The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. Property Ratings at Greenbrier at Tanasbourne
I just recently got a divorce and had to sell my home, It's been a long time that I have been in an apt. I recently moved in and have a great experience so far. Management has been very kind and communicate in a timely manner. There were a few minor issues when moving in but they were taken care of immediately. It's a quiet complex which I am so happy for, The walls seem pretty thick. I know the tenants above me have a child as I hear him running around but it's pretty muffled I don't here anyones conversation. It's a great hidden gem!
This place has the best managers. I love how they have parties for the tenets on holidays. It’s always bright and clean. I will miss Greenbrier apartments. My old apartment was a two bedroom two bath downstairs apartment with no one above you or below you, so if you go there you should try to rent that one. I guarantee you will absolutely love it. This place is this best in Beaverton
We want our gate back ! ?????????? i pray we don't have a fire
I currently live in this place, I do not recommend it. The manager will make your life miserable, last year they increased the rent $200, two weeks ago the water heater broke down in my apartment and there was water damage, people working for almost a week using industrial heaters and blowers, power cords all over on the floor(totally unsafe for my 6 years old son) my place looks like someone dropped a bomb, it was so warm and noisy that my mom and I ended up sleeping somewhere else. It's been 2 weeks now and they haven't fix the affected area yet. I contacted the manager asking for a credit for the week we didn't sleep at my place and her answer was that the it was in livable conditions and I wouldn't get anything. Next day I talked to the regional manager and sent him pics and he offered me a credit for $50 which I found it insulting because it wasn't my fault and I didn't stay at my place because of the noise, heat, smell, unsafe for my son, no privacy) and all that because of the old water heater unit. I personally think that they don't care about the residents and if something breaks down it will take forever to get fixed and you just need to deal with it. I felt like I have to share this!

When renting an apartment unforeseen events do take place. When they take place we do our best to get them resolved as fast as we possibly can. In this situation the hot water heater did crack in the middle of the night at 2am. We were on sight with a mitigation team with in an hour to get this situation resolved. The water did damage three units. The apartments did need to be dried out properly and then put back together. We gave all residents $50 off Octobers rent and a half of month off in November for the inconvenience it caused them. The office received thanks from the other residents who were affected by this unforeseen event. Here at Greenbrier we truly care about every single resident and work to make sure we are taking care of their needs as quickly as we can.
Taking a general look, all appears to be just as any other Apartment Complex. Once you have moved in, you will notice the relaxation, kindness, quietness, and respect that all have, making this a safe location. Having a pool for fun, a hot tub to relax, a playground for the children, a gym for fitness, and a common area to have a party if you like, makes it more like home. The staff are quick to respond and get the job done. Finally, a great piece is the price. Being in Beaverton and paying an affordable price for a nice 2bd/2ba makes you smile.
My boyfriend can't stop talking about our balcony. It is huge and has a great view of a park in the backyard. It has a playground, pool, and gym that are all well maintained. The grounds are well kept as well. The staff are quick to address issues and are extremely friendly and helpful. Other tenants are friendly and overall the community is calm and quiet. The location is great. It is near the Streets of Tanasbourne which provides great shopping and a variety of eateries. There are bus lines, a hospital, elementary school, and a park nearby. Highway 26 is a five minute drive in rush hour traffic.
