The apartments are very nice, I like the size of them. The staff and maintenance teams are excellent. Most of the people (neighbors) are very helpful and friendly. Having pools, gym large areas to walk dogs make it enjoyable to live here.

Overall I like the apartment, but for all the apartments y’all have is a lot for the leasing agents you actually have, maybe hire some more, I don’t know. But the leasing agent Natalee was very sweet and overall a nice person, I would like to give a shot out to her for taking care of us.

Price Vs. What you get. ***Packages Will get stolen***

During Our stay at Greenfield Village, we were promised so many things including all the great amenities ,available parking and excellent staff. The lack of parking here is crazy especially when we are trying to have family come and visit. You get one or two private parking spot downstairs and then good luck finding one outside. The maintenance department here is great and they respond to a lot of the issues that occur with the apartment. When it comes down to contacting the front office, good luck. It takes them forever to answer the phone and/or get back to you with any concerns. You pretty much have to constantly go and have the conversations face to face. If you have any issue with neighbors you can talk to them face to face and address the issue. If it doesn't get resolved and you go to the office to see if they can do something about it, good luck. They rarely do anything about it so either you have to put up with it or move out. If you order packages from Amazon and they deliver it to the parcel, just know that you have a possibility of it getting stolen. They do have cameras but the people at the office say that they can't do anything about it. Even though they have recordings of the people that stole the package, they are not "Responsible" for it. If your package was more than $100, amazon requires you to make a police statement about it before you can get your money back. Just a heads up. I recommend investing into a ring camera as well because our neighbors have gotten their packages also stolen from their Front door. Aside from all the negative experiences we had, the pool, basketball courts and gym were decent, but again consider what you are paying for. You might find something a little better.

However, we sincerely apologize if our front office response times have not met yours. We are working to improve communication and accessibility to ensure all residents receive timely assistance. In the meantime, we encourage using our resident portal or email for quicker responses if phone lines are busy. Regarding neighbor concerns, we always encourage open communication between residents first. However, if issues persist, please continue reporting them to the office, and we will address them accordingly within the scope of our policies. We understand the frustration surrounding package security. While we do have surveillance, we strongly recommend residents take precautions such as registering to use the parcel lockers or requiring signature deliveries for higher-value items. We will continue evaluating possible enhancements for package deliveries. There is NEVER any parking! What is "so-called" luxury amenities have been degraded, worn-out, and destroyed by non-residents. Due to the proximity of the High School, numerous teenagers (who are obviously NOT residents) utilize the amenities such as the gyms and pools. A couple times, I've witness few of them smoking weed in the sauna and indoor pool area, inviting others to the gym as a "hang out" spot.. Overall, would NOT recommend this community.

The hot tubs are broken. The gym is dirty. The yoga room never gets cleaned swept or mopped. The sauna is always broken. Theirs graffiti in the kids park.

Hermosa y accesible comunidad. Tienes todo a unos cuantos pasos de tu departamento. Nos encantan los parques y la posibilidad que brindan para que nuestra mascota viva con nosotros. El equipo administrativo de greenfield en muy amable, atienden y resuelven tus dudas tan pronto las expones. Es un lugar que deberías considerar entre tus opciones de renta, vaya que 200 dlls hicieron la gran diferencia en nuestro presupuesto. Ofrecen servicio de calidad. Es un lugar tranquilo para vivir, muy cerca de la frontera para los que cruzamos es la opción ideal. Lo único que se complica, es encontrar estacionamiento al parecer no hay suficientes lugares… hay muchos vehículos. Y es un lugar ‘smoke free’ pero muchas personas siguen fumando.. para quienes tenemos hijos es incomodo. Seria increíble fueran mas exigentes con la gestión de esa política.

Gates are always broken and not repaired in a timely manner, overall cleanliness of the building is not well kept, response to maintenance issues not taken seriously at times, the need to put in various requests to get something repaired is too often, and getting a hold of a live representative is very hard via phone or email.

The maintenance and cleanliness to the buildings is poor, my 2022 truck suffered a paint damage due to a water / acid leak negligence in their maintenance and they refused to pay me and even that they didn’t repaired…. is not worth what we are paying for what the service is. Poor management service.

Greenfield Village was recommended by a friend who is a resident. While it looks nice on the outside, I was hesitant because of the negative reviews online. I have had a very poor experience renting in San Diego but once my friend introduced me to Annette at the leasing office, I felt my search was over. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional front office staff. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and well. Sidewalk paths are nice for walking providing a 1 mile loop. Plenty of dog waste receptacles though many residents don't use them. More trash dumpsters are needed or the issue needs to be addressed somehow.

Residents never clean up after dogs, and staff never cleans either. Parking is always full, and usually there are cars parked in loading zones, or right in front of garage. Staff is unhelpful and condescending, or does not understand very basic requests or information.

Very expensive and outdated buildings, old flooring, old cabinets and exterior building walk ways are always dirty. Pool water is cold and not enough guest parking.

The management and staff are rude and unprofessional. Staff never answers the phone. Animal feces everywhere. Apartment doesn?t meet the standards I pay for.
