Please believe all the bad reviews. Save yourself time, headaches and money. These apartments are cheap because they are trash! Rude management, maintenance team patch things us apartments don’t be cleaned before moving in etc. You will air and heat issue, don’t get me started on the mold these apartments have. RUN RUN RUN

Our experience with Greenbrook Apartments was horrendous. Despite clear communication and fulfilling all requirements, we were denied move-in upon arrival after a grueling 4-day drive from California to Memphis with two young children. The staff showed no compassion or flexibility, leaving us stranded in a new city without support. They need serious retraining in empathy and professionalism. Avoid Greenbrook if you expect basic decency and reliability.

I just moved in and Kelly did a great job making sure I’m aware and informed on everything about my apartment and made the transition incredibly easy.

I have lived in this complex since May. I liked it until my AC went out a week ago. I have submitted 3 requests for maintenance that get marked complete while my ac is still not working. I have tried emailing and calling and finally walked to the office. No one seems to care that my ac is out despite the temperatures reaching 97 degrees this past weekend. I’ve had to relocate my dog for her safety, and I’m going to have to be late to work to try to speak to someone to get this fixed tomorrow. If you want to be treated like a human being who deserves the right to a comfortable home and communication about their home, look elsewhere.

It appreciated the people at the leasing office. They answered all of my questions (some of which were probably a little annoying). Latambra was very helpful. I will warn that the application process sucks but that’s not the fault of the people who work there, and more about the people who own the facilities.

Car was stolen after two attempted thefts. Just avoid this place!

Been calling for a couple days and no answer or return call. No response to email either. They dnt care about the residents. We have been complaining about the blocked drains for over a year and now our cars are damaged and totaled due to flooding. The landscaping crew loves to blow their debris over drains instead of actually cleaning it up leaving us with flooded parking lots. No spot is safe from the flooding. If you want your car, DO NOT move here. Number of car break in, no security and when you try to complain, they don’t even bother to listen or fix anything. Currently seeking legal action because it seems that management is avoiding everyone who had their cars damaged. Please don’t waste your money. They have ppl give them a 5 star rating before even moving in all the way. It’s just to get more people in.

I am extremely satisfied with my apartment so far. To top it off This has been the smoothest transition into a new home that I’ve ever experienced . Ms. Desha was super helpful,informative, and efficient.

The property manager, Ms. Brenda makes it so easy to call these apartments home. Very professional and very helpful. I appreciate her more than I can type on here. Thank you for everything! -Tierra H.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. This is easily the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. I've lived here 7 months and had 6 different plumbing issues. All 3 of my sinks, my washing machine twice, my hot water heater, and my ceiling have all leaked. When my washing machine leaked (right after I moved in-new washing machine), it soaked my carpet for several days and they didn't do anything about the carpet. My ceiling started leaking 11 days ago and maintenance still has not done anything. Now it is leaking in 2 other places and the carpet and vinyl flooring under the leaks is ruined. Water squirts out from between the planks when I step on them. Maintenance told me they would send a guy out to pull the padding out from under my carpet today and let it dry out, but I haven't seen him. After 2 leaks they still are not willing to replace my carpet. Nobody ever answers the phone. I have called the same number 5 times today alone with no answer- that's been the case the whole time I've lived here. And I showed up to the office yesterday during scheduled open hours to talk to maintenance about how my issues have gotten worse, and the office was not open. No posted sign. Just not open. Do not move in here.

I was so anxious to find my own place within so little time. Desha made it a breeze for me. She was so understanding and helpful. I would most definitely recommend her services. This is also my second time moving back into Greenbrook. It was peaceful 5 years ago and still remain the same for me.

This apartment markets themselves as put together, but they are not! I paid my application fee only to have the apartment already leased out when I was told there was availability, I was ignored for a full week as my roommate was unable to submit their information in any way and they never called him as they said they would. Multiple phone calls to give the information(that were never answered), an email with the information, and still claiming they had no information. As we weighed the options between this apartment and another, a quick google search showed that there are multiple robberies and even shootings JUST THIS YEAR.

