Property Ratings at Greenway Place
Moved in earlier this year and I could not be more happy. Coming from NYC, these feel like home. Melissa in the office is an absolute doll and a pleasure to deal with. Only had one maintenance issue for a leaky faucet and she sent one of the guys right over. This is Downtown living at it's finest.
To anyone looking to rent at Greenway, be forewarned the new management company Vintage Management is awful! They don't answer the phone, respond to voicemails or emails, but they are sure quick to cash your rent! Spoken to many of my neighbors and none of us have even seen the new management. Parking lots are not secure, garbage everywhere, have never been given the codes to the security system that they advertise, if there really is onsite maintenance I've yet to see them. If you have screens on your windows consider yourself lucky, as most are full of holes falling off or not there.
