We seek to provide a clean, quiet, and safe living experience for our community. 102 Diane Ln. One and Two Bedroom Apartments Lease Options: 12 Month 6 Month- additional $50/month Month-to-Month- additional $100/month Rental Requirements -Minimum monthly income of 3X the monthly rent amount - Proof of income/employment - Background/credit check Pet Policy: - Cats and dogs allowed - No aggressive breeds - We allow up to 2 pets under 50 pounds per home. - Veterinarian documentation is required Utilities: - Tenants are required to pay for all utilities. - Tenants are required to set up electricity in their name through the Greeneville Energy Authority - Any utilities (internet, water, sewer, trash) shared between multiple homes or buildings are billed to tenants as an additional monthly fee.