Love our new home beautiful area nice and peaceful! Desha has been great she has helped us with all our needs in a professional manner!

Save yourself the trouble they are the worst. They just allow trees to fall on your vehicle they are not keeping up with grounds keeping on overall maintenance. Please save yourself the trouble. They will say it’s a ACT of God even after it has happened serval times. I’m not bitter I’m just frustrated and overwhelmed at their unwillingness to take ownership.

The experience i've had in the application and moving process has been amazing. Leasing consultant Jasmine O. was wonderful help. She has been professional and very informative. She's followed up with any questions I may have had and has answered them well. Shecwas right on my move in maintenance requests. Thanks Jas and I appreciate your work in making sure my home was readily prepared. The location is great!!! Greenbrook is already awesome.

I absolutely LOVE my apartment and the location here at Greenbrook! It is my third week of residing here and I truly feel at home; it’s honestly so pleasant and peaceful. To thom reads this and is considering if Greenbrook is a good place for you & your family, I highly encourage you to take the chance and walk in! The staff amazed me with kindness and the upmost respect and I had the honor to work with Brittney. It was an overall pleasure and I could not have felt more sure that this was a perfect place with the best kind of people. I could not have thanked Brittney enough for making me feel right at home as soon as we started to talk. She is the absolute BEST for making this such a less stressful, fast moving process! I could not be happier with my new space and myself for choosing to live here!

Desha has a very business professional attitude with the residents. And she handles her duties with great knowledge . She treats me with respect and i enjoy visiting the office. She is always willing to assist me with any issues . If she does not have the answer she will find out.Please ask for her if you come in.

I came in searching for an one bedroom apartment. Viewed the model & fell in love. Anita was VERY helpful & very kind while going through the application process. I would definitely recommend anyone to apply here & speak with Anita.

We were looking for homes but now apartments, I think were going back here to see Desha, She was very helpful. Apartments were clean and nice .they come with a washer and dryer. I remember he telling me about the new management and how they have some a lot of great new things.

I don’t care what anyone has to say about this place because they have been nothing but good to me! The leasing staff are always professional and the maintenance is on point. Mr. James came out on 12/18/19 and fixed “a lotta stuff” (inside joke!) He was awesome and hardworking. I truly appreciate Greenbrook for everything they have done for us. ~Love, Cydney H.

We were riding the area and found this place , looks peaceful. We drove around and around and just huge . We spoke to Desha , who I must say was very informative and sweet . I am thinking this will be my pick!

I moved in last week and I love everything about Greenbrook already! Brittney was very nice and informative! She was also very fast with responding by phone and email concerning my move in! I highly recommend speaking with Brittney if you plan on looking at this apartment complex. She made my move in a great and easygoing experience!

I’ve recently moved into the Greenbrook Apartments and I am definitely pleased. It’s a quiet neighborhood and the staff is excellent in accommodating your needs. My agent was Anita and she helped my move in process go very smooth! I’ll recommend these apartments.

im looking for a nice place for my mom, we have checked out a few places, we have narrowed down to a few. my top pick is herr because of the friendly staff .Desha helped us along with Anita .They had all the anewers we needed . the property is huge but feels cozy.

I plan on going back to see Desha after checking out a few other places. I should have applied at first. They are by far the best in area with a great staff.

Been here for over 5 months and I can honestly say this is great place to call home . No problems as far as the apartment issues or neighbors goes and If I need help with anything Anita definitely does her best to help.

I have seen these apartments a few times. But I stopped by and the inside has changed , my homeboy is in one of the remodeled ones , it looks like the new office. It’s some new faces but I saw Ms Desha who was in the before .she told me to apply ASAP . She showed me the new gym it’s lit. I can use that. Guess I will be making my decision.

I have lived here for a few years and every time I come in the office Desha has a smile on her face. I came in today and she greeted me. She is never rude. I am happy with my apartment, a few issues here and there but overall happy.

