am officially one year in and signed for another year. I wish I could do two years at a time I absolutely love everything about living here. Are there downfalls ? Sure.. BUT when brought to the management and staff they are sure to fix or find solutions!

Greystone Pointe is a fantastic place to live. The combination of top-notch facilities, friendly community, and excellent management makes it a truly great apartment complex.

It has been a great experience for my family and I living here. Kids and pet enjoy the beautiful and well maintained landscape, it’s safe and very close from great schools, groceries, parks, etc. and the staff is always very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I love living here! The apartments are way more spacious than others in the area, especially for the price. The community is safe, courteous, and has great amenities like the herb garden and dog park.

My husband and I have lived here for four years and have loved every second of it! Management is incredibly friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is very responsive, knowledgeable, and completes every job efficiently. The units themselves are very homey and do not feel like your typical apartment. I hope I never have to live in another apartment because I truly do not believe there is another that could live up to my expectations like Greystone Pointe does.

Love it here. Staff is friendly and responsive. People are nice. Amenities fantastic. Grounds beautiful. And when it snows—these guys are ON IT!

Greystone Pointe is amazing. I moved here to be closer to my school, and I couldn't be happier. It truly feels like home. The staff have been great, and the maintenance team has already been quick to respond when needed.

Love living here. The staff works hard to make sure all residents are happy. The location is perfect and the grounds are immaculate. The first time my grandson came to see me he said, Wow, it looks like rich people live here!.” He was impressed and it’s hard to impress a teenager.

I toured Greystone Pointe with Sadie. I will start by saying the entire community is beautiful: the leasing office, pool and other amenities, landscaping, and of course the apartments! Sadie and Andrea were super helpful throughout the application process.

We have only been here a couple weeks but have loved it so far. We were on a wait list for about 6 months and were living in another state but the staff here made the application process extremely smooth and answered all of our questions. They’ve always followed through with anything they promised and have been very punctual and professional.

The staff was great and very accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure the apartment was ready to move in when promised. Facilities are very nice and well maintained.
