Truly awful

This used to be a great place to live. It hasn't been for about the last year. The managers have given up and just don"t care. Specifically the back parts of the complex. Building 6, 7 and 8 especially seem to have a high influence of drug use and high traffic. Lots of loud music with lots of cursing. People don't care. The management doesn't care. Complaints constantly and nothing happens. People are told that the managers cannot do anything. Garbage everywhere. Little plastic baggies in the parking lots, especially on Friday and Saturday. Gym smells like an animal died in it. Washers and dryers in disrepair Dumpsters often overflowing. Maintenance often cannot keep up. Took 4 months to get faucet fixed and it still isn't fixed. Dog feces all over grounds because people have dogs and don't clean up after them. Broken windows from bad kids throwing balls and knocking into windows. Light fixtures broken for same reasons stated above. Vehicles race through parking lot and do donuts in grass People smoke pot in their apartments and it transfers to other apartments because vent systems are all connected. Cars are vandalized. Police won't respond to calls. Local pizza places won't even deliver anymore because people are so trashy and dishonest. I cannot stress enough how the lack of management has caused the situation in the complex to worsen. They moved off premise and often are not there on time or through the day. Save yourself the time and money don't even bother.

Management has not given up. All concerns by this resident had been addressed, and lease violations given out to offenders. The broken window was an accident and not broken as stated. It was repaired quickly. The offenders do not reside here at present who broke the light repeatedly. As to the local pizza places not delivering here, that is untrue. Every day they are in here. In fact, one of the residents works at one of the places this unhappy person talked about. Dumpsters overflow when individuals who do not live here use the dumpsters at night. As to the statement of feces everywhere, that is a stretch of the imagination. If caught, the tenant will be issued a lease violation. Police do respond to calls. As to management moving off the property, there are plenty of places where management does not live on site. Please do not exaggerate just because you are unhappy, or cannot get along with your neighbors. There are many complexes you can move to, and management only wishes the best for you.

bad management

These apartments are HORRIBLE. BEWARE! Theres alot of drug addicts and fighting couples theres trash all over the parking lot and the children play in the street. The manager has moved off the property and could care less about the well being of the residents that do follow the rules she claims to do background checks but there is no way half the people over here have passed.

Any accusations that management receives must be put in writing, in case it just may be a neighbor to neighbor problem or fight. Once it is put in writing, it is then addressed, and the authorities are called to investigate such a problem. Background checks are completed on each applicant.

Grey Stone Manor

My Husband and I are seniors with bad health. We contacted some different apartments. We have been here for going on three years, if we have any problems the managers are here at once to take care of any problems and is always making sure that the apartments. grounds and everything around here look great.

Greystone

The apartments are very nicely modeled but they have a bad ant problem and spider problem. The neighbors are nice, mostly keep to themselves but speak to everyone. The owners are snobbish though and have a problem with people visiting you if they are there for too long. They like to make accusations about people based on how they look or what they drive and I don't like it at all. But overall everyone else is nice and the inside of the apartments are nice.

Management does not and has never made comments about people or the cars they drive. As to the ants, we do use pest control. Sometimes we must revisit an apartment, and usually find that the ant problem is due to crumbs on the countertops or damp clothing lying on the floor.

Greystone Manor Apartments

This is a low income complex that well kept by the management. The office complex has a laundry facility, workout equipment and a multi-purpose area room for special events. There is a tennis court and volleyball court for outdoor activities. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. It's ideal!