I just recently moved to greenbrook on 8/30/19. Not only did my leasing agent accommodate my needs and request but I had a maintenance emergency and Ms.Vanessa in the maintenance department got back with me about my request in under two hours and had my problem solved for me before I knew it. The staff along with Ms.Vanessa have been nothing but professional and a true blessing for me.

For the time I have been here I pretty much enjoy my place. I don’t have many issues and if I do I call Desha or maintenance to get Darrell . They get me right. I recommend you come see them if you looking for a place . The entire staff is good people

I always go in the office and ask for Desha. She always takes care of me . That young lady knows her business.ive been here a couple years now , As long as I’m happy I’ll stay.

So far this has been a great place to live. I was taken care of by Desha when I moved in. I’ve seen a few improvements, the fitness center in nice. The management is cool. So I would recommend them

These apartments have made my experience in Memphis terrible. I even broke my lease early I was so ready to go. Maintenance has no concern over high priority repairs at all. I had a leak that took them 2 days to even come check, whole kitchen flooded. My A/C went out twice, it’s the middle of the summer. it’s 95+ degrees outside. it took them 2 days to come fix it the first time, would’ve been 3 if I didnt go to the office right before they closed, whole time it’s 90 degrees inside my apartment. A day later my air went out again and i’m currently sitting on the 4th day waiting on someone to come fix it, I went to the office and no one seemed concerned. all I got was “someone will get to it”.

I was amazed at what I saw , in comparison to other places I have been too . I was happy with Desha as the agent. She answered all of my crazy questions. The one bedroom it was sooooooo nice . I’m sending everyone I know so I can get a referral if I move in. Thanks so much Desha I know just need to plan my move .

I just want to put my opinion in on my experience visiting and applying here. I came in and was helped by Desha. I was referred to her by a co worker.i saw the dogwood renovated floor plan and Desha was very heloful and answered all my questions. I am going to apply online. The property has lakes and nice landscaping. She told me about the new management company and a lot of things they are upgrading.im ready to make this my new home. I ride my bike all the time and shelby farms is very close. Come ask for Desha and tell them i sent you!

If you’re thinking about moving to Greenbrook Anita is the one to request to work with! She is awesome. She is fast with replies! It is an excellent place to stay.

I have lived here for a few years with my husband . It has been over all a good experience. We are buying a house now. I moved in with Desha and Tami. They helped me whenever we needed anything. Since Tami moved away I have worked with Desha . She always tries to help even if it’s pointing me to the right person to help me. I had a few issues in my apartment but was taken care of by the maintenance department, sometimes they got behind but made sure I was taken care of. I came in to turn in keys and Desha was the only one in the office working with someone but she greeted me and directed me to someone who could help me . I wish I could have her working with the company I’m buying from . Be sure to ask for her if you want somebody to help you through out your stay.

If you are looking for an apartment Greenbrook is your spot. Anita is the best representative. She will make sure your needs are meet. She goes beyond her job duties and always exceeds my expectations. Excellent place to stay.

My time at Greenbrook at Shelby Farms has been nothing less than amazing. From the day I walked into the leasing office to inquire about an apartment, Desha was as courteous and helpful as anyone could hope for. She was always attentive to my needs and promptly followed up with me in regards to questions or concerns. Maintenance is professional and prudent. My apartment was clean and welcoming upon move-in. Desha showed me a few units she felt I would like until we found the one I liked most. I recommend this property if you’re in the market for an apartment. I also suggest you ask for Desha in the leasing office for a pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional customer service experience.

I've been living here for little over a year now. I love my complex, from the office to the maintenance. My leasing agent(Wendy) that moved me in is no longer in the office. Since then, whenever I have problems, Desha has greatly stepped in to assist me with all my apartment needs. Although I wasn't a client of hers, she has filled in my old agent's spot as if nothing has changed. Her attitude is great and she always has a smile. She has been persistent at her duties to make sure all of my problems are handle in a reasonable time.
