We love the amenities, the neighbors, the space, and the fact that nothing seems to "get old." In other words, Erin and her team make sure to keep the landscaping and paving fresh and update amenities as needed, which is not something that other complexes do.

I’ve lived here for nearly six months and it has been the best apartment experience I’ve had. The layouts are well designed, the pool is always clean and inviting, and the community is quiet with beautifully maintained landscaping. I have been living here since 2017 and I LOVE it!! I do not have any complaints about anything except, of course, paying the rent. That is going up everywhere though. Living here is so pleasant. It is quiet and nice to be outside because of the cleanliness. The staff is so nice and quick to respond. I could not ask for anything to be better. I would highly recommend living here to anyone.

Great place!!!! Just wish they had 2 entrances and perhaps a bigger dog park! The staff is friendly and maintenance staff is prompt. Really close to the grocery store.

Still one of the nicest neighborhoods to live in, but the rent prices have gotten out of hand. Lived here since 2016 and there hasn’t been an upgrade that should warrant the rent hike.

We love it here , so much better than Rock Island , quieter inside and out and it feels like home. We love the pool and playground, would be nice to put a shade over the slide when the sun shines down ion it , the kids can’t play because it burns them.

Absolutely Great! Everyone I have met..not just my bldg..have been really positive..helpful...kind...all around Pretty darn good! Slowly meeting my neighbors in own apt bdg.... nothing but courteous..so kind! Could not have picked a better apartment living community.
