The rent is too high for what you get, especially since the inside of my home is old and falling apart. The rent goes up every year; no more rewards program, etc. The staff as always are awesome and easy to work with here at Greentree VLG though.
Office and maintenance are awesome to deal with. If you need anything they are so very helpful. Not to keen on the new $70 monthly utilities charge when I was paying less for internet
Love living here at Greentree. Everyone here is so welcoming and really feels like home. The townhomes are definitely spacious and well kept up with.

I do like how the technique personnel’s are there 24/7 to fixe all issues. I like Lauri the office lady, i think one thing missing in the community is the pool
This place is a great community and I love that it's so close to all the shops so I can walk right on over to the store with out a problem. The staff are great also and the it's nice having maintenance on call.

The Greentree Village staff are awesome, but these apartments are old and falling apart on the interior. At least install new carpeting, cabinetry, and update the appliances to justify the astronomical pricing of the rent. You can literally get brand new luxury accommodations with a gym and pool in Lebanon for similar price ranges per month. Get with the times, Morgan Property ownership and stop with the money farming!!
Very peaceful and quiet community. You can take a stroll around the neighborhood and not be bothered. Very little disturbances from next door neighbors.

Everything is very well maintained, the only thing that was a small problem when I moved in is that my fire extinguisher is dated back to 2021 and hasn't been replaced but other than that they stay up to date with everything. It truly feels like a home.

Been here for 8 years! Very quiet area, great staff, and maintenance is right on top of things. Great elementary school my child attends. There could be more interesting amenities that would be used.

The complex could use more places to dispose of pet waste, plenty of bags, but no trash cans under those bags, other than that the complex clean, quite and the staff very friendly.

It has been pretty good, other than having multiple issues with our appliances. Also have had an issue with running out of hot water with 15 minutes of taking a shower and we have put in maintenance requests but nothing has been done about it.

Super friendly and helpful! The place is beautiful, lived here for a month and I have nothing to complain about. The woman helping us move in always remembers me and is willing to help.
The apartments are dog friendly and super spacious. They have cornhole boards and a dog park. The community is very friendly and the location has every store u would need.
We have only been here a week but so far this is home!! The office staff are amazing! The development is nice and clean and have a couple nice amenities to offer the residents.
This complex is amazing! The community is peaceful and the atmosphere makes me and my family feel safe. I would only say that the maintenance could be a little better and more timely when it comes to fixing common issues. I love that it is a pet friendly place and we definitely need more places that accept our fur children.

I have been living here for 3 years and have not had any problems. Very kind staff, clean and quiet neighborhood, they don’t complain about much you do here. You can hear the road (72) a lot at night.
