Property Ratings at Greenfield Village
Love this place When staying in an apartment in any community you could always find things to complain about and this one is no different. Having said that my experience at this community has been overwhelmingly positive. I love the events that they have for tenants such as hosting pool parties, food trucks, and free food giveaways. There is a real sense of community here with not only the neighbors, but also the maintenance staff and the people in the office. I think the community is beautiful. It has nice landscaping and maintenance. Maintenance picks up trash every day keeping it clean.

AWESOME!! I have lived here 3 years, any problems that come up the office and maintenance is on it. Most times within a couple hours. The office always plans fun parties, we always have some kind of fun here. We really do have a great team working for us residents. Only thing I would like to see is a golf gart allowance for us Geriatric residents.

I have lived here for 3 years and have never had a bad experience with any member of the staff what so ever. I've felt like a part of the greenfield family as soon as I first talked to Nebby. She has always gone above and beyond to help you and learn who you are right from the start and has not stopped even after 3 years. The maintenance team has helped with any issue big or small and have been extremely Courteous. Dani has been super nice and resourceful whenever I needed help and always kept a fantastic attitude. As a whole you are treated kindly and I highly recommend these set of apartments!
I would like to briefly explain why I love Greenfield Village Apartments. Almost 3 years ago my fiance and I moved in here as our first home together. We've made the best memories here with the help of Nebby and Dani at the front desk we are able to feel safe in our home. Anytime there was a problem Nebby was 1 call away and more than happy to help. Dani fortunately was our awesome upstairs neighbor I couldn't ask for a better neighbor! Dani is also a phone call away from helping with a warm welcoming. Also the maintenance guys are seriously so cool and quick to get things fixed. I think the thing that sticks out most about the staff is that they actually remember faces. To me that means a lot and it shows they actually care. ? I look at them as family ??
We have never lived in an apartment before and I am still awe at the rapid response from your service department. Both of the maintenance Reps I have had contact were very courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about their job. In addition to be very quick to respond, they graciously take the time to clean up any debris or 'mess' left from their actions. We really love living here and plan for this to be our last move. "Thanks maintenance guys, you're all awesome! "
Front office is nice . maitiance is great also nice no issue with crime apt is taken care of well
We love all the amenities but we do have some issues with the apartment itself. We were only able to get tv in our living room because there isn't plugs in either bedroom and I don't suggest getting their washer and dryer. Other than that the staff is extremely friendly and approachable.
