I love living here! Eileen and Stephanie are great with all questions and concerns. The leasing office holds events all throughout the year really making the residents feel appreciated. My family and I absolutely love this place. We moved in about a year ago and we still love it like the first day we toured. It's close to all stores and supermarkets. It's quiet and neighbors are friendly. Lots of space in our home. Playground for the kids to play in. The gym is my favorite! We'll be here for a while.

Great quiet community. The townhomes are spacious we have enough room to comfortably fit our furniture. My family and searched and searched for the perfect home and Greenbriar Estates was our #1 choice. The office team is very helpful from the beginning up until today. The grounds are kept very clean. The townhomes are well maintained, both inside and out. The office and maintenance staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive. The communication from the lessor to the lessees is outstanding. The trash and recycling subcontractors performance is excellent. The grounds maintenance subcontractor is outstanding. There was an event this winter where the snow removal subcontractor was not adequately staffed with employees and equipment to perform during an eventful snow. Although there was a delya in the removal of the snow, management quickly subcontracted with another vendor. The tenants were notified immediately and provided timely status updates. While waiting for the new contractor to mobilize, the onsite maintenance staff for Greenbriar worked diligently to help with the snow removal effort. The community is quite with respectable neighbors.
My wife and I just moved to Greenbriar in April, and we love it. The maintenance requests are answered promptly and the grounds are great. Everyone is very friendly and we love it. We've been told we're hard to please, and Greenbriar has done a great job of pleasing us. Thanks
It is a very clean and well managed — My husband and I enjoy living here. It is a quiet and friendly place. I love the spacious townhouse and openness of the rooms. The staff are great and willing to answer any questions or concerns. We have had no problems with our home and don't regret moving here. We really love living here.
I have lived here for over 3 years and in 2 different units. Our first unit had a flooding problem - this was a structural enviro issue, and we finally took management up on their offer to move us to a different unit. Besides this, we have had an excellent experience. Eileen has always been kind and helpful. Mr. Jim, the maintenance manager has gone elsewhere, and we miss him But the new maintenance crew seems efficient and friendly too. The neighborhood is so quiet at night, you could hear a pin drop. It is safe enough for my 9 year old to roam around on his bike and walk around the neighborhood with his friends. The grounds are well maintained, always clean. GBE could use more outside amenities besides the 1 playground, but it sounds like WPM is working on that. Some of the rules are pretty strict, but for the good of the gander I suppose. I can see both sides. The inside of the homes are well designed, large kitchen, lots of storage space. I have recommended 2 of my colleagues to move in here, and they like it too. If you're looking for a busy, bustling neighborhood that's close to everything and you'll be BFFS with your neighbors, this is NOT the place for you. But if you like peace and quiet, cleanliness, safety, and efficiency, you may just love it.
We have lived here a little over 2 years and enjoy living here. It's an easy commute to work from here to Carlisle. Very convenient to 83 and rt 30. The leasing staff has been quick to respond to any issues we've had along with the maintenance staff.

The office staff Eileen and Jen are very nice ladies who are quick to respond to any issues. Eileen and Jen both are always planning something fun for the residents. Grounds are clean and inviting.
