Property Ratings at Greenwich Green
I’ve had a couple of minor issues and they were all resolved within an hour.
The apartments are beautiful, not to mention the entire complex. The lawns and gardens are always maintained beautifully. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. The neighbors are all nice and it's a quiet, friendly place to live that is close to everything!
Great floor plans at a very reasonable price. The grounds are kept looking great with weekly grooming. Maintenance responds asap to any problem or concerns.
My children and I LOVE our apartment. Townhome style for an apartment is amazing. The office and maintenance staff are so helpful, kind and very quick to respond. They always let you know about upcoming events. When it came time to renew or move, my children wanted to renew. Nicest cleanest place we have lived in Gainesville. Plus it’s so close to EVERYTHING. Thank you Greenwich Green!!
The staff, both office and repair, are amazing. Very prompt, very friendly and active with the community. They strive to keep a safe, clean environment and will work with you on any problems you have.
I have never had an issue renting with Greenwich Green and the occasional maintenance problem that arises they address as soon as I submit a ticket.

We just moved in about 2 weeks ago and so far it has been great! The communication from the staff has been wonderful and any issues we had were quickly resolved! It’s been a great experience so far!
This Property is amazing! From the management staff to the Maintenace team, everyone has the residents best interest in mind. They are put great efforts to ensuring the grounds and buildings are sparkling. I couldn't ask for a better place to live.
They are really friendly and responsive. Maintenance is great any issue I have had has been resolved quickly. I am very pleased with the rental as well. The apartments are nice. :)
Staff is amazing!! They are always so nice and are there if you need anything! Super pet friendly and maintenance responds quick to requests. Kristine and Jensen are one of the reasons I am renewing!
Good service and response from management and close to shoppings ,restaurants and Indian markets .Rooms are spacious and clean.
The community is very good, clean. The leasing office staff is very helpful for any problems. The swimming pool is also very clean.
I like their hospitality from welcoming to the leasing office to exiting it and later following up on the emails if there is any necessary things like rent, feedbacks, Management issues etc... Overall I like their amenities
They will respond with in an hour on any issue.they would visit and fix the issue.

The staff lacks empathy , place is filled with roaches, prices are subject to change
They will find anything to charge you for once you move out. Their pest control is non existent; I had to ask for it to come out and be sprayed when they said it’s Atleast once a month included. Took three days for them to come fix the washer and dryer (washer didn’t drain and dryer wouldn’t dry anything). The toilet that moved in one bathroom didn’t get fixed properly. Tile was poorly put in. The place floods when it rains. When the air conditioner started leaking it didn’t get fixed, just looked at. The water from the air conditioner was soaked into the carpet and nothing was done about it, they said it would air dry. So mold could potentially be in there. The windows were painted shut. The fleas in the place do not die, they multiply with the sprays. Do not expect your security deposit back. They will double charge you once you move out for previous months on sewer and water.
Management was great about any issues we had. Maintenance responded quickly always. We enjoyed our time here very much!!
